Macey's professionalism precedes her. She came over a month prior to meet our dog, then 2 weeks out. She has a calm, kind presence and my dog, skittish and big, was all about her. The entire week we were gone, she sent photos, updates, asked questions and answered my crazy dog mom texts when we were out of cell range. My dog warmed up to her even more, not barking and asking for pets and treats. We have used her many times since and our dog is absolutely in love with her. She also left our house even better than we did. It's like she was never there. I also recommended her to two of my friends and my family members. I have heard nothing but praise about her personality, professionalism and love of animals. 10/10 recommend, but I get first dibs on the busy weekends ;)

Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! We were floored by her love for animals. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of the fur babies we love dearly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

Kimberly treats our babies as if they were her own, even when she has multiple dogs staying there at the same time. Each time they stay with Kimberly we receive countless pictures, videos and updates on how they are doing and we have no question they are in good hands. The dogs don't even want to leave when we arrive to pick them up at the end of their stay. We are new to being dog parents and have used a variety of dog sitters since getting our babies, and Kimberly is the one we keep returning to after we found her. 20 out of 10 highly recommend, no doubt your fur baby will be in good hands

I have to say that we were blown away! First, Jenna came out to meet the kids and see how our house runs so she would be ready to stay the night and care for them. She was very thorough and asked questions to clarify what she needed to know. While we were on vacation, we got picture texts with updates once or twice a day letting us know that she was at our house and how the kiddos were doing. This was very much appreciated and made it possible for us to enjoy our vacation without worrying if the kids were okay. When we got home from our trip, our house was just as we left it. The kids were happy and not spazzing out like they usually do when we leave town. You could tell they really enjoyed their time with Jenna and I don't think they missed us at all! :) This was a wonderful experience and Play Time Pet Care will definitely be our go-to for our pet-sitting needs in the future. I knew after just a few minutes at the meet and greet, where he was leaning up against Kourtney for Love, that he was in good hands- he is very fickle and nervous around strangers typically. Her dogs, Hope and Clark, are great playmates and provide a comfortable and safe "pack" for my boy. We are lucky to have found such great care for our pup!

Second, when Vanessa first came over to my house my boys fell in love with her. Even my shy guy. She wasn't in the door for 5 minutes before he was trying to climb up her leg. Some people are just animal whisperers - Vanessa is one of those people. Their rates are super awesome and I feel like I am getting a good deal while my boys are well taken care of. Win - win! And finally, I get pictures while I am away! I love that! I wake up in the mornings while I am on vacation and there is a pic of one of my guys hanging out looking happy at home. And when we do get home it is like we never left. They don't seem anxious from being alone, everything is neat and clean and their food and water is always full.
