Sit down spot so can't just take to go but service is really quick and nice. Tons of options and if you are mango lover a must. Had these cream mango's and it was soo light, fluffy, and delicious. So so good and thinking about it still. Really recommend
I will admit that the location is off putting, however I still wanted to go in and try the mango sticky rice which was sold out. I ended up getting the mango Millie crepe cake which was also satisfying, as I enjoyed the texture of the cake and the mangoes were ripe and sweet. I would add ice cream on the side as well. I enjoyed it, and I would return to try the mango sticky rice! Get there early! Thank you to everyone for all of the delicious mango items.
This is one of the multiple locations of this popular HK dessert chain and my preference for going to their locations can partially correspond to how many other spots in the neighborhood offer the same things for less as the locations in terms of flavors tend to be pretty consistent. I personally prefer for instance another spot or two in Flushing for Mango Pomelo Sago so it's less likely that I'll stop here. The most notable thing otherwise are the "Snow White Juice" items which is a secret recipe but is rumored to be made from coconut and a few other things and it adds a smoothness and light sweetness to desserts. I otherwise like the durian desserts here though I prefer Kulu and a few others. As noted by others, the outside of this specific location is not inviting which is unfortunate. My preference is still the Special Mango Juice Sago & Pomelo with Mango Ice Cream which is $8.25 or you can get it without ice cream for 50 cents less. The mango tends to be high quality even when it's not in season (though it is a bit sweeter when it's not summer/spring) and there is a pleasant tartness from the pomelo. Whatever ice cream brand they use or ship between the different stores is good quality. The dessert in general is refreshing and sweet and the portion size is big enough essentially to justify the price point. Our Snow White Juice option was with Red Bean and Green Tea Ice Cream for $7.75. It was mildly sweet overall from the red bean and juice with the dessert also had some pieces of nata de coco/coconut jelly which added a good crunch. The ice cream again was pretty good quality. My least favorite option that we got was the Mango Coconut Sticky Rice With Ice Cream for $9.50. The presentation is nicer compared to what you find in Thai spots but I didn't like the texture of the rice and it didn't work as well mixed compared to other places. It has a fun concept especially with the customizable amount of coconut to pour on top but I wasn't a huge fan. The fact that it is also more expensive than the other better mango desserts doesn't help either. Are these the best HK desserts? Not really. But it's a good chain and it's much more reasonable than let's say Spot and the quality tends to be pretty good. Mid 3 like every other location.
Mango Mango is always good when it comes to desserts and food, but this location was disappointing. The outside area had a lot of trash, which gave off a neglected vibe right from the start. When we walked in, the server wasn't welcoming at all -- very blunt and emotionless. It's a shame, because Mango Mango usually delivers great desserts, but this branch feels like it's neglecting both its environment and customer service, which really took away from the visit.
I've been to several locations of Mango Mango, including Manhattan Chinatown, Philly. The deserts are fairly consistent in all the locations. This time, we tried a variety of desserts, ice cream, layered cake and mango sundae. All were light and delicious, as usual. All their desserts are always wonderful and recommended. Note: We all thought the portions looked smaller than appear in the menu pictures. The store is very nice inside, fun and welcoming. Service was fine. However, the outside was dirty and unsightly with garbage cans everywhere. Unfortunately, it's like this in a lot of the streets in Flushing. I would always look forward to going to Mango, Mango.
Great dessert spot somewhat tucked away with nice seating and a very high end feel for a dessert place. Ordered some of their combo desserts, some had mango, sago, and frozen durian. Durian dessert bowl, mango and black rice, and coconut mango juice sago and pomelo. All very delicious, I don't think you can go wrong with any variations of these desserts. Very enjoyable space to dine in.
The desserts always are good quality at Mango Mango. I like the consistency of the chain and found this location in Flushing lived up to standards. We got a combo with mango ice cream wraps and two mango bowls. The sago one was excellent! Someone in our group got a three scoop ice cream sundae as well, which included vanilla, matcha, and mango. The store is always busy and has a line, but I guess that's New York. Interior and bathroom weren't the cleanest either.
My friend and I stopped by this dessert spot a few days ago and now I'm obsessed! This might just be the cutest dessert shop I've ever been to, and the menu? Absolute perfection. We ordered the Crème Brûlée Crepe Cake and the Strawberry Mango Juice Sago with Lychee Jelly & Mango Ice Cream and wow. Every bite was dreamy. The ice cream was super refreshing, especially in this summer heat, and the crepe cake was light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. The staff were so polite and welcoming, honestly matching the atmosphere for the cafe itself. Very cutesy, very demure! Can't wait to go back and try even more from their menu! So I had gone to a similar place in London and I was dying to find one in NY, luckily my friend put me on to Mango Mango, and lo and behold, they had the same kind of dessert I had been looking for!! So first things first, this is a Chinese place that specializes in dessert, their location was no surprise, since they are in the heart of many good places to eat. The shop is very cutesy, kinda run down a little BUT we came here for dessert, it's very spacious and they have tables and booths, I really love that they have the option to have your dessert inside, sit and enjoy rather than just takeout. They were very promptly and quick to hand us the menus, that were large enough to read and the best part .. PICTURES! I'm a visual gal and I deff eat with my eyes, so seeing all the options just made my mouth water! I had their signature, classic dessert which was a "Snow White Mango Juice Sago" It comes with little tiny sago balls, some mango juice as the name describes, coconut milk, some chunks of mango AND mango ice cream, truly a delicious masterpiece. I went with 3 other people and we were comfortable and happy eating our desserts, we were not rushed out or anything and they took card, the price was average considering all the ingredients. Most desserts here are made with mango (hence the name ) but they do have a few other things with other fruit selections. I loved this place and I can't wait to come back and bring other friends with me!
My first time at Mango Mango in the Flushing location. I understand what everyone is talking about the trash infront of the store is such an eye sore. It also smells which leads you having second thoughts of trying this place out. The mango sticky rice was ok, I expected the rice to be warm which wasn't. The mangos was sour. The only thing refreshing about that dessert was the coconut ice cream. The staff was friendly and they were busy so be prepared to wait for dine in. They have a bathroom available. Would I go back to try another Mango Mango dessert? Maybe in another location.

A super cute cafe in the heart of Flushing to catch up with friends! There's plenty of comfy seating though expect the seats to be a bit lower than you'd expect. They have a very extensive menu of classic asian mango desserts, pastries, sundaes, crepes/waffles, hot desserts, drinks, and even combos. The three of us ordered different variations of their mango desserts, including the snow white mango juice sago & pomelo with mango ice cream, mango juice with glutinous rice balls, and snow white mango juice with red beans. The mango slush was very refreshing, the mango fruit chunks were sweet and juicy, and the rice balls were very chewy - though I wish they were a bit more sweetened. Overall, these desserts came out to be ~$10 after accounting for tax/tip, which is a bit pricey since the bowls aren't that large, but the quality and uniqueness of their mango desserts are impressive. Service was very attentive and I appreciated how they actually provided glasses of warm water, rather than cold water. The desserts came out quickly but still looked exactly how they're pictured on the menu, which is something I really appreciated. read more

$15 minimum for credit card. Wished I had known before I went to pick up. I ordered black sesame paste soup with peanut mochi and almond paste soup with black sesame mochi. The almond paste soup was really good. I didn't taste the artificial almond paste taste, so they probably use real almond seeds and ground it. The black sesame paste soup was good too, very smooth and not too sugary. However, the mochi (Tong Yuan) was really cheap. I get better Tong Yuan from Chinese supermarket than from them. Came here with a friend and we found the service to be good. Waitresses were very attentive and friendly. The aesthetic is very cute with plenty of space. We ended up getting the Mango Mille Crepe Cake and Mango Sundae. The sundae was quite sweet and enjoyable. If you're into really sweet cakes I'd suggest not getting the Mango Mille Crepe Cake. It's quite tarty and you have to make use of the mangoes to complete the flavor. Overall, I'd recommend coming to this mango mango location. read more

Craving for an abundant variety of toppings style Taiwanese sweets, we wandered into Mango Mango Dessert, a cute looking spot playing modern music that was surprisingly quiet and empty in the afternoon. The menu was quite impressive clearly stating what's in what with a few photos of examples of what they offer. The portions were teeny tiny, not ideal for sharing but at least the prices were fair. Strawberry Mango Juice Sago & Lychee w/ Mango Ice Cream- Served super chilled to the point where the sago was iced. The fruits were fresh but way too sour. I think the only thing I liked was the mango ice cream and lychee. Green Tea Mille Crepe- This slice of thin layers of match flavored crepe stacked together with sweet cream in between was a beauty and tasted great too. Overall Service: Very awkward. We walked in, seat ourselves, she gave us our menus then left us alone until we called her over and that's it for the interaction. My friends and I love coming here! It's definitely one of our favorite asian dessert cafes. This location had a cute outdoor seating area. Tables were pretty small so my friends and I had to move around so chairs to all fit around. The peach mochi definitely did not taste like peaches, but it was really good! Very intricately made. The cantaloupe smoothie was surprising not super sweet and very refreshing as well. As for the A12, we order it every time so it's an oldie but a goodie. read more

Mango mango has to be one of my favorite dessert spots, ever. It's a casual yet extremely cute place to come grab a dessert after dinner (or just because you feel like it). My favorite has to be their fresh fruit bowl with coconut juice - it comes with a huge assortment of toppings (sago, strawberry, mango, cantaloupe, grass jelly, lychee jelly, AND banana!) all for under $8. It's super refreshing and especially great in the summer time. I also enjoyed their strawberry banana Nutella crepe. The crepe is thin and crispy. Comes with your choice of ice cream as well. Really love how cute and cozy this place is. The workers have always been extremely nice as well. :) read more

Cute dessert place with adorable decor but the seats can use some cleaning. The couches were discolored, it looks like if they just wiped it down real good, it'll look clean again. We ordered A5 which had this delicious mango ice cream in the middle, some of the fresh strawberries and mangoes were too sour for me, but the ice cream with the jelly was a good combo in this dessert. The sago got hard from the ice cream.The dessert was smaller than what I thought it would look like. Matcha mille crepe was decent, I've had better flakey ones though but nice to try if you've never had it before and enjoy the Matcha flavor. Bathroom was out of order, which stinks when you are trying to relax and enjoy yourself for a good amount of time here. read more

I love mango so hearing a place called Mango Mango Dessert just made me salivate. I mean who doesn't love mangos? On top of that it has ice cream with it! Even when it's winter people still love ice cream. Cause think about it, the ice cream won't melt as fast so you can take your time savoring your dessert. This place was pretty much packed by the time I came in but it's nice when you get a seat for your friends. The one thing great about their menu is that they have pictures! I hate going to place with no pictures on their menu. I don't like googling or guessing what the food should look like so this was definitely great. I got the Strawberry Mango Juice Sago & Lychee Jelly with Mango Ice Cream. Yes this dessert name is long but it pretty much describes what is in it. The lychee balanced out the strawberry and mango. I can't eat a whole dessert by myself so I shared with a friend. Pretty much everyone I knew shared with someone unless you just like eating by yourself. read more

Super crowded at 10pm. My party of 4 people waited approximately 10 to 15 minutes, while we were originally told 20 to 30 minites. Good thing we didn't wait that long. Even though it was crowded, the waitress came around and collecting names and head counts if everybody waiting. The staff was nice and service was fast. Don't forget, you get 7% cashback via Yelp. So don't forget to add your credit card info before paying. While waiting, it's a nice play to hangout with friends and chat. I have to say the chair that I was sitting in looked nice, but was not comfortable. The cushion was so empty in the middle that it felt like I was sitting in a toilet. My group ordered 1) A5 Strawberry Mango Juice Dad to and Lychee with Mango Ice Cream with Herbal Jelly, 2) A6 Mango Juice With Glutinous Rice Ball with Ice Cream, 3) A16 Snow White Juice with Red Bean and Jelly, and 4) S5 Mango Mille Cake. Definitely does remind me of the dessert shops in HK/China. Came here twice in a week for the mango shaved ice special, 50% off of $12.99. It's good. I like how fluffy the shaved ice comes out and the chewy gluten balls add some good texture to it! Their fresh mango is very refreshing and sweet. The mango ice cream on top of that is a little too much. It isn't particularly flavorful or anything, it just doesn't go with all the other textures that are happening at the same time. Their mango and asian food items are all great. I also tried the green tea mille crêpe which was really not good...I've tried the mille crepe cake at Lady M and this was not a mille crêpe cake. I counted 17 layers, besides that, some layers were so chewy that it wouldn't cut through The entire cake slanted when i couldn't cut through it and it ruined the layered effect. The seats are nice and there are lots of outlets. There is a toilet and wifi. Second visit: This time it was a bit emptier because I went around 1pm. I ordered the mango shaved ice for 2. The ladies said I would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for shaved ice "because it is big". I said okay anyway since I was already seated. Though, I stilled questioned it since the store was so empty. After a 10 minute they told me the machine is now broken. It just isn't the same getting a slush versus a shaved ice. The snow white mango slush-o melted so quickly. read more

My first time here was superb! Came here on a Saturday afternoon as a group of 7 and we were lucky to get seated right away as I had heard there are long wait times usually. I got the Snow White Mango Juice with Sago & Pomelo with ice cream and added glutinous rice balls as an addition. All our desserts came out relatively quick and I absolutely loved it! I'm a huge fan of mangoes in general so this place satisfied my cravings and I love the soft chewy texture of the rice balls. Everything seems reasonably priced and the ambiance is accommodating. However, I do feel that the fluorescent white lighting of this place is dim and brings down the mood a little. Regardless, this spot is a great place to have dessert and hang out with people. I got the Taro Ball with Herbal Jelly and my friend got the Matcha Crepe Cake. Super good. Extremely fast service. Interior was very cute. Really great desserts for a great price. We got the mango snowy ice ($13.50) and it was HUGE! It came with one scoop of vanilla ice cream, white boba pearls, condensed milk, and lots of chunks of mangoes. There were definitely several mangoes' worth of fruit. The ice was not soft and smooth enough though; it was a little rough. read more
The desserts are great - as they are in any other Mango Mango I've been in. The newly renovated interior is nice however giving it 2 stars because of the workers. They look so miserable. There is this one girl who barely says a word and she seemed completely over it. Whenever I go to places, service is a huge part of the experience and she honestly killed it for me. She seemed stand offish, looked like she hated her job, and was not welcoming or friendly at all. If the food wasn't as good as it was, I would give this place one star. We came in on a Sunday afternoon for dessert and were seated immediately. The set up is very cute and comfy. They had some ube special drinks (the ube Frappuccino and ube oat milk) which were nice. We also ordered a mango smoothie, which was more of a slushie. And finally an Earl grey, chestnut, honey cake that was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend that cake! read more

I saw a really hot guy ordering. I went to the restroom, came back and he was gone. I asked the boy working here: Where did that Mango? He had no idea. I should post this as a Missed Connection. What to get: #1, or really anything. What else: It's weird. Be ready for it to be weird. Let me start by saying I'm not really crazy about Mango Mango. But it's so weird and bizarre and different (and plastic and chemical tasting) that I feel like a different person having tried it. Apparently these things are available all over Hong Kong and indeed East Asia. Well I'd never had one before. Now I have. I usually get the #1, Mango with Snow Ice Slush-O (because who doesn't love an O), however, with service at Manhattan location not being as good, I'd come and get it in Queens if I were you. It's a must try if you're in for exotic, unique, authentic desserts from far away. I do think it's probably a little more bland than it would be in East Asia though. I've since brought 3 different people to this Mango Mango (and I've also visited the one in Manhattan) with differing results. A couple of them said it was too chemical and weird for them. One said it was god's gift to mango desserts. So it really depends upon your perspective. I'm somewhere in the middle. I like it, I think it's weird, I'm not in love with it. I think it has great service and is interesting and the guys working here are usually really lovely. 4 stars is about right. And don't expect to do any Argentinian dances here. A cute concept, very nice interior clean and a lot of options, but I'm definitely a believer of do a few things incredibly well as opposed to doing a wide variety of things passibly. I've been here twice and both times were equally as lackluster, with nothing here really blowing me away, failing to have me ranting and raving about how I definitely have to come back here. I tried the food items here shrugged and thought....well this is okay at least. The last time I was here I ordered the green tea crepe cake, and the mango pudding. The green tea cake was okay, had a lot of nice layers and a great matcha cream filling between each layer, cake was soft and sponge like in consistency tasted decent. The mango pudding was very forgettable, it was mango bits combined with syrup on top of a indistinct pudding. the mango was really sour, so much so that it too away from my enjoyment from the dessert. all in all very forgettable, but if you're looking for a clean and easy to access place for dessert after a meal this place is sufficient, nothing more nothing less read more

Mango Mango is one of my favorite dessert places in Flushing. I always come here with my family or even order home through UberEats. I have to say I liked the place much better before the renovations when it was bright and yellow. In fact, even the food was better when the store initially opened. My favorites are the durian crepe with durian ice-cream and A1 which is a mango sago with mango ice-cream dessert. I recently came with my friend and we were recommended a BOGO special for the grapefruit drink which was delicious. I tasted the tea flavor and it was very refreshing! read more

I was pleasantly surprised of how delicious these desserts were. The location of the restaurant isn't inviting, but once you get sitted it isn't bad. The service is quick and great. We order snow white and mango with black rice, strawberry and mango, and mango pancakes. I had the mango with black rice, and omg I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. The rice give the dessert texture and it's doesn't disappoint. The pancakes were light and delicious as well as the strawberry and mango dessert. read more

Service is a little slow but their desserts are pretty good. They're offering a buy one get one free deal for their Grapefruit Sliced Tea which is pretty worth it. Also check out their Durian Mille Crepe if you're craving something other than mango. I'd recommend coming early because this place is always packed during the after-dinner rush. read more

THIS PLACE IS SOOOO GOOD!!! I literally cannot wait to come back. I ordered the green tea ice cream with red bean and strawberry mango juice sago with lychee jelly and mango ice cream. The green tea ice cream was just perfection. I'm a huge red bean fan and it complimented the ice cream so well. The strawberry mango juice sago was also really good and refreshing. The interior is also really cute. I really like the place and I definitely will return because this is one of the best dessert places I've been to. read more

Had the annual dinner with my JHS girlfriends in Flushing, and yes, we picked the "coldest" day... it was freezing! But after an awesome KBBQ dinner, we wanted some sweets... Mango Mango was open... most places closed by 10:30pm... on a Friday night... seriously?!? [this is probably why we stay in the city 99% of the time but we made an exception this year...] Mango Mango - located near all the other dessert places, by that giant municipal parking lot... across from Paris Baguette (yep, closed at 10pm) and it's not on street level... left side, look down... sub-level - bingo! It was semi-full, even in the frigid cold of 16 degrees... but there was a big enough table for us in the front. Big comfy sofa, filled with the scent of "durian"... (yuck.. but my girlfriends all love that king of rotten fruit so 5 to 1... Mango Mango it is!) Service was OK, gave us water, menu, took our order and gave us our dessert, bill.. *fin*. Desserts: everything seems to be between $6 - $8... -Mango Pomelo Sago - "yurn ji kum lo" - still my fav... but could've done w/o the ICE particles in my mango ice cream... I did request to add red-beans but server decided "Nah, you're just getting mango pomelo.." -Snow ice w/ red beans & mochi - friend says it was OK... the red bean wasn't sweet enough... -Durian w/ snow... x3 - they wished the durian wasn't as frozen but liked it... -Hot Almond Tong Shui w/ mochi - this was OK... she didn't like how it tasted like the "packaged ones"... she swears in SF, where she's located now, has way better sweet shops. Me and my friend Cynthia popped our cherries today after spending a few hours at Queens Botanical Garden. It was pretty packed on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated at a half booth and chair table. The servers/hostesses were busy chit chatting and I had to flag one to take our orders. I asked about Snow White Juice...a cuter way of saying coconut juice...no can't do...I am allergic. The menu has a lot of things to offer from cold to hot dessert soups and cold to hot drinks...mmmm Desserts: A.05 金粉西米亮晶晶 Strawberry Mango Juice Sago & Lychee Jelly w. Mango Ice Cream...I replaced the Lychee Jelly with 小丸子 w. Yummmy yummmy desert. You have to try the mango ice it's so fresh and it's just 2 delicious. The servers were friendly and it does get a little crowded during evening hours. But it was a quick turnaround. They also do takeout but it's best to dine in and enjoy the vibes. read more
