I go to this location for work purposes and this being my third time here, I'm not a fan. The first time was in the drive-thru. Though all of the items were correct, it was painfully slow. The second time, I went in and ordered at the register. I waited for quite a awhile until someone came up to take my order. The cashier was not friendly at all. When we got our food, I noticed they forgot a kid's toy in the kid's meal box. They questioned me "are you sure?" and didn't believe me. Thankfully kids are honest and look sad when they don't get toys in their kid's meals so she finally believed me and apologized for forgetting. There is also a HUGE language barrier here, some employees don't speak English and they get annoyed with me when they don't understand. Third time (today), they forgot the chicken nuggets. I was legit told "no" as if they didn't forget and they looked in my bag. I asked for sauce with it and they said they put the sauce in the kid's meal box. Not to mention, the quarter pounder meat was cold. To top it off, I had to take the child I nanny for into the women's restroom. One stall had overfilling grossness in the toilet. The other stall was better but had toilet paper all over the floor and the changing table was down and slightly dirty. There was no toilet paper in that stall so I had to go back to the nasty one to get more. I'm baffled by this McDonald's and how it's kept up. I definitely don't trust eating here.
