Just went here for lunch, I've been to the old Milford location but never this one. A friend recommended I try their donuts, but I didn't see any on the menu. We got the chicken tenders which came with a dipping sauce and an order of small fries that came with 2 dipping sauces. It's fun to try the different sauces. The tenders were amazing! So much flavor and perfect breading. They weren't skimpy either. I was also sooo craving fluff and ordered the fluffernutter sandwich which was a disappointment. All of our food was hot, fresh and ready quickly. There wasn't any detectable fluff in my peanut butter sandwich which was a bummer and made the sandwich kinda lame. Only reason I'm leaving a 4 star review versus 5. I liked the vibes, decor and convenient parking. They were also selling a large variety of chocolate bars which was pretty cool! Overall yum.

My son and I went for dinner here and a great time. We ordered our food at the counter and then sat down at the table with a buzzer and our beverages. They had cards and small board games for us to play w it's while waiting along with a small hockey table top game and a pac man sit down game for Customers to play with. We had a large order of cheese fries which was amazing. The hand cut fries are super fresh and crispy with a velvety smooth cheese sauce. We then tried pickle fries which were not up our alley. The are a bit pricey and the flavor for us just wasn't for us. It is literally pickle Spears cut up and dipped in batter and fried. My son had a grilled cheese which was a tad bit burnt and nothing to write home about. I had the salad with fried chicken on top. The chicken was a small portion but very hood. The breading came off a bit more than I would preferred but the flavor was very good. Almost tasted as if chicken was marinated in pickle juice and fried. The staff was friendly and helpful They do take credit card Parking is available in a lot behind restaurant

Fryborg just started offering breakfast. I had the bacon egg and cheese on toasted sourdough and it was super tasty. The sourdough was a refreshing change from the usual hard roll. I stole bites of the breakfast burrito, And it was awesome. Crispy tots, bacon and sausage, lots of melty cheese. I don't know which one I like better, but I know I'll be getting them both again soon. Donuts are also a new menu item and they are killer! Super fresh, made in house, And they have really fun, bold flavors. They had blueberry, pistachio, cookies and cream, and classic Cinnamon sugar. The vibe and the store itself are really fun. Definitely check them out.

Food was very cold and mediocre. It was a delivery so we will try to eat at pick up to see if it's different.

One reason it took me so long to try AFFILIATION - I learned that this place is a second location for massiminos in Bridgeport which is a pretty Italian place in its own right ENTRANCE - as you come in you can see the main counter in the back. There are a few tables around if you want to sit and eat/drink coffee. AMBIANCE - it's a very clean and deli looking decor. DRY PRODUCTS - they have a small selection of Italian items from dried pasta to jarred sauces. Typical brands that you see in supermarkets or other Italian stores. There are a few imported from Italy brands but I'm no expert to say yea or nay PIZZA - they have at the counter a pizza station where you can a buy by the slice. They looked pretty good with a lot of variety. COFFEES - they have regular plus they make expresso, macchiatos, lattes etc. I tried the macchiato which was excellent PASTRY- they gave a few at the counter. The breakfast buns and treats. I noticed a crème pastry which I tried. It was OK but in reality the pastry part was super good but the inside crème would have been better if it was like a Boston cream filling SERVICE - definitely 5+ stars. The employees couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Very congenial with small talk. Not the usual cold QSR attitude you get from the fast food chains PRICES - I only got coffee and a pastry that was over $8. I'd say average or a little on the higher side but I didn't look at the menu on the screen too closely although it was a little difficult to see.

Whatever you order in store, you pay extra for having your sandwich on one of their choices. For example, my kids ordered a bacon, egg and cheese. An extra $2.50 for a croissant when it's part of their choices. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee, which was tolerable. Again choices on the online menu said caramel, vanilla, hazelnut available. What it should say is $1.00 extra for flavors. The service is very slow. My kids and I waited about 30 mins for 3 sandwiches. A tuna mac was also ordered. The total came to $63. Never again.

For a small bakery, the range of offerings is impressive: everything from French toast and quiche to wraps, bagels, and an array of coffee drinks. I ordered the gluten-free everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. The lox was fresh and flavorful, but the bagel itself was average--I assumed it would be toasted and wish I'd asked. I also missed the usual red onion slices that typically accompany lox and cream cheese. We took an Alexander sandwich to go, hoping that one's a winner. It was yummy, according to the recipient. My daughter ordered a wrap and said it was "a-ok, not remarkable." Her iced coffee was fine, not great. Overall, this bakery feels welcoming and capable. Nothing knocked our socks off, but it's a pleasant spot to sit with a latte and something to eat. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in town.
