Got stuck in traffic and my food was still not ready. Or so I thought. I showed up gave my name and order number and was told they were working on it. Love how I place an order the day before the game, received confirmation, had the funds debited from my account and day of, order gets canceled by driver and store claims it's just a system issue when I call and they tell me my order is just delayed and it's just an app glitch. 3 hours later I call back as the game is halfway over and the store says my order was cancelled the same moment I placed it (Feb 7th) and yet again, the only thing I have is the debit from my account and a confirmation email and text saying my order was booked and on its way! We finally got a Wing Stop in BPT. I can order in at home instead of getting it when I'm out of town. Ordering online is simple, and ready in 16-21 minutes. As I picked up my order, I was asked to list my order to make sure I am who I am, I was. At home the order seems correct, but I noticed that my wings where bigger last week in Milwaukee. I've seen so many YouTube content creators rave about Wingstop that I wish my state had one so that I can try it. Well Bridgeport CT finally got a Wingstop. Now when they first opened I heard a lot of mixed reviews, therefore I waited to go until I thought the close was clear. Now let's talk about the food: my chicken has been fresh every time I have gone. I only love dry rubs so my fav is the Louisiana rub next in line is the Cajun and then the lemon pepper. I got the hot honey chicken the other day and it just looked a little plain to me so I asked was it supposed to look like that because it looked like it was missing something. It was missing more Cajun. The corn, French fried are amazing oh and the chicken sandwich was delicious. As you can see I have been back multiple times!!! I'm a Wingstop fanatic now lol. The veggies have been fresh each time I got them but I swear they must pull them out of the water!! The water drips in the bag and rips so be careful. Also when ordering a combo for pick-up make sure you remember your cup because they will forget it. So far I've had great customer service and no complaints. Honestly I didn't buy anything because as I walked in the cashier walked out to a customers car retrieved a sandwich from their car brought it back in the kitchen and exchanged the chicken portion of the sandwich and then handed it to the customers son.
