Can't say enough about the care and caring of these people. Vince is terrifically responsive, knowledgeable, and careful. We first went to B2B because we were so frustrated with the lackluster service and results from printing with Staples/Fedex. We thought we'd have to pay more and wait longer but, in fact, that's not usually the case. B2B can usually turn jobs around much faster and with much less stress, and the price is competitive and sometimes lower. And the results are TONS better. I finally got around to writing this review, even though we've been using them for a while, because they recently went way above and beyond. We had a printing job that was last minute, that we kept on changing, and that was time sensitive. But it was very important to us. Vince is awesome. He printed our wedding invitations for an affordable price, so I went back to him months later to print personalized postcard/thank you cards after the wedding. Vince does a great job and the prices are very fair, but you have to put up with his range of attitudes. Also, he might send something out without telling you, you call to make a change and find it's not in-house, and he goes ballistic, says inappropriate and unprofessional things. So, walk on eggshells and you'll get lovely printing. read more

Hired these guys to print some carbonless invoices for my company, as well as some sell-sheets for our marketing department. Their sales team was very professional and communicative when dealing with me. The price was right and the printing was done on-time. We had to do a few "proofs" back-and-forth before printing in order to get everything right and they were very communicative through the whole process. I emailed the owner Vince about a small order and he was very quick to get back with a quote! I was pleased until he received my files and told me they were not going to work without giving me any specifications or instructions on how to fix the files so that he could complete the order. In the end he told me he could not spend any more time with me and that he was not the right vendor for me. Although I appreciate he did not go ahead with a bad job, I'm pretty disappointed that a local business could not take the time to clearly state the specifications necessary for the job. "I can't spend anymore time on this" sounds a lot like "your business is not important to me because I have lost my patience." read more

He offered to have me email it to him to check, which I did. Quick reply back that it was fine, printed and picked up same day, and they look amazing! As an update, I used B2B Print Services again this week to print a 10" x 17.5" sign on PVC plastic board. The sign had a large logo, as well as three large photos of Santa Barbara scenery. Vince quickly responded to all my e-mails, and he printed my sign the day I placed the order. When I picked up the sign this evening, it looked amazing!
