Unfortunately, I am changing my rating from a 5 to a 2. The cashier/waitress was apologetic, but that is not an adequate substitute for disregard from the kitchen staff. The food was still tasty, but it is not worth the wait. On my last visit, I waited approximately 50 minutes for a BLT sandwich. The cook could be overheard 1) making inappropriate comments to your female cashier/server and 2) saying "this isn't McDonalds" when I finally inquired after 40 minutes about the status of your order. The time before, I visited the restaurant, I had to return the item for its poor taste/quality (apparently that time there was a substitute product being used in the BLT).
