Cute interior a bit cozy with tables all over. We ordered in the line and took out number to the table. The cashier and all the staff were friendly. We got a mocha, latte and a florentine crepe and a big and good crepe. The coffee was fine. The crepes were nice and tasty and both came with a small salad. Florentine had some good cheese and the big and good crepe had generous slices of bacon and sun dried tomatoes (with more cheese).
Great day for gelato - sunny & warm. The line was out the door but went reasonably quickly. Lots of flavors from which to choose. The guys were friendly and scoops were generous & neat. Delicious treat, thank you!
We came here for lunch after visiting the Notre Dame Basilica. The decor was really cute like somewhere you'd go for afternoon tea. They also serve ice cream. We had the smoked salmon crepe and the Nutella and strawberry crepe. Both were very tasty! Prices were a bit higher since it was in a touristy area.
Charming and cozy spot tucked away in old Montreal! Tried the hazelnut vanilla hot chocolate and "Complete" crepe. The crepe was delicious, especially the mushroom, though the chicken was a bit bland for me. Overall enjoyable experience. Their lotus cookie cake was moist and flavorful. Festive Middle Eastern music or reggaeton are a credit to the ambience too.
My wife and I came here before going to Norte Dame Basilica as we wanted a convenient place for breakfast. The interior is nice with historical decor. The staff is fast and friendly. The food is amazing too and we had a crepe with eggs, cheese, and spinach, and a bagel with smoked salmon and creme cheese as well as a latte. The crepe was amazing and the bagels were authentic and Montreal style. We loved the latte as well and their work into it.

Maison Bagatelle has such an elegant cafe vibe and definitely a place to also take lots of pictures for social media. They had a good amount of seating and is a lovely place to chat with friends while having desserts and tea. The staff are all kind. The strawberry nutella crepe was divine. They added so much nutella and strawberries. The crepe was the perfect size and had good thickness. They even added strawberry and chocolate drizzle on top. After eating the crepe, having a slice of orange and pineapple adds the perfect hint of freshness. I will definitely be going back to Maison Bagatelle once in Montreal again and will order a different type of crepe with hot tea on the side!
Ordered a Nutella strawberry crepe to go. I loved the crepe! Absolutely delicious! The person making my crepe did not go stingy on adding strawberries, and the Nutella and strawberry jam with powdered sugar on top was amazing. The pineapple and orange sides were interesting, they complimented the crepes and I was pleasantly surprised because when I usually order crepes I never had these fruits as a side. Overall, it was a good portion, I wish the price was slightly less than what I paid for, but nonetheless I was happy. 9/10 Will come back next time to sit down in the cafe to try other foods and the drinks here. During my short stop inside, I noticed that the interior was decorated very nicely and the seatings looking comfortable and atmosphere was lively.
This is a cute little crepey. I was expecting turkey breast instead of deli meat in my savory crepe but it was still delicious. I absolutely loved the pistachio croissant. I'd go back but for the pastries and nice service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We were over ambitious in ordering a savory crepe each and planned to split the Nutella crepe. Little did we know that the portions are huge. We ended up packing up the Nutella crepe to go. (Without a way to warm this up, don't bother). I ordered the vegetarian, the spinach and mushroom were good addition but unsure of the artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes- their flavors were a bit too strong for the rest of the ingredients and the tomatoes were a bit more chewy than I would have liked, perhaps fresh tomatoes might have been better, at least personally. The florentine was enjoyed by my friend, and this I would get if I'm ever in town again. read more
No tap water, have to buy bottled if you want water. Dine in available, poor AC, front door lets in all the wasps. Nice atmosphere. Doesn't appear to be any bathroom. Turkey bagel 8/10. Comes with salad (has cherry tomatoes). Affagato 10/10 so tasty. Ice cream looks good. Pastries look tasty. read more
The crepes were delicious and presented beautifully! We had the banana-strawberry-nutella one which was perfect, and the chicken-cheese-mushroom which could have used a milder, more subtle cheese in my opinion. They used an american-style cheese of sorts that tasted very salty. The cafe is adorable but so hot-- there was a fan and no AC so maybe better for a cooler day! read more

I was in Montreal for Thanksgiving weekend and wanted to get some hot chocolate at a cute cafe. This cafe popped up so I went over to check it out. First, its REALLY CUTE inside. It has chic and elegant decor. Screams victorian tea party vibes. This place would be a great meet up spot with friends. Second, the service was great. All the staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions. Third, the food is good. I got a classic hot chocolate and a smoked salmon bagel. Hot Chocolate was sweet but not too sweet. Rich and creamy. The smoked salmon bagel was delicious!!! I love the way they decorate the plate. On their menu, they had a lot of different bagel and panini options. They also had 5 different flavors of hot chocolate to choose from. Overall, I had a great experience here and would highly recommend! read more

It was a very very cold new year's eve and I was in desperate need for something sweet and warming , yet literally nothing was open. As I started to give up hope and head to search for fireworks, I saw the faint glimmer of the LED cafe sign of Maison Bagatelle. Not knowing what to expect, I walked in and immediately breathed a sigh of relief. Not only was it literally a welcome warmth, but the interior is beautiful looking like it's come straight out of the french renaissance. Paintings and old chairs set up, and pastries that looked like they came off straight off the shelves in Paris. Unfortunately I had already eaten otherwise I definitely would've taken advantage fully of what Maison Bagatelle had to offer. I opted for a salted caramel hot chocolate which was just what I needed. So warm and sweet, I clutched it tightly and sipped it all the way into the new year. It was perfect. Definitely would go here again! read more

Amazing from Beginning to End. I actually don't like sweets that much, but as soon as I took that first bite... oh my goodness I couldn't stop eating it. The flavors, and how they come together is absolutely amazing. If I ever come back to Montreal, I am definitely coming back here. 1000% worth it. read more

Cute little bakery we found on our walk to Old Port Montreal. They offer a wide variety of desserts: cookies, croissants, brownies, baklava, gelato, and more. The employees were very sweet and patient with us while we were making our selections. Super tasty! read more

This is my first time in Montreal and so far me and my family are loving this old city. I have never been to any European country before but I felt like Montreal is giving me a glimpse of it. The architecture, the food and most of the locals speak french. Bonjour! Kinda neat/sweet when they greet us with that then hear them also say merci! After visiting the Basilica of Notre Dame... which is really beautiful, we walk around the old Montreal downtown and we need a quick My daughter was thrilled to see all the goodies they have to offer. My daughter got two scoops of gelato, my wife got a cheesecake and I will get, if lucky, whatever leftover they'll have. Gelato is good and so is the cheesecake. Let's not forget how pretty the ambiance of this place is and how nice the staffs are. This is a must stop for Montreal tourists like us. read more

Nice thing about this cafe is beautiful, interesting interior decoration and cute furniture. Other than that, service, organize and taste of pastry, I'm not crazy about at all. Coffee is ok. Overall if you want to find a chic place to sit and take a picture, Maison Bagatelle maybe is the good place to do so. read more

Crepes are okay. Very thin without much for the price. The fruit they put on the plate isn't all fresh. Don't get the coffee, nothing special and really not that good. My group and I went because we were like let's just give it a try. Wouldn't really come here again. read more
Small place that we found after visiting Norte dame basilica, we had a long day at this point and we're going to head back to the hotel but wanted a small bite to eat first so we were walking by and decided to try it. Inside you'll find some souvenir items for sale such as maple syrup, maple cookies etc. They also have ice cream and all sorts of pastries. What we came for was the crepes, they have both savory and sweet crepes, we ordered a strawberry and Nutella and a banana and almond crepe, they were served with fresh fruit on the side, they were made fresh and tasted great, we were happy with the food and the staff was very nice, seating here is a little tight but you can seat yourself, there is alot of vintage furniture and decorations, this is a nice place to check out near Norte dame. read more
Perfect place to pit stop as we waited for the Aura show at the Basilica of Notre Dame. They have pastries, coffee, sweet crepes, savory crepes, gelato, and regular drinks. I decided to get the milk chocolate crepe and it was amazing. And to pair with it? An iced latte. Both were delicious. To top it off, the place is quite quaint and has this old, castle-like feeling to it. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Perfect. read more
