Whoa! What a treat!! The fresh pita bread, zaatar bread, lebne, and egg dishes provide for an elevated breakfast experience. I stopped in for a quick sandwich, the spot is a 5 minute walk from my hotel. Staff was friendly, the spot is clean and the pizza oven looks legit. I got the famous chicken wrap, it came out quick and it's very tasty. The pickles add a nice touch. The menu looked amazing and I wish I had more room to try some more stuff! This space changed owners many times over the years (Starbucks, Copper Branch, etc.). But I really hope Ô Four will stay, because their food is really, really nice. They have a range of comfort food prepared super fresh, thanks to their fantastic oven, which you can admire in one corner of the kitchen. Their team is dedicated and friendly. Most attractively, the prices are great and the portions are really generous! We got fava beans, lahmeh bi ajjin and eggs with soujouk. These dishes came with two portions of fresh veggies and deliciously bitter olives, as well as gloriously fresh pita right out of the oven. After we saw on instagram their advertisement, we thought that this place must give a try. First, you should go there early or make your reservation. When we arrived, most of the tables are reserved. They have two rooms to host people with bar seats. Per person, you can have a casserole of egg of your choice. Thereafter, everything is set. They will bring to the table. I noticed that they give A LOT of breads and beans. You should go there with empty stomach. Overall, the taste is good. No complain, but I hope to have a little bit of more varieties. Heard about this place because of a YouTuber, so I gave it a try as always looking for a great manakish place. Where do i start ? As you walk in, the smell of the food is so inviting. The staff is SUPER friendly. And cleanliness is out of this world. There is even a sink in the middle of the restaurant to wash your hands! The food ! The portions are humongous like lebanese food should be. Generous allowing to share with many. The fresh bread given with certain plates reminds me exactly like I was back in Lebanon. The cut vegetables offered are fresh and clean . The cheese on the Mankoushe is simply WOW. The steak kaak was so good that my 14 year old sister finished it to the last bite even if she was full, but she just couldn't stop. Stopped by this place for lunch with friends before flying back home to London, Ontario, and wow - this place is truly authentic. Service is excellent and the food is brought out promptly - no unnecessary waiting here. (Of course, if you come here when the place is super busy you will have to wait a bit, but even then, the wait is so worth it.) The place is a bit on the small side and may feel a bit cramped depending on where you sit, but the food more than makes up for it. The food prices are excellent and the portions are very large. The food also tasted so fresh. You definitely won't feel like you've been ripped off if you come here. For reference, I ordered an omelet from here that had three eggs, cheese and bacon. So glad this place opened up just down the street from me! I love Lebanese food and especially Manakeesh/Manakish/Man'oushe/Man'ouche and this place does them amazingly well (in my non-Lebanese opinion of course.) Everything is super fresh. All of the bread items are baked right there in their oven. We went for the first time two weeks ago and already went back last night. Writing this review I'm already thinking about when I can go back again. The first time we got the kafta and cheese man'ouche, special sub with soujouk , and eggs with sojouk. Everything was super good! - I've always hoped to come across manakeesh with meat and cheese in the same one. The kafta was great and it also had pickles and mayo (making it unexpectedly decadent.) - The special sub is served on a sesame bread that I hadn't tried before, and it was a great fusion of sojouk/lebanese spices and traditional sub toppings. This was my husband's favorite. - The egg pot was unexpectedly fancy for a very humble/take out kind of place. It came in its own little cast iron and had a side plate of garnishes (tomatoes, cucumber, olives, tomatoes, mint) and great fresh pita. This was definitely the healthiest feeling dish of the meal. The second time we went back we got the same sub, a cheese man'ouche and a lahm bajeen man'ouche. Lahm bajeen has historically always been my favorite and this is a great one. Perfectly spiced with a bit of red pepper and finished with a squeeze of lemon. The prices are super reasonable. The simpler manakeesh are $5-$6 and the more decadent ones, subs and egg dishes are around $11. They're open late (11pm) and the man there said they were starting breakfast as well so I might have to check that out. Definitely recommend for tasty, fresh lebanese food! In an area that seems to struggle to keep good restaurants around, I hope this one is here to stay! read more

The service was a bit odd. They wanted to give me a sandwich that they had made for another customer who didn't show up. I couldn't help noticing a new Lebanese restaurant had taken the space of the Copper Branch. Too bad for them, but good news for the area since ô Four appears to be the real deal for Lebanese eats, including manoushe (Lebanese Pizzas) and sandwiches. Both items use their fresh dough and are baked in their custom gas fired oven (before the fresh toppings are added ie. tomatoes, mint etc.). I noticed right from the start their well thought out menu shows value at every turn. The portions look large and despite that, nothing seems over priced. This is great for students, artists, those on a budget in general, and many who have gone through a tough stretch during these unique 'times'. The space is clean, spacious and has a relaxed feeling. A large screen TV at the front will most likely show local and international sports when matches are on. The kitchen is open and well organized behind the counter. You can literally view the pride their chef/owner and his staff put forth. Apart from pizzas and sandwiches with a variety of Lebanese toppings to choose from, they have baked egg skillets served with traditional bread (khobez or khubz), subs on traditional sesame seeded rolls (kaak), vegetarian dishes i.e. green beans, okra, lentils, baked seasoned potatoes, and a selection of desserts i.e. chocolate hazelnut banana marshmallow dessert pizza, or authentic Lebanese meghli (spiced rice pudding) and ashtalieh (Lebanese cream pudding) with pistachio topping. Their hours are from 8am to 11pm (even 12am, if I heard correctly). I was told they should be starting brunch on the weekend (in a week or so). It appears they have already begun to gain a loyal following -- some customers have already returned two or three times -- and they only opened recently. That's a good sign and speaking of their sign, that's exactly what I initially noticed from across the road. It has a piece of wheat as part of the logo, which proves they are very serious about their dough (integral to many of their dishes). Not that any less attention is paid to their toppings. Their soujouk (minced beef with Armenian spices) is homemade and I saw several manoushe topped with it or kafta (minced beef with Lebanese spices). As the clock just passed noon, I'm starting to dream about their food. I will finish by relaying my excitement into one final sentence -- I can't wait to try everything on their tasty looking menu! read more

Authentic, and fresh Lebanese food. As a Lebanese person I came in with high expectations and they were met. The Manousheh is fresh, their bread is fresh. The eggs with sujuk are filling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A breakfast with a side of radishes, kalamata olives, mint and cucumbers really tells you it's authentic. Just flew in from NYC with my siblings and met my cousins who live here. They brought us here for breakfast and let me just say it was amazing. Reminded me of a breakfast my Arabic family would make. This is a great Lebanese restaurant! The bread is fresh from the oven, the za'atar pizza is perfect, the cheesy potatoes are the best comfort food you can imagine. For dessert I recommend the flatbread smeared with Nutella and topped with bananas and marshmallows then broiled. So good! read more
