Yum! We have used the catering service before so we were interested to see if the restaurant food was of the same quality... and it was. I enjoy a good burger every other month in my quest to be healthy with moderation . Their burgers are amazing and hit the spot; however note that if you order delivery they are top heavy and will be a little soggy when they arrive. I can deal with that because they have wonderful flavor. Their desserts are fun too. The only thing I don't like are their sides. Their tots and fries leave little to be desired, they have no flavor even with the garlic toppings and remind me of something my mom popped in the oven from a frozen bag when I was kid, except not cooked all of the way. They should really work on this. I like their burgers enough to overlook this factor but am reminded of it every time I order. read more

My work sprung for lunch today and it was catered by the Main Event. I had never heard of them so I don't know what the burger I had is called but it was just a plain cheeseburger with some sauce on it. This was one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had. The patty was a solid inch thick and was cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. The bun was a marvel in its own right. I also had some crinkle cut fries seasoned with garlic and Parmesan. I am not a huge fan of crinkle fries but these changed my way of thinking. Marvelous. I also had some little chocolate bon bons filled with a thick dark chocolate filling. I'm pretty sure they were made in heaven. Great food and I will definitely be going to the actual restaurant in the near future. read more

Last night we ordered halibut fish and chips and a chicken Caesar salad to go. When we got home and opened up the items we were quite disappointed. The quantity of food was good but the quality left much to be desired. The halibut was over cooked, actually burned. Horrible burger, horrible service. I ordered the food truck burger with a keto bun and fries. I received the food truck burger with bacon and gross once-frozen broccoli/celery. The smell alone turned my stomach since I am pregnant and have a major food aversion to bacon. My husband called to ask for a refund on just my burger, not his, and the kid on the phone said he could only offer a 3 dollar coupon towards our next meal. Tried their bacon jam burger. Had very little flavor. The bun falls apart too easy and was dry. Fries also tasted like they had been left out for hours before being served. I will give them a second chance but not great for a first order. Especially since this is their signature burger that they have on their menu. I'm just hoping they were having a off day. read more

If only I had read the reviews. The food arrived 10-minutes before DoorDash estimated, and the time from order to delivery was on the fast side. So, what accounts for the warm-cold food? There is no way the soup started hot because it is not possible to be so cold on delivery. Further, the Fries, Reuben, and Pizza Rolls were all what you would expect from a fast food place that had pre-cooked the food and left it under a heat lamp for a few hours. ALL luke warm, hard, unappetizing. It is a real shame because all the ingredients seem to be quality and the offerings are good. But old/cold food isn't worth the money. Ever. read more

I first had a burger here a few years ago and have been thinking about it off and on during covid. It was great. Finally got back there. The burgers are so big and juicy and not overly expensive. They are quick and there is parking. I am still impressed. I didn't know they had salads so I will try one of those once I try a few more of the burgers.And what's with those enormous cookies and treats? No photo, ate it all. Had the marsala mushroom burger. Ordered their "The Food Truck" burger and was happily surprised that the burger was as large as promised... It's Truly 1/2 pound of Burger! I opened the box and thought, yes, it's worth $10. Then I lifted the burger and Wow, a 1/2 pound of meat is BIGGER than I expected! Thank you Main Event for an incredibly filling lunch today, delivery right to my car window too! I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato/basil soup. The grilled cheese was very good, but the soup was not soup. It was chunky, thick, chewy bits of burnt from the bottom of the pan - no liquid in it whatsoever. Clearly they just scrapped out the bottom from the container as it was the consistency of spaghetti sauce and not edible. Should have just told me they were out - wouldn't order from them again due to sending burnt inedible food. Gross. read more
