My previous booklet order was placed at a big box store and a few years prior to that I had hired another local print shop. Print N Save had a much better price-point in both instances and provided much better-quality booklet. The two members of their staff that I worked with were super patient, helpful and very professional. They pointed out things I had not considered which really worked in our favor. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I saw the comments for Minuteman Press in Brea on Yelp and decided to try them out. I drove to their shop and was helped by Emily.
