Specialties
Dogtopia of Ahwatukee is not a dog sitter. We provide structured daycare centered around daily enrichment, safe socialization, and consistency to create happier, more predictable dogs.
Every day includes free play with carefully matched friends, structured brain games and engagement, and scheduled rest time to create balance and better behavior at home.
Families can check in anytime on our live webcams, and our themed events throughout the year add even more fun and stimulation. We also offer overnight boarding and spa services.
History
Established in 2023.
Established in 2023, Dogtopia of Ahwatukee was founded on the belief that every dog deserves a safe place to play, learn, and thrive. From day one, our goal has been to give pups the socialization, exercise, and enrichment they need to live their happiest, healthiest lives. In a short time, we’ve become a trusted resource for local families, building a community where dogs flourish, friendships form, and pet parents know their furry loved ones are in the best care possible.
Meet the Business Owner: Susan P.
Susan Perlman, co-owner of Dogtopia of Ahwatukee, has built her career around one simple belief: dogs change lives, and when they thrive, so do their families. Her passion for dogs runs far deeper than just a love of animals — she’s committed to creating an environment where every pup can flourish through socialization, exercise, and enrichment.
With years of experience in both business and hands-on dog care, Susan has dedicated herself to improving the health, happiness, and behavior of dogs in her community. She works closely with her team to ensure that every Dogtopia experience is safe, positive, and designed to meet the unique needs of each dog.
For Susan, the reward is in the transformations she sees every day — shy dogs gaining confidence, energetic pups learning new skills, and pet parents feeling more connected to their furry family members. Her mission is simple: help dogs live their best lives, and help families enjoy every moment with them.
