They do not take the dogs out to go to the restroom, they just urinate and poop on the floor. That disgusting fact and I cannot see to see a water bowl visible in their play rooms. I haven't seen it on their webcams or when I toured the facility. I'm extremely concerned about the cleanliness of the facility. The dogs do seem to have fun, though.

In order to get her started, she had to have an assessment done. And I got to see how the dogs are when they're playing in the common space. It made me feel very comfortable that there is so many people out there with the dogs in case any one of them gets aggressive. Since my puppy is there almost 12 hours every week day, I can pack her food. The attendants ensure that she eats. I was not expecting that. They have an in-house Vet and groomer. Their hours are great and even have weekend times available. I boarded her once recently there. It felt great knowing she was in her favorite place. Thank you Paw Commons (Scottsdale).

She ended up spending two days at daycare here and I could not have been happier with the experience! Registration was super easy. I brought in her vaccination records, they got everything taken care of, and took her right back. They even fed her while she was there. The best review honestly came from Moose herself. When I picked her up after the first day, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a great time. When we came back the second morning, as soon as she realized where we were, her tail started going like crazy and she walked right up to the staff. That immediately made me feel good about leaving her again. Both days she came back to us happy and completely relaxed. Even my son looked at her and said, "she must've had a really good time, she's smiling" Finding a place you feel comfortable leaving your dog when you're traveling can be stressful, and they made it incredibly easy. Moose clearly loved it there, and that's about the best recommendation I can give. We would absolutely use them again if we're back in the area!

Throughout the day they sent us update photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, they took such amazing care of our baby girl and treated her like family. Having a facility willing and able to accommodate a Great Dane puppy during our trip was incredible. We're so thankful we found them, and honestly what started as a last resort ended up being one of the best parts of our trip. Scheduling was super easy (via email, with prompt responses) and I sent over vet records ahead of the appt. We arrived at 11am and got him checked in, they called when they were ready to start and we talked about doing just a "standard" doodle cut, keeping him cool for summer. We picked him up around 4pm and he was SO handsome! The matted fur in his ears was good, we could see his eyes, he smelled delicious and he looked like a new dog! The staff were super friendly and pricing was extremely competitive - absolutely will be back!

I wanted to make sure the place didn't store him in a small cage or crate and that they genuinely cared about the dogs. I did a tour prior to his first stay and I really appreciate that each "suite" is large and gives him plenty of room. They also separate the small and large dogs and have separate play areas both indoor and outdoor. I also like that they give the dogs time apart if needed and they genuinely care for their needs. The pricing is also very reasonable imo. The only downside is they tend to lose things so I don't recommend bringing anything super valuable or sentimental to an overnight stay since it might get misplaced or damaged.
