The bar area is nice and the seating area isn't the biggest but it gives a more intimate experience. I had the street corn to start and although I'm a fan of on the cob it was still just as good off and the chips to dip with were so good too. Then I got the barria tacos with queso. I tell you those were the best barria tacos I've ever had. I'm not really a dessert guy but the service was so great that I was convinced into getting the tres leches and it did not disappoint. This was overall a great experience and I can't wait to come back again for "Taco Tuesday"!!!

There are two square tables nearby that could seat up to 8 each and kind of like a treehouse with a nice cozy bookshelf. Jerry was so nice to let us have a sample of their hibiscus tea. I visited on a day where they were closing up early for an event so the menu was limited. Thankfully I was able to order the coffee salmon which immediately caught my eye because of its uniqueness. The salmon is covered in a homemade specialty coffee glaze and pour over into the rice for an immaculate pairing. Behind the truck, there is a cute treehouse that'll make you forget where you are for a second. I'm excited to see what they continue to do as far as set up goes. The owner let us know that they'd have to design changes coming up soon to really make it feel like a great experience. I'd return for sure the next time I'm in the Bridgeport area.
