First time at this location. We loved the one in Tucson so we had to give this one a try! It's different. The staff was nice. We went bowling. Food and drinks were good! Games are fun, we will be back! We still have playtime on our card :) fun family friendly place!

Apps galore! The friend pickles were amazing!

Went to the Main Event for a work function a while back and had a great time! There's bowling, Lazer tag, arcade games, obstacle courses, pool tables, darts, and lots more. Great selection of appetizers and a bar for drinks (with non-alcoholic options). We had a few people serving us and they were helpful and friendly. It's obviously catered for a slightly younger crowd, but there was plenty of fun to be had by all who came. The Lazer Tag arena is a must in my book! Especially if you're with a group of highly competitive people:) Scale of 1 - 10, I wanna go back and play Lazer Tag again ;)

Went here with my grandson and we loved the arcade games. Had a cheeseburger and fries and the hamburger was very moist and the bun was nice and soft which surprised me for an entertainment place. Basic no frills meal.

Went here with a meetup group and it was decently fun. Played a couple bowling games, moved our food and everything to the bar area by the pool tables. I was a little disappointed that someone came and threw away all of our food while we were playing pool and returned our bowling shoes. We were just shooting pool and they cleaned our table that still had food on it. Other than that this place is ok. The bowling lanes seem a lot smaller than what they normally are (Width wise). I'd come back, just don't throw my food away next time lol

We like to bowl at least once a week, usually on Mondays and thought we would give this location a try. Its overpriced to start compared to other bowling in the area. We had NO drink service the entire time. Not one server covering the bowling area. The place was clean and it looked like they had a good menu but since we were paying top dollar to bowl for an hour and a half we didnt want to break away to order any food. When making our reservation on line, we were forced to pay for shoes we didnt need since we have our own. They wouldnt refund us when we arrived, just made us take a credit toward future purchases. This will be a one and done for us.

Although we don't have kids, we enjoy visiting Main Event every few months because it brings out the kids in us. The variety of activities--arcade games, laser tag, bowling, pool, shuffleboard, and more--makes for a fun and nostalgic experience. We especially enjoy playing the coin and card games to collect themed cards. Over time, we've accumulated a lot of points, but when we browse the prize room, we always decide to hold out for something on the higher shelves--giving us a reason to come back again. While we haven't tried the food, we've noticed they offer pizza and frequently host kids' parties. On this visit, the atmosphere was livelier than usual, with many children running around with whistles, which made the experience a bit louder and more distracting. Additionally, we encountered more game malfunctions than usual--issues like balls not dispensing, targets failing to reset, and a jammed coin/card machine. It took some time for staff to assist us, as they were also handling situations where kids were reaching into machines for prizes. Overall, we give Main Event three stars. We do enjoy coming here, and while game issues aren't typically this frequent, it's not necessarily a go-to spot for us since we don't have kids and usually only stay for about an hour. However, it's a great place for some lighthearted fun and a trip down memory lane.

My company decided to host a post-holiday work shindig at this location. Overall, the atmosphere is fun with various activities - laser tag, arcade games, bowling, skyline contraption, etc. We were a bit disappointed the game cards only went until midnight and didn't work later on. Additionally, the beer and wine selection as part of the drink tickets was very limited (no blue moon or much choice in wines besides red or white). As well as the food was only served for a little over an hour. It was a fun night, but definitely think there are other locations we can visit in the future. I can see this more of a location for a kid's birthday party or team outing, versus and all company party.

It's cool place to run into and meet people you probably never would be otherwise who likely play the same stuff as you. There's snacks for purchase inside, a subway in the other part of the building, a convenient store that has everything on the other side.. so really there is everything you could ever need. The lighting on the inside is cool, and the computers run everything, are in good condition. The only downside I ever ran into was that sometimes you need to hunt around for a working headset, but other than that . 10/10

Understandably they're there to keep everyone within their designated ~42 inch square but realistically there's no way to aim here, you will absolutely smack your mouse into the bumper if your normal sens exceeds 15cm/180. That math might sound kinda funky but they have a full 100% keyboard with a numpad, so you lose all that space in practice unless you curl up in a wildly unnatural position and rest the keyboard on the plastic bumpers but nothing I did even remotely made this place comfortable. It's as if they've never had anyone play a shooter here, or everyone who ever has had an eDPi of 12000 or higher. They aren't really equipped for MMOs either, every mouse in sight was a Razer Deathadder Essential, no Nagas or Scimitars or even a knockoff 12 button, so unless you're clicking your buttons or reaching to the = key naturally on a full sized keyboard you're crippled. I picked up a 5 hour session off the rip because my buddies in town and I only have one PC in my place, I couldn't even survive 30 minutes here before just giving up and deciding to watch him play, but even a guy who never gets to play, who really wants to play, couldn't survive more than an hour and a half of his five hours. Side note, we pushed in our chair to make space to walk through the aisle and the light rattle of the desk sent a PC for a whole bootloop back to BIOS. If you aren't desperate it's something, but don't come here for Overwatch or Valorant or CSGO or really any shooter.

This place did not show up, but it was the closest so we decided to go here. We walk in the door and killer queen is standing right in front of us. This is the best arcade in the Phoenix metropolitan area and it's not particularly close. This has everything from new pinball with QR codes and sign in rewards and tournaments, to old-school pinball, and really obscure cabinets. We saw them multiplayer arcade games, like Simpsons and ninja Turtles and area 51. They have rare games like the Batman arcade game to super monkey ball with the banana joystick. Having a full room for dance dance revolution with chairs so that a group could go and experience it together ensure each other on is high level arcade experience. Plus the idea of that once you get in with the admission fee, you get to play as much as you want on anything you want is incredible. Folks may not realize that a lot of pinball games these days are a dollar to two dollars per play. If you're bringing in anyone that isn't accustomed to it, will you make back the admission fee back by just a couple of pinball cabinets. And then, if you wanna leave get lunch, or leave and go to a brewery, you can come back with the same wristband on it and they let you back in. Same thing goes if you're with a group of kids and you want to go to Dairy Queen or something, you can go right back in and keep playing. I brought two college age kids here, and of course a lot of these games they haven't played before, but I didn't need to keep a pocket full of quarters, I could just let them roam and we met up periodically to play some group games together. They loved it. They got to be kids again. Why is the five stars are not just a simple four stars is that the little things also matter or like concessions. Bottled water is a dollar. The vintage and playful toy decor is super fun. There's free parking. I don't think every arcade these days needs to be a bar arcade where you get 60% bar and 40% arcade. I like places like this a lot more where the games of the focus the fund is the focus, and then if you want to do your adult things you can do those offsite. I fully recommend this place to any grandparents in the area and you gotta bring some grandkids to do something or burn a few hours. And if you're in town for a ball game or something like that in the area, consider going here as a fun change up, especially when it's scorching hot outside.
