The first time we were ever late (by 15 min) for pick up the new staff member charged us $40. We requested a courtesy refund given this was the first time in all these years. They refused! We cancelled our membership. To insist on charging $40 to lose nearly $10,000 in annual business is so foolish!

Aniyah took time putting the loose dogs behind the gates so they could test taking Penny back and she instantly warmed up to her as she walked back. When I rescued Penny, she had never been groomed so her quicks are pretty long, but I liked how they utilize the "alternative cut" style then filing each nail so it's short as possible. While she was nervous on the table, Aniyah did a great job talking to her the whole time and kept her as comfortable as possible. Forgot to take the before, but they came out amazing afterwards.
