You can tell they're experienced and genuinely care about animals. I'd recommend this place to anyone. They've definitely gained a customer for life!

The groom was completed within 3.5 hours which was important to me. I don't like my dog being stressed for long. Yes the place isn't as cheap as PetSmart, but honestly I took my dog previously just for a bath only to PetSmart and it took them 6 hours!!! I know a lot of that time was my dog being stressed out waiting in a cage so I decided to go with Green Bulldog. We will be back for sure and I have recommended them to anyone who has asked.

The last time we went to the generic places they cut one of his warts and we were so worried to take him anywhere else. After some research we found this place and decided to give it a go. I appreciate that they come to your home and only take care of your dog at the session. This provides a quicker experience with less distractions and more assurance that the groomer's full attention is on your dog. If you have any special concerns/requests for your dog, I recommend calling them and asking for a groomer that has more experience with your concerns. I mentioned my concern with cutting my dogs warts and they recommended we work with Margaret. Margaret was great and managed to give our dog a short cut without cutting his warts. Really appreciate them. I'm giving 4 stars bc it is a bit pricey, the generator outside the house is quite loud, and the groomer was 30 minutes late.

He was a precious soul who had endured neglect and hardship and was desperately in need of kindness, patience, and care. From the moment we arrived, the team at Fancy Pets treated Bruno with compassion, dignity, and genuine affection. The care and tenderness shown by Ron and the staff were nothing short of remarkable. They didn't just give him a bath and a haircut--they helped restore his confidence and reminded us all how powerful a little love can be. The transformation was incredible. Bruno left looking clean, healthy, happy, and ready to begin the next chapter of his life. Thanks to your professionalism and loving touch, this once-abused little guy can now look forward to his forever home and a future filled with comfort, security, and love. In our eyes, Bruno went from surviving to thriving. He now looks every bit the little Lord Fauntleroy he was always meant to be. Thank you, Fancy Pets, for your exceptional service, your compassion, and for helping give Bruno a fresh start. I was able to get in really quickly, my dog was there for only 2 hrs, the price was very competitive with other groomers and the staff was so nice to my dog. He was really scared when I left him but when I picked him up he was very happy! The only reason I'm giving them 4 starts instead of 5 is because the grooming wasn't fantastic... they missed some spots in his fur so there was little patches that were longer so I had to cut them myself. Also, they did not shave the hair between his paws nor did they cut the hair in his ears... I'm really big on customer service and their customer service was truly amazing, so even though they didn't perform well on the grooming I'm still going to bring my dog back there!
