    Love the noodle

I haven't been back to this restaurant for at least 3 years and today is the day . Simmered flavor noodle/大滷麵:I asked for all veggies and they gladly complied. The noodle is chewy and has a really texture. The soup is warm and delicious. Live it Spicy sliced beef: Oh mine, this is really good. It went well with the noodle that I ordered but I think it will taste really good with rice and shao-bing (or even wrapped in a tortilla ). This place is not huge but continues to crank out delicious food. Give it a try.

dan dan noodles, kung pao chicken, sauteed string bean

Very affordable for yummy food! I needed takeout and was recommended this place. I got the dan dan noodles, kung pao chicken, and stir fried string beans. They were all very delicious but were too oily for my taste, especially the string beans. The dan dan noodles had a peanut butter and spicy flavor so it was my favorite. The string beans and chicken were flavorful as well. This is a mom and pop shop with good service. There are tables for casual dining but it's also a great takeout option. They only accept cash and there's plenty of parking in the plaza.

Mom and pop shop in the 626. Dine in area is very small. Service can be a miss, since there's really only one friendly lady taking your order (I believe she's the cook, as well). Very good Chinese food for a decent price. A must try if you're in the 626. We got the... Pork Chop over rice, not recommended. I've had better. Black pepper beef, must try. Fish Fillet with black bean sauce, must try. Pork and Leek dumplings, recommended.

I've tried this spot 2x and so far im pleased with the food. It is very tasteful and it's a decent portion. Their prices are ok. There is a private lot but sometimes it can get super packed making it difficult to find parking so sometimes the street is an option. There are a few other restaurants around there and also dollar tree. They don't accept credit/debit just cash. I did see they gave a customer a key to use the restroom somewhere outside of the restaurant. (Just fyi) Service isn't the best it's not rude just lacks attentiveness.

We happened upon this restaurant and loved the food! The beef noodle soup was super yummy & the sautéed fish fillet was so good! Love the food. The lunch menu is awesome! $7 and up for single servings until 3pm. Warning: The boss lady doesn't speak much English and demonstrated little patience for English. If you can speak and understand Mandarin, you're good to go. Cash only. No credit cards.

Our go-to for authentic northern Chinese food because their handmade noodles and flour-based doughy foods (dumplings, pancakes) are supreme. The main proprietress is super sweet and generally remembers you and your order if you become a regular. It's easier if you can speak to her in Chinese, but she tries her best to communicate in English with non-Chinese-speaking patrons. Favorite dishes to order: - Dry spicy beef noodles (hand-pulled or knife cut) - full of numbing spice from Szechwan peppercorns, this bowl of handmade noodles are chewy and flavorful and the beef is perfectly tender; mix well so the sauce doesn't stay only at the bottom of the bowl - Stir-fried noodles (I like getting knife-cut) with your choice of protein (or just veggies if you don't eat meat) - very delicious smoky wok hei, not too salty in flavor, slight crunch from veggies - Twice-cooked pork - luscious pork belly that has been simmered once, sliced thinly, and then cooked again with leeks and cabbage--oily and salty but pairs well with rice and noodles -Beef roll pancake - bubbly fried pancake wrapped around sweet and savory beef, green onions, and cilantro; oily but delicious and I often want to finish one by myself but it's good for sharing

(TL clockwise)--The beef roll, red chili wonton, green onion pancakes and the soy sauces based chicken noodle soup.

This small establishment was an unexpected nice find. We decided to order a few items for a late lunch. The owner/server is super nice. The green onion pancakes were darker than you normally see but it was crunchy and tasty. This dish reminded me of a flattened version of the "Chinese donuts". I like it. The beef roll cakes were decent.  The paste inside is usually a little sweet and tangy. This establishes didn't have it and was missing that as a dip, as well. The best item we got was their red oil wontons.  I especially enjoyed the savory oil/soy sauce mix.  It went perfect with the boiled wontons. I could had eaten a dozen more! I would skip the noodles dishes -- the soup base is off. The broth seems like veggie based flavored with a lot of soy sauce.

A little small restaurant that makes smacking good food for a good price! Chow mein noodles were knife cut and were fresh, the flavor was pretty good. A little oily but it makes the dish flavorful tho.

Lately I've been trying all sorts of new noodle places near me and in the nearby Los Angeles areas. I saw that this noodle place had really good prices and a large menu. The pictures looked nice, so I came here with my parents for brunch. We were the only people there, which was nice, given that it was a very small restaurant. The heat wasn't turned on, and it was kind of a cold day. But the most important part of the experience was the food. We ended up ordering combination potstickers, zhajiangmian, and house special noodles. The dumplings came with 4 meat potstickers and 4 vegetarian potstickers. The vegetarian potstickers were unlike anything I've had before, and they were quite tasty and fresh. The meat potstickers are fairly standard, but still good. The zhaijiangmian was good, salty without being too salty. My favorite dish, and the reason I gave this restaurant 5 stars, was the house special noodles. The noodles were hand pulled, the soup was warm and not too salty, and the dish also had eggs, mushrooms, pork, and tomatoes. A perfect soup noodle dish for a cold winter day. The restaurant also gave out complimentary hot tea. Overall, food was amazing.

I had some family members come from out of town and honestly this restaurant deserves 5 stars, but long wait time due to short staffing makes that one star deduction an honest review. Jiang jiang mein is a must and any hand pulled noodles. I just love their chewy texture.

(Expect 15 - 20 mins) Parking is abundant, since there are few businesses in this plaza. For starters, my friend and I shared the xiao long bao, popcorn chicken, and beef rolls. Our first item, the popcorn chicken, was divine - medium and fried to perfection, couldn't ask for better! The xiao long bao was next on the list, and these featured a more thick but still chewy skin. Unfortunately, two of ours were served "stuck together" which led to them breaking - sad! The last item, the beef rolls, were amazing as well. Not only is it a timeless classic, but the beef wasn't too dry. Between these tasty bites, we also shared a honey lemon green tea. My friend warned me about these mug sizes, and yes... one is probably enough for a table of four to share! This drink was super sweet, and it was definitely in need of dilution to be drinkable. Once your belly is full, though, good luck getting out! The space inside is fairly tight but nonetheless well worth a visit! Easily one of the best popcorn chicken in town!

Chicken Fried Rice: It was soft and pillowy with great flavor, though I felt it could have used a bit more color. It looked a little pale, but it was still delicious. Shanghai-Style Chow Mein: This was perfect. The flavor was spot on, the sauce was well-balanced, and the noodles had the ideal texture. The ratio of noodles, vegetables, and meat was just right. Sweet and Sour Chicken: This was the highlight for me. My only regret is not ordering more to take home. The chicken was crispy without being overdone, and it was coated in that delicious sweet and sour sauce. Juicy Pork Dumplings: We were at a dumpling house, so we had to order dumplings. These did not disappoint. They were very flavorful, and the broth inside was rich and satisfying. We originally planned to order more dishes, but the portions were generous, and we ended up with just the right amount to leave satisfied. Overall, this place lives up to the hype.
