I didn't do an extensive tour of the menu but this morning I had a bacon egg and cheese on a roll and an iced coffee. Both are very good. Judging by the line at around 8:30 this morning, it appears to be a popular spot. In from out of town for only a couple days, but look forward to coming back tomorrow and grabbing one of their cheesesteak sandwiches. Service was quick. A few places to sit inside and a few tables outside. Hole in the wall seems like inappropriate name for this place. But don't get that confused with being a dive everything here is clean and well maintain in terms of decor. read more

We stopped by on Saturday for a quick lunch. The restaurant offers large menu of sandwiches, wraps and bowls, but making a selection was not difficult. I got Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was excellent (bread is worthy of its own high praise). My wife had a sandwich called Marvin, breaded chicken cutlet with a very nice tangy sauce served on a fresh roll - absolutely delicious as well. The wait was reasonable despite the restaurant being very busy. Good service. Definitely recommended. read more

Ordered 2 hole in the wall omelets to go. Got home and we could not eat more than a few bites because each bite was gritty/sandy. The cook must not have washed the cilantro that was in the omelets. Called the restaurant....they did offer to redo the order, but I did not have time to drive there again. I've tried this place a couple times. It's a good place to grab lunch. I've had the amigo which is really filling. Today I was in the mood for something filling but at least a little healthy. I got the Milano which is fried eggplant, mozzarella, lettuce and tomato. My first impression was that it was super greasy. It was greasy enough to shine through the wrap. I guess I should've expected that since it was fried eggplant. I just blotted my wrap with my napkin which was fine. It was actually really good. The eggplant had the perfect flaky outer crisp to it which I really liked. I don't know how healthy it was, but it was enough to fool me into thinking I was making a healthy food decision. read more

After reading the reviews I am so disappointed. Initially when you get in they take your order at the cashier and eventually they bring it to you where you are seated. The menu is essentially breakfast items, sandwiches, tacos and burritos. I ordered a cheese steak fries and a soda. The cheese steak was average nothing to brag about and the fries were ok, again nothing to brag about. I was really hoping it would be really good but unfortunately not the case. This place has the best breakfast sandwiches. This was the first place I've visited that has served a hashbrown on the sandwich and it made me fall in love. I always get the Special #1 sandwich and substitute the bacon for sausage. It has egg, sausage, cheese, hashbrown and hot sauce and it is perfection to me. All the flavors melt together perfectly and fills me up. The restaurant is small, perfect for takeout. They do have a nice outdoor deck to sit and eat. The woman working in the front with the short hair does absolutely nothing beyond rude beside flood the other guy with orders. The guy is working so hard to fulfill every order making every coffee and drink while the girl doesn't help him do one thing I felt bad for him. So.. we usually order an El Camino burrito with chicken instead of eggs since I my stomach can't handle eggs. Every other time we have ordered it it was an acceptable substitution. But now that the menu changed and there's no El camino, I got a spicy chicken burrito instead. Which was fine, but they put eggs on it too. It's just confusing because the reason the El Camino isn't on the menu any more is because they are not carrying pinto beans. I didn't care that they didn't have beans. We asked to get the El Camino with no beans and substituting the eggs for chicken. The guy said thats not possible we don't do that. Arrived on a Sun morning and realized that there was only 1 table to eat in-and this was occupied by several people waiting for their orders. Social distancing protocol really not existent. We ordered 2 breakfast Reuben sandwiches patrami, Swiss, Russian dressing--ok no kraut nor grilled rye and pastrami in place of corned beef-- and waited about 20 mins. Pastrami was sub par at best (like the brand you buy at the dollar store), no Swiss cheese but what appeared to be maybe a slice of processed American cheese? (Again, dollar store quality) Gross. The "Russian dressing" was clearly imitation and cheap and also gross. Were the eggs srambled or over hard or were they even real eggs? We could not tell. Absolutely loat our appetite even before choking on a piece of pastrami. Threw sandwiches away. So disappointed and definitely not recommeding nor returning. read more

Every time I have been there, (and that's a lot) have been beyond satisfied. I have a pain in the ass sandwich that I always ask for. It's not on the menu and it is always done to perfection. The ingredients are always fresh. The dishes are creative and delicious. Lunch sandwiches, soups, rice, bowls, and breakfast sandwiches are the best in town. This was my very first visit and I wasn't sure what to order. The setup here is a little unique and the the front and back door can make the line a little confusing. I went with the amigo wrap (no bacon) and it was good, but didn't blow me away.
