The kung Pao chicken - the sauce is not right but it was fine in terms of combination and freshness of ingredients. 2. The Szechuan chicken - it was spicy but didn't have any of the Szechuan peppercorn flavor so definitely not authentic. Again the ingredients were fresh albeit a bit oily. 3. Singapore mei fun - my mom actually thought it was not oily enough and too hard/dry. I don't mind the dryness and actually liked it. 4. Chicken with eggplant - if you like mushy and gooey texture of well cooked eggplant, you will like this dish. My dad really liked it. I think it's ok but the eggplant is overcooked for my taste. The price is reasonable and it's good enough for us to go back next time we want Americanized Chinese food. It's definitely not authentic but it satisfies the craving.

They claim it's the best Chinese restaurant in the area, so I thought I'd give it a shot. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted promptly. I ordered the chicken wings and reached for my debit card, but it's cash only. Luckily, there's a bank next door, so I withdrew some money from the ATM. While waiting for my food, I noticed a steady stream of people coming and going. It took about fifteen minutes to get my wings, and I appreciate that they seem to cook their wings fresh. The wings were a good size, with five pieces on the plate. When I took a bite, I noticed the skin was crispy, and the seasoning was spot on. However, when I bit into the chicken, I could see the grease. The meat itself was tasty, but I wasn't a fan of the excess greasiness.
