It's a slap in the face to the name, if you are not going to honor the original restaurant, CHANGE YOUR NAME.

Think about that when you rescue a wayward dumpling when it bounces onto the table. yuck. Having said that, I expected the beef noodles soup to be more flavorful. The broth was just okay, not as deeply flavored as I would've expected. And the meat was just barely tender enough, but not that impressive either. Fried spring rolls were very oily and the filling was severely overcooked. Complete mush. Not good. I wish I could say better things, but I barely finished half my meal because of the chemical smell. $14.99 for beef noodle soup is a good deal if you can actually taste it. $6.25 not a good deal for mushy, oily spring rolls.
