Loved the vibe in here - beautifully decorated and their pastries and drinks are equally as pretty! The cherry blossom croissant cube was almost too pretty to eat! I stopped in on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon and it was super busy. The to go line to order moved quickly, but getting beverages took a bit longer. Also had quite a long bathroom line (15 people deep for two unisex bathrooms) and the bathroom I went in could have used a bit of attention.

Maman is never disappointing! I have been to Ardmore, multiple locations in NYC and now DC. Their smashed avocado tartine with sunny side egg is a piece of art. Their flavors and presentation are always on point. I always get their lavender hot chocolate but it was a very hot day in DC when I went so I skipped it but would recommend trying if you haven't!

This is going to be my proper review of maman. At this point I have been to this place about 10+ times. Let me start by saying that I love the interior. This pretty much is how I want my kitchen to look. The staff is wonderful. The service they provide is top notch. The baked goods are amazing! I have tried the banana walnut bread, Nutella brownie, Martha Stewart Kitchen Sink cookie and Martha Stewart Lemon Creme Brûlée Bun. All of these items are amazing especially the Lemon Creme Brulee Bun. That is epic like a 9 minutes song. The sandwich however was just okay. Nothing special. A bit over priced but then again this is your premium coffee shop so I cannot complain... or maybe I can? The coffee is a labor of love! Whoever the barista is deserves a lot of praise for the fabulous job they do. I would like to give this place 4.1/5 If you want to waste your down payment on coffee and stuff - this is the place to do so.

This was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I ordered the avocado sandwich and added extra salmon on top, and everything was absolutely delicious and very fresh! I also tried the London Fog tea for the first time, and I liked it as well. The presentation was beautiful, the place was very clean, and the design of the space was amazing: cozy, warm, and welcoming. My friend also really enjoyed her food. So we had a wonderful breakfast on our last day in Washington, DC. I recommend visiting this place if you are in the area.

The inside has cute decor and feels cozy and the pastries on display look delicious. However, the prices are too high. I ordered the cherry blossom matcha latte which is a seasonal item. I opted for the large and it cost $9.90! I was not expecting it to be that steep and deterred me from adding on a $4.50 singular cookie. The drink itself was smooth, floral, and not too sweet. I couldn't really taste the matcha, but still enjoyed the uniqueness of it.

I feel like this is a classic cafe to check out in NYC or DC, and I cannot speak for the food much, but the americano was mediocre at best. Sometimes americanos can have that sort of sour aftertaste of stale coffee and this definitely did. My friend tried the matcha which she said was pretty good. We also grabbed a jalapeno cheddar scone and a cherry blossom croissant cube. I didn't try the latter, but my friends really liked it. The scone was ok, surprisingly sweet. That being said, I feel like Maman has made a brand off of its ambiance and I can certainly attest to it. It is BEAUTIFUL inside, and perhaps it would be nice to stop by for breakfast (items going around looked pretty good).

Cute brunch spot in Georgetown. Ideal to get there before 10a to beat the rush as well as to get a parking spot nearby if you drive. Mainly smaller tables but two bigger shared tables in the back. Really cute aesthetic inside. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was good, a little pricey but expected for that area. Lots of pastry options as well.

This has quickly become my wife's (and mine too I guess lol) go-to café. With Inkind taking it from pricey to a solid deal and such creative coffees like blueberry muffin or the pumpkin spice matcha latte were always pulled back with intrigue. They have a pretty good smoked salmon crogel croissant/bagel thingamajig as well as a steak sandwich that will not fail. All of their pastries appear to be on another level in regards to creativity and deliciousness, and the few that we have tried have been solid options. This place really just gives a great positive café vibe so fitting right there in the middle of Georgetown.

I honestly love all of the Maman locations- super consistent with the quality and freshness of their food, pastries, and drinks. I also LOVE their gluten free options- that chicken sandwich on GF bread gets me every time!! For this location in particular, the only reason I have 4 and not 5 stars is due to the service and how busy it was!! Now honestly you should sort of expect this in Georgetown... but for some reason the lines were just super unclear to me (where did it start?! end?! there felt like multiple?!), it was difficult to tell where you food/drink would be ready, and it was just so crowded both indoors and outdoors. I was overstimulated lol. ^I think it speaks to how much this place is loved which is wonderful- just prepare yourself! Or, perhaps there are more "off" times that are less busy.

Lovely cafe with amazing decor!! They have a wide variety of delicious-looking pastries, as well as a full menu, including coffee and cocktails. Highly recommend! I did not like the texture of my scrambled eggs, like hard fried eggs broken to pieces. But that was a minor flaw compared to the total experience.

Maman is such a cute location that highlights menu items from the south of france and north america. I tried the make your own omelet and it was delicious with spinach! Also I had a very tasty Blueberry and cheese scone! To wrap it all up we tried both the Cafe et Noisette and Pajama Party which are seasonal cocktails for the winter. Go check out Maman for a lovely time with great service. We had the pleasure of working with Juan today for our order and he is lovely and extremely helpful! Bon appétit!!!!!

MY FAVORITE CAFE EVER! I absolutely love coming here for coffee and pastries Their seasonal tahini honey late is to die for and I totally recommend the smoked salmon croissant/doughnut. Can't go wrong with that. The pastries are so fresh and interesting, everything looks and tastes amazing! Not to say how cute it is inside! I would hangout there for a long time, hard to get better than this.

Today's visit was very disappointing. It all started with the assignment of our table. When we initially arrived, we did not mind waiting. Per usual, Sunday afternoons are very popular. They offered the patio and we opted to wait a little longer to get a table in the AC. After 20 minutes of waiting, we were finally called. There were 2 tables near the door that had cleared out and those would have fit well. However, they decided to bring us to the back of the restaurant where they shoved 2 people in the middle of 2 super loud groups where we barely could talk and kept having to lean and yell. Then the waiter. He kept socializing with the group on the outside and did not even check on us after he took our orders. We were missing silverware, waters, etc. but he kept chitchatting to others like we were invisible. Then the food. It took 25 minutes after ordering to come. All in all between arriving at the restaurant to getting our food it was over an hour. Not as pleasant of an experience as we've liked. In the last few times at this location, it's chaotic and the waiters were not as attentive as the waitresses
