We got 4 dishes to try - all mildly spicy (for my husband ) but actually they were pretty spicy which I liked but made my husband sweat a bit. The sauces were slightly different so it's just a matter of which sauce you prefer. All dishes came from the chefs special menu. 1. The kung Pao chicken - the sauce is not right but it was fine in terms of combination and freshness of ingredients. 2. The Szechuan chicken - it was spicy but didn't have any of the Szechuan peppercorn flavor so definitely not authentic. Again the ingredients were fresh albeit a bit oily. 3. Singapore mei fun - my mom actually thought it was not oily enough and too hard/dry. I don't mind the dryness and actually liked it. 4. Chicken with eggplant - if you like mushy and gooey texture of well cooked eggplant, you will like this dish. My dad really liked it. I think it's ok but the eggplant is overcooked for my taste. The price is reasonable and it's good enough for us to go back next time we want Americanized Chinese food. It's definitely not authentic but it satisfies the craving.

I realize that what I'm saying there is kind of strange given that Thai food is by its nature fairly greasy. Like I said, I don't get it myself lol. I realize I can't give anything really definitive here... so I will just say it just didn't taste right. I've had Thai from hundreds of places, and this one definitely gets straight to the bottom for me. It's just an opinion here. So I'll just leave it at that. Sorry. 2 Stars at most.

Everything tasted great. First time trying Pad Thai so I had nothing to compare it to. Definitely a new favorite. The beef with broccoli had lots of flavor. The broccoli was soft how I prefer it. The General Tsao was good but didn't have much spice to it. The bag of fried wontons were delicious in the soup. It looks like they make it themselves but I can't be sure. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Trying this place once more after a long hiatus…read more PARKING - in a strip mall so ample parking is available ENTRANCE - there is a host and cashier right to the left. The set up must facilitate take out orders HOST/WAITER - it was lunchtime so our waiter was wearing two hats LOL. We were seated anywhere we liked so took a booth. AMBIANCE - on the nicer side with the booths being U Shaped and comfortable seating for sure. The color scheme was on the red side. Hence the name I guess LOL. There were quite a few tables with a sushi bar work station straight to the back I also noticed a full bar to the right of where you walk in. Not a plethora of seating but when crowded you could eat at the bar I suspect MENU - definitely fusion with a bit more Japanese options than Chinese. They offer various appetizers and for sushi a lot of individual selections from a full dinner or pick your own pieces or rolls. For lunch they have a nice 3 rolls of your choice for $16 which is a good deal. FOOD - I tried a tuna dumpling that I have to say was unique and excellent. The sushi rolls were not the greatest, I've had better but not awful. They could give you more wasabi and ginger was my only pet peeve The salad came with the lunch special and it was very good and fresh. BTW you have a choice between soup or salad LIBATIONS - they had a nice selection of beer. Any mixed drinks plus saki. We ordered the kirin beer which came as a tap beer rather than a bottle RESTROOMS - they have one for men and one for women but they consider them unisex so you can use either The bathroom was not small and was clean. SERVICE - the waiter we had was very nice and attentive PRICE - for two people with 2 beers, two entrees, and 1 appetizer, the bill with tax was $77 so $$$ is about right

They claim it's the best Chinese restaurant in the area, so I thought I'd give it a shot. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted promptly. I ordered the chicken wings and reached for my debit card, but it's cash only. Luckily, there's a bank next door, so I withdrew some money from the ATM. While waiting for my food, I noticed a steady stream of people coming and going. It took about fifteen minutes to get my wings, and I appreciate that they seem to cook their wings fresh. The wings were a good size, with five pieces on the plate. When I took a bite, I noticed the skin was crispy, and the seasoning was spot on. However, when I bit into the chicken, I could see the grease. The meat itself was tasty, but I wasn't a fan of the excess greasiness. The service was friendly, and despite how busy it was, it's clear that people really like the food here. I might pass on the chicken next time, or maybe I'll give them another shot on a different day.
