This is a total scam and they are liars --they just want money. This started back in August 2023…read morewhere I paid to board my older pup and a foster pup because they were not getting along, IB K9 said the boarding date would be about a month out. Long story short, the same night I had requested for a refund when we had to cancel one of our foster dog's boarding after she hurt my older pup. They promised to send my money back. They never did. My older pup got sick after boarding and didn't learn anything basically; they were super communicative until my dog was boarded, then afterwards I had to keep reaching out to ask how she was doing and I got basically one photo during the entire time she was boarded. After I got my older pup back she seemed really sick, severely skinny and when I brought her to her vet, they expressed heavy concern with the facilities because she was clearly weaker and sick and I ended up breaking down crying from feeling so bad for doing this to her. I never even requested a refund for the harm they did to my dog ; I only asked for a refund on the dog that was NEVER BOARDED. I posted a review on Google a few years back when it all happened and in late July 2026, they replied to my google review telling me to reach out via email, only to tell me they won't refund me and state that it's part of the signed contract, but there was no such contract and they are absolute liars. I filed a small claims which they ignored; you can see in the affidavit attached where they tried to ignore / refuse to open the door and accept the served papers. I am now also posting all my interaction with them to warn anyone who is thinking of taking their dogs here. So bottom line is, if you want to traumatize your pup, waste your money, or never get your money back this would be a good place.

And Orlando did an amazing job on each one. He knows what he is doing and understands the dogs extremely well. Best In Show's training methods do not just teach your dog basic behaviors, they teach your dog how to learn. After my dogs were trained Best In Show taught me the tools to get the dogs to respond with the desired behaviors I was looking for. They also worked with my children (13, 11, 7) to help them with their communication with the dogs. I highly recommend Best In Show because they trained my dogs to fit my family's needs, not their needs. A lot of trainers have cookie cutter training methods & use the same training for every dog.

After consulting with Orlando about the situation, I made the decision to put the aggressive dog in training with him at a huge expense, but felt it was necessary to get to the root of the behavior. Well, either he doesn't have the level of expertise I thought he had our he just didn't spend the time with the dog. I can't get in to more detail as this matter may require legal action, but it turned out to be a huge waste of our money and nothing but justification on his part with the recommendation to give him more money for more training. Seriously?! I left my initial review up so others can see how first impressions can be great, but everything changed once he got a big chunk of money. And our dog? We've gone back to daily training and more extensive exercise routine and the two dogs are once again relaxed and playful. We'll be doing more socializing with the trainer we had great success with our first dog at Wiggles & Wags, Tammi the owner has decades of experience, competing, judging, working dogs, etc. Silly me for falling for a great first impression!

I've brought my dog to another daycare and she was taught so many bad habits there but since taking her here I have noticed a very positive change in my dog and she listens and is calmer at home. You also can't beat her prices! She has the most affordable pricing and it's very worth the service! If you are looking for a place to care for your pup like they are your own this is the facility to bring them! The team really learns your dog personally and has tons of experience with dog care. Kayleigh has been amazing to work with, she is always kind and honest when it comes to my dog! I've never had a better experience and highly recommend her services!

Whether you have a nervous pup, an energetic puppy, or a dog who just loves attention, she takes the time to make sure every dog's individual needs are met, no matter how big or small. I love that the dogs get to do so much more than just sit around all day. They have fun water activities, themed days, special pictures, playtime, and of course plenty of cuddles! Kayleigh also sends pictures and videos throughout the day, which gives me so much peace of mind and lets me see how much fun my pup is having. I've honestly never felt as comfortable leaving my babies somewhere as I do leaving them with Kayleigh and her crew. They get cuddles from the second they arrive, get to play and socialize all day, and come home completely worn out and happy! CrayCrayDogLaDay also offers boarding and training. Kayleigh does amazing one-on-one training with dogs and puts so much time and effort into helping them improve, with great results. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your dogs and treats them like family, I 100% recommend CrayCrayDogLaDay. You can tell how much Kayleigh truly loves what she does, and that makes all the difference!

He fully owned the issues I had and followed up to help. They were able to find the toys (they had accidentally gone home with the wrong family, which I'm sure happens from time to time). I was offered a full refund and left the conversation with Raul expressing a sincere hope to improve my experience in the future. All that said I would try again at this location. ---------------------------------------------------- I went on a short weekend trip and brought my dog here for boarding. My dog is still learning and very over-stimulated by other dogs so we knew going into it we would be doing the private room boarding. We asked to see the room before we left and the staff member seemed hesitant to show us - I think maybe because they were still cleaning it up. The private room is just a concrete room the size of a larger closet, but we brought his dog bed and toys and stuff and didn't see an issue with it because it was way better than a kennel or something. Reasons for the low rating: - Lost toys: We dropped him off with a bag of food/treats, a dog bed, and a bag of his favorite toys (tug rope, football, 3 bones). When we picked him up, they had lost the bag of toys. We are a bit frustrated, as dog toys can be expensive. During the last day of his boarding, apparently our dog ripped up his dog bed to shreds. I am not blaming that on Mak Pack...my dog can be a little destructive especially if stressed or bored. But it did make me wonder if he had his toys with him in the room at any point. Since the toys were lost, maybe he didn't have anything to chew on and ended up ripping up his bed. - Poor communication. We were told we would get daily "pupdates". We dropped him off on Friday morning and did not hear anything until Saturday afternoon. Since this was his first time boarding, I reached out through the text number on their website multiple times and never got a response. The update we did finally get was very brief. He looked scared in the picture (which to be fair is expected) and the note said he was happy and getting lots of attention. I would have liked more detail - did he play with other dogs? did he behave? Is he eating normally? etc...I understand there are a lot of dogs so staff is probably busy but that communication would go a long way. - No bathroom - everything is indoor so there's no designated place to relieve themselves. In the private room they are let out about 4 times a day. When I picked him up on Sunday he immediately relieved himself outside as if he had been holding it in all day. I think most dogs would not want to go in the room they're sleeping in, especially if trained not to do that.
