I had just gotten off work and was trying to put something on my stomach, sadly I wasn't able to. The lady manager left me on hold for 10 minutes after I explained the situation. She wasn't trying to hear me out, which I found to be extremely rude. It took another manager to pick up the phone and I explained it to him; he gave me a refund, but that's not what I wanted. However, I don't live in the area and would've turned around and tried again, but this is so frustrating because I wanted it.
