There was practically NO cheese, much less extra, it was left in the oven too long (which I did not know until I got home) and the crust was way too well done. It cost close to $30 and while it tasted okay, it was nothing special and was a very poor value for the price. Glad I checked it out, but would never go back there.

There are a couple of booths inside, but not enough for a large group. There is a bench and table outside also. I ordered the classic six piece and the flavor was Ragin' Garlic. I ordered waffle fries which you can have seasoned with various accents. I chose the Parmesan garlic. And to wash it all down, a fruit punch from their fountain drink selection. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and my order was ready very quickly. It was hard selecting a flavor so I definitely see myself returning to try others. I highly recommend this establishment.

I had just gotten off work and was trying to put something on my stomach, sadly I wasn't able to. The lady manager left me on hold for 10 minutes after I explained the situation. She wasn't trying to hear me out, which I found to be extremely rude. It took another manager to pick up the phone and I explained it to him; he gave me a refund, but that's not what I wanted. However, I don't live in the area and would've turned around and tried again, but this is so frustrating because I wanted it.

We checked online and it said they were open, so we just drove over, even though I thought they might be closed. To our surprise, they were open, but because we couldn't order in advance, we had to wait for the order we were trying to have ready for pickup. It was pretty annoying that nobody was picking up the phone, that's bad business. I waited in the car while my man went in. Don't ask me why he thought coleslaw was the only side that came with the family meal, it looked gross and nobody in our house even wanted to touch it. The JJ fries were okay, nothing amazing, but the fried chicken was good as usual. Maybe they were just too busy or maybe they ignored business because they didn't want to work hard, so they didn't answer the phone and ignored their online ordering system. Overall, the chicken never disappoints, but they really need to prevent people from wasting time. We'll probably keep coming back for the chicken.
