This is my first time in Main event since I'm from California. The place looks awesome and lively and most likely going to come back!

Highly disappointed in this place I'm not one to write reviews but half the machines are broken here. You win the jackpot and it doesn't give you any tickets, then when you ask them about it they just say oh yea we can have someone fix it later we can credit you some credits back. Whats the point of playing if when u win a big prize they don't give you anything. This isn't the first instance of this either, would not recommend bringing my children here they will be disappointed. read more

Crooks. Half of arcades are broken with no signs to warn you Wait time for bowling is 2 hours while 75% of lanes are open. Why? So you can spend money on food and drinks. When air hockey doesn't give you the puck they tell you you need to stand in line for ticket redemption which takes like 10 minutes to refund you 10 credits. read more

Went in for a friendly game of bowling with friends over the weekend. John one of the managers, helped us tremendously at the bowl desk with our bowling lane and signing us up for laser tag sessions - awesome hospitality. Was disappointed in the bowling, our lane kept freezing on us. Couldn't find an employee there. Had to go to the bar ourselves for our drinks. Once we rented a pool table it all changed. Indoor fun activities, perfect anytime of the year. They have bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes (you attach yourself with harness and walk on ropes) and arcades. You could spend pretty much all day here. They have pizza restaurant within to cater your party, or a bar to hangout to watch your game. Yes they have a full bar here. Free wifi is available, convenient while waiting. My mini me was invited to a birthday party here and had a great time. Now she wants to have her next party here. We came here to kill some time before our flight, and had a good time. All the games we wanted were working, as was the bowling lane we were in. There didn't seem to be any issues with the air conditioning as some people had mentioned. We ordered slices of pizza, and a hamburger with tater tots. We also ordered a side of tater tots. I wish we would have shared 1 order of tots, as the servings were HUGE. Tons of tots!! They were really good. The pizza was just ok, but it was fresh and hot. This is a great area to hang out with friends and have a drink/snack. I wish they had new games and my biggest complain is the laser tag would take forever between rounds because they're wasn't enough people and we had 4 so it was enough to play even if it was just us but they wouldn't allow it. What a fun night out. We were invited to Main Event for an adult birthday outing and we had a blast. I've been one other time but back in my home town, I forgot how much fun it could be. We didn't eat or have drinks but did shoot pool, bowl, play arcade games and did laser tag. I didn't realize how much I sucked at bowling but my score of 27 was the lowest. Lol The birthday guy who bowled for the first yesterday came in 2nd place out of the group. How embarrassing for me. But, it was lots of fun. I sucked at pool too although I did hit a few balls in and by a few I think it was just 1. ‍ Laser tag was tons of fun but I had on heels, so imagine how much my feet hated me by the time we were done. Now that I think about it, I lost at every game yesterday. My husband and beat me twice at air hockey and definitely took a second to gloat. Such a show off. Lol I did win at the gigantic Pac-Man though. There was a Walking Dead game that I really wanted to play but didn't get around to it. If you go after 9 on the weekend you can get an unlimited access bracelet that's good for everything except the video games for $20! read more

I brought the family for a random evening of fun. Unfortunately Lane 5 decided it didnt want to cooperate for my reservation. The staff was very responsive and assisted when asked. The food was quick and filling. Overall we had a decent time. There were a few games in the arcade that weren't working, hopefully this gets ironed out, but overall we had a decent time. This place was empty when we arrived and the boys wanted to play. We took advantage of the after 4pm 10.95 per person deal. The parents sat in the bar area to order food and drinks. It seemed the bar tender was an asshole and he didn't want to take our order and sent us to the hostess who then told us that there is no server. ‍. I then went to the bar and just wanted some fries and a Pepsi but the bar tender took about 4 mins to even acknowledge me. There were 3 employees sitting at the bar and he was serving them. My husband went into the pizza place a stood for 5 mins and no one was there but we see like 7 in the back behind the glass door. My bacon cheese fries came out before my girlfriends food and she ordered like 15 mins before me. They were not hot. No salt and just ok. We did get acknowledged by a manager I think and they apologized for the experience and provided us with a few game cards. Since we're here from Washington State we may not be back. read more

If you are looking to be a kid again, this is a great spot. Pool, shuffleboard, bowling, laser tag, ropes course, arcade games. I would recommend two deals that they have. The 14.99/19.99 all you can play activity pass is a smoking deal. Before noon is 14.99 for bowling, shuffleboard, laser tag, pool, and ropes course. After noon is 19.99. UNLIMITED. We bowled 3 or 4 games and then played about 5 games of laser tag. Prices on a single game of either are crazy high so this deal is a steal. Also on Monday nights, all you can play activities or games for 10.95. A neat little food place/bar as well if you get hungry or want a drink. They have done a great job at making Main Event an adult hangout as well as a kid friendly place. read more

Came with a group after work. This may be the worst bowling alley I've ever seen. The pin resetting machine got stuck multiple times, and the ball return wasn't working. The lanes played like they weren't oiled at all. When you pay for an hour of lane time and spend most of it waiting for the machines to be reset, it's just not a good time. I would not go back. read more

Main Event is your one stop shop for entertainment whether you're 5, 15, 50+ years of age, or anywhere in between... From arcade games to laser tag, bowling to gravity ropes, and likely a handful of other activities I didn't even see on a recent visit, this place seems to have it all. A restaurant with a full bar + wifi included! This Main Event location is a good 20 minute drive from me, but it's definitely a hot spot for birthday parties, and the kids love it. I recently took my kids to a party that included bowling and laser tag. We walked in and were completely overwhelmed right away. The parking lot is huge, as is the facility. There is so much going on when you enter, it's hard to decide where to head first! It took about 5 minutes (but felt like 10) for us to find our party in the bowling area, and the staff I encountered as I searched with two kids in tow were not very helpful. Once we found our group, the kids jumped in on a bumper bowling game, which was perfect for them. Following bowling, was pizza, and then the kids were each given a $5 arcade game card that got them a few games each... (note: arcade games are super pricey!) I ended up adding $10 more to each of their cards after a debacle with a credit card machine that didn't work and some staff that were not the most attentive when asked. Once we figured it out, we played a few more games which resulted in us practically missing the laser tag part of the party. We checked in the "store" to see what the kids could get in exchange for the points awarded from the games they played, and sadly, it wasn't much... mostly candy like taffy, which they love but their dentist does not! Last up, was cake... sugar, much?! The kids had a blast, especially the birthday boy, but I left with a headache and we were all exhausted. The Lazer tag employee yelled at my autistic 10 year old cousin because he's vest was not working. He didn't know what to do because he is obviously autistic. He also did the same to my other cousin. After this event we went to do the obstacle course where they put a harness on you and put you 10 feet in the air. She put it on me and my 2 other cousins and after this she started stating the rules. While she was stating the rules she stated that no ruff housing and she turned to me and my 2 cousins and said especially you three and she gave us a bad stare and looked at us angrily even though we didn't even do anything. After this incident we got drinks and we also got a pizza. The drinks came very fast but the pizza took over 30 minutes. They told us that they failed the pizza twice before they finally got it right. After this we started to play shuffle ball and while we were playing the manager came to us and said that we are doing it all wrong and she told us to show her our parents. She then lied to our parents saying that we were pushing each other and throwing the chairs around and slamming each other on the tables. But in reality we were just chasing each other just like every other kid did in the building. We assure you that we will not be coming here again after the bad staff and horrible waiting time. read more

My husband & I love arcade games and so We love this place! We end up spending hours together here.. some games are so addictive that we keep going on and on until our funds on the card give up on us! There is ample parking here and a decent restaurant. The wait time to play any game is decent too. Make sure you take a picture of your card or keep the card number noted somewhere Incase you decide to accumulate points. (We lost ours and there's no way to trace it using your credit card) :( We visited this place on the Memorial Day weekend last. They had an offer going on so we opted for the $32 offer which had a $30 credit towards games and a free entree. Husband decided to order the boneless wings (AGAIN!!!) with lemon pepper & fries. We thought it would be a sauce but turns out it was dry spice. We asked for their mango habanero & Korean sauce on the side & they obliged. We had some out of town guests so we took them here. We have been here at lease 20 times. My previous employer had events here as well, Tempe Kia. Came here on Sunday and had a good time. Sat at a high top at the bar. Not sure if we were supposed to have a server or not. Kind of confusing. We just ordered everything on our own at the bar and pizza counter. Nobody ever came to clean the table off but, oh well. Didn't have to waste money on a tip. The place was clean, drinks were cold and the food was great. Boneless wings and pizza were great. Games were very cool. They all worked too. If you expecting to be waited on hand and foot this isn't the place. Your much better off just going to get the drinks and food yourself. It's a high end Peter Piper and we are fine with that. Bowling is area is very cool. They were doing a few catered parties in the bowling arena and it looked great. As a last minute birthday celebration for a good friend's daughter (23 years old) 2 lanes were reserved to accommodate family and friends. Our party size was going to grow in numbers at some point as the night went on but the staff and crew were all about making sure we had a good time. It was an all age event and you know kids can't wait to play games and bowl. Bowling was 1st on deck and I have to point out that our server at the lanes was the reason I'm giving Main Event 5 + 1 stars!! We had about 5 kids (all under 9) show up at different times and he went out of his way to get the kids signed up on the bowling lane and helped to take pictures. If you've ever been, the great thing about the TV's is that they take 3 pictures of you to incorporate into the monitors with videos regarding your results when you bowl. While we as adults were trying to get situated and organized, our server Mario had a great connect with the kids that went beyond any of our expectations. In addition to the kids, he was great with getting orders, remembering the little details and recommending items and purchases that better suited us as a group. Plenty of bowling and games throughout the evening and even the birthday girl and her friends had a good time. Sure Snapchat was in full effect, but they had a blast hanging out and playing games. When we needed to extend our lane usage for another 1 hour (or 2), each time we approached the staff they would work to make our experience memorable and that was fantastic. Even one of the managers, Roccio, really stood out and I want to thank her as well for making the experience such a great one my kids. Food was good from the chicken tenders, burgers, sample platters and surprisingly, the kids mac and cheese. If you have a card from a previous visit make sure to bring it and consolidate it with any of your other cards you pick up. Check out the menu specials where you can get a $20/40 fun card in addition to ordering certain items on the menu at a discount. Laser Tag was great (managed to get in 2 games myself) with only a short wait. Just prepare yourself to be slightly overwhelmed with the prize room as they have tons of items. If you got a kid, plan for 15 mins as they become indecisive thanx to all the goodies they have in the store. Been here for team builders, but I have to admit, I had more fun with family and friends and will consider returning again in the near future. read more

Every time she came to the table she would take one order and leave, before anyone could say anything else. I was miss charged, she even admitted she charged me wrong and took the ticket back, but now I have a double pending charge on my card. I recommend going to Dave and Busters 100% over Main Event. Yes they have bowling, laser tag, and the gravity course but majority of the games will not work/take your money. People come here for the games, the bowling and the drinks fair enough, but that is never an excuse for low standards and bad waiting service. Our appetizer arrived along with the rest of our food, making an appetizer pointless, the waiter was non existent, barely saw him, and worse was our main entrees. My chicken wrap was drowned in hot sauce, my wife asked for no red onions, guess what came on her sandwich, and there was a big dead wilted piece of lettuce on it. Place is okay to get a beer and shoot pool while watching the game, but don't come here for the food. Hopefully you luck out with better food than we got if you're forced to eat here. read more

So I spent a lot of money here on a company event and during that event we were treated very well and attentively. Evry request we made the management team made happen. Part of the deal was coupon handouts for all our employees to come back. Well since I hosted I was left with about 12 leftovers and took them in with the family for a night out. Of the 5 possible prizes all 12 of them were for free lazertag for 5 people. Not bad but none of my kids were tall enough. So I asked if we could turn them in for anything else. Nope sorry out of luck. Later machine ate my money. can someone help me? Nope sorry. My kid was 15 tickets short of the prize he wanted can I please pay you any amount of money to make this up? Nope. Lesson learned if you plan to spend thousands they will treat you like a customer but if you are a regular Joe the answer is always No. I beleve you should treat the customer that spends $50 with the same respect you treat the one that spends $5000 buy they do not share that view. read more

I was enjoying my night until I got groped, and touched by two random guys in the laser tag arena. I was cornered, shoved, and kept getting pulled by them until I was able to get out. Manager was brought over after an employee called him over he didn't believe me at first, and then finally kicked them out. The manager never got their names, never came up to me afterwards, and handled the situation poorly. So unprofessional, and I'm embarrassed the way this unfolded and nothing was done.
