I had just gotten off work and was trying to put something on my stomach, sadly I wasn't able to. The lady manager left me on hold for 10 minutes after I explained the situation. She wasn't trying to hear me out, which I found to be extremely rude. It took another manager to pick up the phone and I explained it to him; he gave me a refund, but that's not what I wanted. However, I don't live in the area and would've turned around and tried again, but this is so frustrating because I wanted it.

Finally, after nearly an hour!!!!!- we received our food. 1 burger (the cheese was missing) & 2 wraps. Our server was hardly seen- I don't know whete he could've possibly been. Kristen happened to be passing by & asked how we were doing. We expressed our disappointment & she was empathetic & told us that there had been an influx of online orders (not a good reason for us to be neglected) but she felt badly & took good care of us, which was very much appreciated. She was great, and we are grateful. The food was actually excellent- both the burger & the wraps/fries. Not sure if we'll go back. Maybe we'll order online, dine it seems to be their priority.

There are two square tables nearby that could seat up to 8 each and kind of like a treehouse with a nice cozy bookshelf. Jerry was so nice to let us have a sample of their hibiscus tea. It's very rich and has a little bit of a kick thanks to the ginger. Yum!! It's absolutely refreshing and time well spent! There are a few parking spaces across for ease of access. The salmon is covered in a homemade specialty coffee glaze and pour over into the rice for an immaculate pairing. Behind the truck, there is a cute treehouse that'll make you forget where you are for a second. I'm excited to see what they continue to do as far as set up goes. The daiquiri flight is definitely a fun way to try a few different flavors. Overall, good food, good drinks and great service. I've watched this place evolve over the years,& the improvements are seriously impressive. The biggest surprise was the fries. They used to be just ok, but now they're crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed w/ flavor. I couldn't stop eating them! The chicken wings has changed too, and in the best way possible. It's perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor in every bite. You can def tell they've elevated the quality of their food! Their burgers deserve a huge shout-out too. They're much bigger & juicier than they used to be, and switching from a sesame seed bun to a soft potato bun was a gr8 move. It made the burger even better. Their new special sauce tied everything together & added so much flavor. Every bite was messy in the best way, & I loved every second of it. I stopped by for a late-night snack, and every single thing I ordered was absolutely delicious & fresh. It's not often you see a neighborhood spot improve this much after so many years, but they really did. One thing I've always appreciated is the customer service. Even after all these years, the staff is still friendly, welcoming, & always jokes around w/ me whenever I pull through the drive-thru. Those little interactions make me look forward to coming back just as much as the food. They're drive-thru only now, but that's no prob for me. Thank you for continuing to serve amazing food & for always treating your customers so well! After 19 years, I'm still a loyal customer, & I'll def be back for many more late-night cravings! It was pretty annoying that nobody was picking up the phone, that's bad business. I waited in the car while my man went in. Don't ask me why he thought coleslaw was the only side that came with the family meal, it looked gross and nobody in our house even wanted to touch it. The JJ fries were okay, nothing amazing, but the fried chicken was good as usual. Maybe they were just too busy or maybe they ignored business because they didn't want to work hard, so they didn't answer the phone and ignored their online ordering system. Overall, the chicken never disappoints, but they really need to prevent people from wasting time. We'll probably keep coming back for the chicken.
