I ordered waffle fries which you can have seasoned with various accents. I chose the Parmesan garlic. And to wash it all down, a fruit punch from their fountain drink selection. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and my order was ready very quickly. It was hard selecting a flavor so I definitely see myself returning to try others. I had just gotten off work and was trying to put something on my stomach, sadly I wasn't able to. The lady manager left me on hold for 10 minutes after I explained the situation. She wasn't trying to hear me out, which I found to be extremely rude. It took another manager to pick up the phone and I explained it to him; he gave me a refund, but that's not what I wanted. However, I don't live in the area and would've turned around and tried again, but this is so frustrating because I wanted it.

While it wasn't terrible, it felt like it was missing something to really bring the flavors together. The chicken in the bowl was pretty dry and overcooked, but the rice itself was fine. It's possible the kitchen was busy with a large party that Saturday afternoon, so maybe it just wasn't their best moment. Still, the dishes didn't look or taste as good as I was hoping. I'll probably give them another try once they work through the challenges that come with being a new business.

We checked online and it said they were open, so we just drove over, even though I thought they might be closed. It was pretty annoying that nobody was picking up the phone, that's bad business. I waited in the car while my man went in. Don't ask me why he thought coleslaw was the only side that came with the family meal, it looked gross and nobody in our house even wanted to touch it. The JJ fries were okay, nothing amazing, but the fried chicken was good as usual. Maybe they were just too busy or maybe they ignored business because they didn't want to work hard, so they didn't answer the phone and ignored their online ordering system.
