I was extremely nervous about mailing a valuable Art Deco sculpture to NY City. It was both delicate and extremely heavy with pieces that could easily snap even with typical handling. Mike took a look at it and came up with a customized solution that was based on experience and ingenuity. This piece had great sentimental value to the person receiving it as it came from my recently deceased mother's living room. The recipient was overjoyed when it arrived in one piece. Bravo Mike! I have had a PMB here for appx 10 years. Mike is an absolute delight. I moved to Carpinteria 2 years ago and continued to drive to SB to get my mail and packages here, because the service has always been wonderful. I did finally get a mailbox closer to home, but I haven't yet closed my mailbox here. When I do, I will continue to stop in and say hi and do business mailing and shipping whenever I'm in SB. Its also so easy to get your mail and packages and reasonably priced. You have 24 hour access and even for your packages if you let him know ahead of time. I highly recommend! read more

Came by to ship via USPS a few ready-to-ship boxes. Parking was a nightmare, and finding this place is a nightmare. Construction all around the building. No storefront, just a bell on a table outside an open door with no signage. Owner didn't feel like carrying my ready-to-shop boxes to the post office and told me to take it myself. I am disappointed that this business is allowed to advertise itself as a USPS shipper, because it lacks all professionalism. read more
