    Fried Meatballs Chicken ceasar salad

This was my first time dining at The Chelsea, and it definitely won't be my last. The ambience alone made the experience warm, stylish, and inviting. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad to start, which was fresh, well-balanced, and surprisingly satisfying. For my main i ordered the Fried Meatballs and they were incredible--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. To top it all off, I tried the Chelsea Rose cocktail, and it was perfect- refreshing, beautifully crafted, and a great complement to the meal. Overall, the entire experience was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend The Chelsea to anyone looking for great food, a great vibe, and an all-around fantastic night out.

The Chelsea has the best Chicken scarpariello in town! This is my go to dish and highly recommend. We dropped in for lunch and we were in and out quickly. Service was very friendly and we look forward to returning soon.

Best Cobb salad I ever had in my life! Beets, avocados, hunks of Gorgonzola, poached egg plus more! Great cocktails, all of us really enjoyed our meals

We went to The Chelsea on Thursday night for an impromptu dinner. We'll absolutely be back soon! Both my mom and I hadn't been to The Chelsea in 5 ish years but had been hearing great things recently so we had to get in there. We started with the Octopus appetizer. Almost everytime we see octopus on a menu, we have to give it a try. We LOVED the chorizo sweet potato has it was served over as well as the sauce combos. The octopus itself was a little too chewey and not as tender as we'd hoped, but overall the flavors were spot on. I ordered the 1/2 chicken scarpiello. If you're debating what to get, let this dish be it! It was INCREDIBLE. I wished I'd had some bread to lap up the amazing sauce LOL. The chicken was so crispy and juicy. I'll be craving it for sure. My mom got the swordfish picatta. It was super tasty. The flavors were great and the swordfish tasted as expected. The piece was a bit thin, but the flavors made up for it. Our service was great. Waitstaff was kind. The bar was packed and looked so fun. The ambiance was perfect. We had a great night at The Chelsea and can't wait to return!

Dinner for 2 on a Wednesday. There wasn't too much of a crowd and we were treated really well. Grilled octopus was delicious as was the swordfish piccata. Reasonably priced. Off-street parking is a plus.

This is a review that I forgot to write, from a visit in November. Not my first visit to The Chelsea, but this time I took friends. The tables were very nicely setup to observe all of the rules of social distancing. We had a lovely night out, and enjoyed the food The Chelsea is so famous for. I started off the meal with their delicious Mile High Manhattan (Tin Cup Colorado Whiskey & Alessio Rosso Vermouth, Amerena cherry & a dash of whiskey barrel aged bitters) We shared an appetizer of Calamari, that came with General Tso's glaze, arugula & Thai chili mayo. My main course was Scallops, pan seared over mushroom risotto, wilted spinach leaves & toasted slivered almonds. One of my friends had Chicken 'Scarpariello' (pan-roasted half a bird, spicy cherry peppers & smash-fried red bliss potatoes) and my other friend had a Tuna Burger, topped w/ avocado, tomato, bean sprouts & spicy mayo. The food at The Chelsea is always absolutely mouthwatering. The portions are a great size. They are continuing today to do in-door dining, as well as carry-out.

I had a fun time here celebrating my gfs bday with friends. The drinks were strong and tasty and the food was good! The staff was very friendly and as attentive as they could be with how busy it got! Definitely a great spot for Sunday brunch!

The menu is some what tied into the Puglia region, which is the heel of the boot. I could tell the italian dialect from the owner when he was speaking to one of the staff, it immediately gave me a good feeling that this restaurant would be really good. The appetizers we had were all really good, we had the fried calamari, the grilled Octopusss, the fried zucchini flowers and thd hummus special. Sorry no pics of these. We had a couple of the Orrechiette Barese, Chicken parmigiana, a pasta special of fettuccine with shrimp in a cream and pesto sauce, another pasta with cavatelli, shrimp and cream and pesto sauce, really couldn't see the pesto, probably could have used a little more or maybe a little finishing with the pesto on top. Service was good and the owner came around to introduce himself and we got a complimentary round of their homemade creama di limencello to finish off the experience. Wr wouldn't hesitate to go again the next time we are in town to see a show.

Lots of gluten-free choices, and very accommodating. The light, crispy gluten free sticks of mutz (Beaded and Fried Mozzarella Sticks served with Marinara Sauce ) were the best I've ever had. Although I took half of the generous portion of orecchiette alla barese (Sausage, Broccoli Rabe, Garlic Oil Sauce ) home. They wound up being eaten for a late night desert. I guess it makes sense to pair fine food with fine wines.

"Like whippets, they dance in a curly-queue dance Of pulses…read moreand ringing and campfire chants Birds of a feather are flocking outside" (Phish) There are so many nice restaurants in Fairfield, picking one for lunch can be a formidable task. But because it was so cold today, we picked one close to the train station for our lunch for three, and it turned out to be a great choice after our meal at Ryebird. Their website describes Ryebird as "A Neighborhood joint where friends and family meet" and that seems pretty much spot-on. The bar is gorgeous, the dining room is beautifully decorated with red painted walls, dark distressed wood tables, and stainless-steel colored chairs. The service was great, I mean outstanding. Our server Leo was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We had a few conversations with Manager Thomas who was very charming and a real joy to talk with. And I haven't even gotten to the food yet! OK, here we go! Our party of three went with a small Chicken Soup for The Soul with Cheesy Bread ($14) for me. What's Cheesy Bread? Well, how about three toasted pieces of gooey pizza bread topped with a feta spread and olive oil. My brother-in-law went with their Daily Pot Pie ($23 for Chicken today), with a house-made buttery crust, scratch-made filling, and an added $4 up-charge for a gravy boat full of mushroom bourbon gravy. My wife went with a Roaster sandwich ($18) of pulled chicken, cheddar, BBQ sauce, pickled onion, on a baguette served with fries. We also had an order of Lemon Chili Zucchini ($9) for the table. The food was wonderful, as both the pot pie and the sandwich were devoured. My soup was a pretty big bowl for a "Small" but was loaded with more carrots and celery than chicken. I asked our server Leo if they had any hot sauce, and he asked me how hot did I want it? Ryebird has a few different types in increasing levels of hotness. I asked for the max, and he brought out a little ramekin of some of the hottest hot sauce I ever had. It was pretty much at my upper level of tolerance. I chatted about it with the restaurant manager on the way out, and he was pretty sure it was made with Ghost Peppers, so that explained my thermonuclear mouth numbing reaction. Anyway, we loved our visit to Ryebird. Their food is reasonably priced, portions are generous, the quality is high, and the service is exceptional. What more do you want in a Fairfield County lunch?

Nice vibes, music pumping, drinks flowing...Chris our server was PHENOMENAL! She was a huge part of our magical experience. I started off with the buffalo cauliflower. I will preface this by saying I'm not a big Buffalo flavor person, but I'm a vegetarian and didn't feel like getting my usual vegetarian app - brussel sprouts. I wanted to expand my palate that evening and surprisingly I actually really liked it. The amount of blue cheese was perfect for me (despite the reviews) as it would have made it too salty and greasy. Next was my entree: Modified Kettle Cooked Zoodles. As a vegetarian, I never have the highest expectations but I was blown away! Chris our server was so sweet to have this customized for me. We took the idea of hubby's Branzino sauce and added more veggies to the Kettle cooked Zoodle dish. It was so yummy! Hubby's Branzino: fish was well cooked, elegant flavors from the Puttanesca sauce with spinach and mashed potatoes were excellent! Faux-ito: I got two, the first was the classic, the second was a mix of strawberry and pineapple. Both delicious mocktails! The Forbidden Pear: hubby got this one. very balanced, not sticky sweet. I can't believe this gem is just sitting here in Fairfield. Not too far off from a night in the city. We will definitely be back!
