The beef dishes have too much cornstarch so they're soft and a little slimy, with the bitter cornstarch taste. Kung Pao chicken is one of my favorites and it's just not good. There is no saucy sauce, but instead just caked-on, pasty salty seasoning which should have been a sauce.
