    Strawberry berry vary
    Aaron Y.

Quality and unique drink, but crowded and stuffy Ordered the strawberry berry vary. I liked the sweet sticky rice, added a nice texture to the drink. Came in a very interesting boxy design. Great taste and texture overall, I would likely order it again Staff are very professional, it does seem a bit crowded on their end as well as they are going through the backlog of drinks. Very crowded inside. The lines for order and pickup can be a bit confusing with a lot of customers idling about. There are some seats upstairs, but doesn't seem wheel chair accessible. Only by stairs to get up there, and it's a very tight space. Maybe a handful of tables for 2-4 people each. Tables also aren't super clean at least the one I sat at. Could be from previous customer not cleaning up after themselves

Food: The egg tarts here are some of the best I've had in NYC. The crust is flaky and not too thick, and the egg filling is creamy and smooth. The egg tarts are buy 5, get 1 free (so 6 egg tarts come out to about $20). Naisnow also offers some other pastries and sweets as well as drinks. I didn't get a drink, but I would highly recommend you come here for their egg tarts! Service: Staff are friendly and welcoming. Ambiance: The storefront is not that big, but there is seating upstairs. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for their egg tarts!

Pretty store and they had an Easter special so we got those two drink they were promoting! Super orange - refreshing and I like that the jasmine tea flavor is actually pretty strong here! But the taste overall doesn't feel that balanced and the fruit could be stronger 2.75/5 Mango sago - unfortunately I didn't like this. Very frozen, too many bits and the mango itself was kinda sour not sweet. 0.5/5 Egg tart - crispy flakey outside was good and the filling was decent but too light and not enough eggy sweet flavor 2.75/5 Tiramisu egg tart - surprisingly the cake works well with the tart! 2.75/5

On a Saturday mid-afternoon, this place was packed and had a long line, with quite a long wait time. But the staff were definitely doing the best to keep up with all the orders. The establishment itself is cute and the pastries looked and smelled divine. I ordered the Super Lemon drink which was extremely refreshing especially on a hot day. The drink is more like a lemony ice tea than a lemonade and packs a flavorful punch. It was delicious and I understand why it's a popular spot. I also tried a sip of their Mango drink which tasted like a dessert in a cup, amazing.

I enjoy the egg tarts here! The service is quick and efficient here. I got 2 drinks to go. For the type of drinks I ordered, there is a small hole in the lid (meant for a straw), and no stopper/spill stick, which I was surprised about. While they had a cup carrier in the bag, the drinks were moved around a lot on my subway ride, so much so that some of the drink spilled in the bag. While it was great to know they give a full amount of drink, it didn't make for an easy transport.

Went here to pick up some egg tarts and the line to pick up was very long. They were super busy but the line seemed to went smoothly, however, I noticed many people whose numbers were after mine were being called but I thought they probably just ordered drinks so maybe that's why it was fast. I ordered 4 egg tarts and waited over 30 min. Not even exaggerating, the receipt showed 4:13 and didn't get my tarts until,4:47. So many people who came after me got their order and left. I finally asked them if my order was coming up soon since I've been waiting so long... the worker took my receipt and walked away... didn't give me an update, apologize for the wait... didn't acknowledge me at all. 10 min later....he came back with my order. So not sure if they forgot or lost my order or if it actually takes that long for tarts. Were they good? Yes. Worth the wait? Definitely not Taste like any other egg tart to me ... just more filling.

Love the orange fruit tea with a green tea base here--so refreshing! The service is excellent, and using the app to preorder is a lifesaver to avoid the long lines. Definitely coming back!

I've been wanting to try Naisnow but it's always so crowded. Finally stopped by on a Tuesday evening where there wasn't much people but there wasn't much options for pastries. Got the Daily Green Bottle which was not bad but nothing special (typical green drink-more apple flavored which was good). I guess since I came around 4pm so there wasn't much pastries left so I tried the Pistachio Cream Horn, there texture was okay similar to a tart texture inside and loaded with cream. When I got my ordered I was only given my drink but it didn't indicate I ordered something else so I had to let them know I also ordered something else which I felt like it was a bit unorganized. Pro : They have upstairs seating.

Loved the LIC location. Finally got a chance to try the original, food and drinks are the same though packaging leaves a lot of questions. Most customers travel by subway, bus, or cars. This isn't the only store they go to. One time, I ordered 1 drink and several food items, which came in a container clam shell box so the food things kept the drink upright. Another time, I ordered 1 drink and the egg tart, which came in a bag. The drink spilled in the bag and soaked the egg tart. The egg tarts are good. Love the Jasmine Tea. Make sure to check your packaging to ensure it doesn't spill along your travels.

f you haven't tried their bestselling egg tarts, they're easily some of the best you can find in NYC. The egg tarts lean more toward the Portuguese style, with a laminated crust and a rich, jiggly egg custard filling. The crust was incredibly buttery and flaky. $3.9 each is honestly such a steal for the quality! I really wanted to try their matcha tiramisu tart, but it was sadly sold out by the time I got there around 3... *Velvet Matcha Layered Latte $5.9 *Matcha Latte Boba $6.9 I went with minimal sugar for the velvet matcha and no sugar for the matcha boba since the brown sugar boba already added sweetness. The matcha cream foam on the velvet matcha was decadent. The matcha itself was smooth and rich without being too bitter. Between the two, I definitely preferred the velvet matcha.

Went to the Nai Snow promo event in January for trying their fruit tea. We ordered the berry tea and grape tea and we were impressed! There is a sitting area upstairs for drinking the tea even though it is not obvious. Great customer service, too! Came back remembering that the matcha egg tart that I tried in October last year was light and yummy.Their pastries are creatively made with quality ingredients. Same can be said about their signature drinks. Have yet to try their version of the mango pomelo sago drink which ran out when I went there in January of this year.

Tonight I had a very disappointing experience at 奈雪的茶. The store appeared to be closed, but the ordering system was still accepting orders. I arrived to pick up my order and could clearly see employees inside, but I was ignored for over 10 minutes while waiting outside. Eventually, an employee came out and informed me that my order had already been given to another customer by mistake. When I asked for help or a refund solution, the attitude from one of the staff members was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I ended up wasting over an hour and missed important plans because of this situation. I hope management improves communication, order handling, and customer service in the future.

My friend and I came here after dinner for dessert. I've been meaning to come here since this is a dessert chain from China. We ordered the strawberry tart and the matcha tiramisu tart. We sat upstairs since there's a seating area. It's strange that they don't provide utensils, only gloves. The matcha tiramisu was fresh and I liked the matcha flavor. The strawberries in the strawberry tart was not fresh and tasted old. Both tarts were good though with a good amount of custard and a very flaky shell. Would I come back? Probably not, there's other bakeries with better tarts in Flushing.

Their signature fresh boba is what makes their bubble tea stand out from the rest--the "bubbles" are made from cassava starch otherwise known as tapioca pearls or balls--soaked then cooked and sweetened in a brown sugar syrup. Here they have a whole wok full of these, and they're super soft, incredibly chewy and bouncy, on the sweeter side compared to some other chains, but not too cloyingly so. Their menu consists of a number of a bubble tea and coffee drinks, mostly with milk though some without, you have an option of regular milk, lactaid milk (+$0.50) or oatmilk (+$1.00). Two sizes regular or large (+$2.00) and add-ins for +$0.50 more of the following: Brown Sugar Boba Strawberry Boba Taro Boba Honey Jelly Herbal Jelly Milk Foam Matcha Shot (+$1.00) I got their regular brown sugar boba and it was a treat! Like I mentioned above, the bubbles are sooo good! Prices are on the higher side $7.99 for a regular size, it made me really miss the days of $3.75 regular-sized drinks! After ordering it took about 7-8 minutes to be ready considering the store was really busy. Note: the brown sugar boba milk tea is where they line the cup with brown sugar syrup in addition to adding boba. Technically their standard boba milk tea is without the additional sugar syrup but since the boba are already cooked in brown sugar, there's no true option of getting unflavored boba without brown sugar. Like most boba stores in NYC, the shop isn't very big, just enough space for a small line to form for ordering and then waiting to pick up drinks. All customers are taking these to go, there's no room or seats to linger.

But the space isn't really conducive for long-term use or work. The staff seem pretty relaxed, most are bilingual, & they seem like seasoned baristas. Proud of what they make.
