Have two people that work from home and it impacted us. Can't reach a live person to see if it will be down tomorrow in order to make work plans. I accepted one of them, and I also want to say that I genuinely apologized for my part in how things escalated. Just one business day later, Jon-Michael from Technical Support contacted me and scheduled a new installation date. Mike (hands down their best technician) came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and set up a new system that has been working flawlessly ever since. I can't say enough good things about Mike's expertise and professionalism. Logan also helped get the system configured and running smoothly from the virtual support side. I am now more than happy with Cityside Fiber -- both as an internet provider and as a company overall. If you're having any issues with Cityside Fiber, my strong advice is to escalate to one of the people mentioned here. Strider, Jon-Michael, Mike, and Logan are all true professionals who will do the right thing for you.

He took…read morethe time to understand exactly how I wanted the line run and followed my requests perfectly along the eave, into the attic, and straight into my electronics closet with a clean, professional finish. I was previously with another provider whose service constantly dropped, so I had high expectations for both the install and the setup. Justin exceeded them. He was friendly, extremely polite, and very respectful of my property. He worked neatly, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was done right the first time. He even wiped down the attic door to remove fingerprints before leaving. I am OSHA 30 certified and have worked as a foreman, so I pay close attention to how people work. I could tell immediately that he was highly experienced and worked safely at all times. He used the proper ladder for each part of the job and rotated through three ladders, two extension ladders outside and one A frame ladder inside, which showed real professionalism and attention to safety. It is rare to get an installer who really listens, works safely, and takes pride in the quality of their work. If you get Justin for your install, you are in great hands.

Requested to cancel due to moving and got a voicemail to schedule a day to shut off service and pick up equipment. Been a whole 24 hours since the voicemail and I have not had a chance to call them back and come home to no service and locked out of my account. Mind you I still have a couple weeks until what would've been my next bill. So I paid for the WHOLE month not a couple weeks. Didn't even give me a chance to set the cancellation up to correspond with my move. Would not recommend ever! Us and our other family members are already changing Internet providers. We have EVERY right to post a review. We don't need you to contact us anymore. It was a terrible experience both through you and through the service provided.
