Egg bagel with scallion cream cheese

Love going here to get bagels in the morning. The staff are super friendly and quick. If you want to get a good bagel I recommend going right when they open or before 11 am. FYI They're cash only

Basketball game at Madison Square Garden

Grapped a bagel and coffee before going to basketball game Bagels were fresh and hot Coffee was delicious

Burnt bagel edges. Clearly no clue what a lightly toasted bagel is

FYI, after giving this place another try, I actually BROKE a tooth on their bagel. I'm still shocked that they have stayed in business this long

#4 panini

Joe never disappoints. I usually come for their breakfast sandwiches but the #4 panini today was incredible. I think this will be my new lunch spot. Keep up the good work joe!

The whole wheat bagel was hard and they shorted us a bagel. Very disappointing and only visited based on reviews.

The real deal in bagels that's nowhere near NYC. Small but rich in deliciousness, Joseph's delivers all the touches to breakfast and beyond.

Great bagels but they only got 50% of our order correct. Make sure you check everything before you walk out of the store

I've ordered delivery, pickup, and in-house ordering and all have left me and my family full and happy. Food tastes great and the atmosphere is comfortable. However, there is one staff member whose name I don't know who works most mornings and has made several off-color comments that I can't ignore anymore. I tried looking for an email to reach out to the owner, but their website seems down. I'm not comfortable saying the words that were said in front of me and my children when picking up our food, but it was derogatory and inappropriate. She's also just generally unfriendly and makes everything about her (ie; when short staffed and she complains the whole time she's prepping our food/drinks). Perhaps she's a great employee, but if that's the case she should go through extensive customer service training or just not work the front of house. I really wish this one employee wasn't tarnishing my entire experience, but it's been a negative experience with her every time (10+ times in-store) and is starting to wear on me. If the owner would like more details on my interactions I'm happy to share privately.

This is one great breakfast places in CT We could not…read morebelieve the Quility of the breakfast item The bacon was the way it used to be 20 years ago, nice and thick and crisp. The bagel taste like bagel not bread the bagels were as fresh as could me . My wife had the bagel and lox I had eggs and bacon with croissant it was made with real butter and light and flake just like in France

So your menu board says a breakfast sandwich on bread or a wrap is $9. Can someone explain why I…read morewas charged $9 for a turkey, egg & cheese sandwich plus an additional $4 for the wrap? Do sandwiches not come on bread anymore? For $4, I could buy an entire package of wraps at the grocery store. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. Two breakfast sandwiches (turkey, egg & cheese on a wrap and pastrami, egg & cheese on a wrap), one banana, one medium coffee, one Snapple, and one bottle of water should not cost $47. And then you're asking for a tip on top of that? Here's a tip: the bread component should already be included in the price of the sandwich. Whether it's served on a hard roll, croissant, wrap, or English muffin, it should all be covered by the listed price. A gluten-free option? Sure, an upcharge makes sense. But charging an extra $4 for a standard wrap is absurd. . . .
