So........... *sigh* I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews, especially one star reviews. I hardly ever write one star reviews. I just don't like putting that kind of negativity, even if it is well deserved. First off, the mani pedi shellac is $70. Standard pricing imo. Maybe even on the cheaper side but it's pretty average. What is also average is the quality of the work. Actually, the mani pedi quality is much closer to subpar. I'm being generous to make up for the fact that this is a one star review. The coats are not noticeably uneven but it is most definitely uneven. The manicurist applied these subpar uneven coats on my hands was Michelle. However, it is not the unevenness nor the misshapen filing job she did at shaping my nails that makes me want to scream in terror when I think of her. Michelle is pretty damn rude. You want that stereotypical Vietnamese manicurist who talks sh** about you because she think you have no clue? Then go see Michelle. She will point at you while she talks to her coworkers. She will roll her eyes at you when you say something. She makes you reach across to hold your arm up in the air to make it comfortable for her. Instead of her moving to your side or sitting her ass down, she will have you hold your arm across to the other side while holding in place in the air at her working level. She will rip away at your cuticles repeatedly even after you gasp "ow" unintentionally because it actually quite fu**ing hurt and you are rather scared that if you speak up, it'll only get worse. I went after work to de stress. I didn't want to have to waste any words to get into a possible argument. I am normally vocal but I just didn't have the energy. Tracy, the lady who did my pedicure was much more calmer, more patient, and didn't flip out because I took too long to choose colors. Michelle was very unpleasant and in my face while she pushed me to pick colors. Michelle, if you don't want to wait for customers to choose colors, then don't be a manicurist. She actually pointed her goddam finger right in my face while she shouted back in Vietnamese at co workers. I am also Asian. I am also an immigrant. I might not be Vietnamese but I am familiar enough to know that she's just inexcusably rude. I thought Lynn, who did not do my nails today, seemed nice. She had good taste and suggestions for colors when others seemed lost at my request for a "pastel yellow." Moreover, she didn't seem to engage in Michelle's rant of sh**talking about me in Vietnamese because Michelle thinks I am clueless. Just because I don't speak your exact language, it doesn't mean I lost digits from my IQ. I have been to plenty of Vietnamese nail shops. My regular place back in San Diego is with a Vietnamese girl named Loni. I love Loni. She does exceptional work and isn't a rude...dare I say it, no...I do not want to use that c-word but it really seems fitting considering my experience just now. I also don't like that Michelle perpetuates negative Asian racial stereotypes. These types of experiences are pretty subjective, which makes my unforgettably bad encounter very difficult to describe. Take everything with a grain of salt. Maybe Michelle had a bad day. I honestly don't know. Also, I always thought people who complain about the lack of service were whiny consumers. When the customer service experience is really bad, to the point of being down right offensive, it actually DOES matter. Even if the nail painting is subpar and almost average on a good day, you still get one star. read more

Such a nice change from Elite nails. This place seems happy to give you service, very polite, stay focused on what they're doing and what you are paying them to do. It is a very clean environment! The place doesn't even smell of nail polish chemicals. Really friendly staff! My nails and toes look great! Very happy to have a new nail salon. There usually is a little wait... At least every time I go in. If you are in a rush maybe call ahead. read more

I have finally found my spot. And I couldn't be more grateful. Yes, it's the little things like a perfect mani/pedi. I've been to magic nails twice now and haven't been disappointed. The staff is amazing and attentive. Bee did a phenomenal dip mani on my natural nails. read more

I was a bit hesitant to come here because of the poor reviews but sometimes you have to take a chance to make your own opinion. I was going to Elite nails for a pedicure but the last two times I have been there- it has been AWFUL. Today was the final straw and I will never go back to that place ever again but that's neither here nor there. These ladies were friendly as soon as I came into the door and made me feel welcome instead of a bother. I felt a bit guilty coming in so close to closing but they were totally cheerful and happy to have myself and my mom walk in for a quick pedicure. The colors they offer and the brands for nail polish are excellent and I feel like at least I can pick something fun Matway I tired old colors that look like they are for a tired old dying woman. Haha.. They really worked hard to help me get the dead skin off of my heals. I didn't feel as if they were talking behind my back or making fun of my awful feet. ( it's been a while. I'm guilty :0). Overall- I am happy to say that I found a new salon to go to for my mani and pedi's and I will DEFIANTLY be back! I am beyond excited. Part of new doesn't even want to post a review since I'm worried that it will mean they will become to busy now and I'll have to wait longer for a good pedi.. Haha but I feel like they deserve justice to let it be known that They also are extremely clean! I see them change liners for all of the foot bowls, grab freshly sterilized pedicure kits, etc. it's sooo amazing to see a salon that cares about hygiene and cleanliness. This is the first time I have ever seen a salon do something like this! This itself is also worth the money itself to have a sigh of relief that you won't get an infection. this nail salon is the REAL deal. Plus the decor is awesome. I wish I could have this amazing chandelier. Oh yah- hgtv on the tv... You can't go wrong with that. ;) Thank god I don't have the feet of Chewbacca. read more

I went to this salon after recently moving to Lochbuie. The salon was nice, people were ok, not very friendly. I received a basic pedicure with paint (no design offered) and a basic manicure without paint. I was charged $50 for these services and during the pedicure, the woman never attempted to get the dry calloused skin off of my feet. Terrible pricing for minimal work. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

Visited Magic Nails and Spa new location in Brighton, CO for Mani and Pedi while I was in town seeing family and I couldn't be more pleased! Spa was very clean, staff was nice, and best of all... My Mani Pedi was sensational!! read more

Magic Nails and Spa - Happy feet after my pedicure at Magic Nails & Spa!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

They don't call it magic nails for a reason! I had the best experience and they really performed magic on my feet. I had Tracy and my friend had Vivian, both amazing people, funny and so friendly! 10/10 would come here every week just to get my feet done. I wish I would have gotten a before and after picture to show you how great they were. Not to mention they have reasonable prices for their service! read more

I had my first appointment today with Paul and I couldn't be happier. Dip powder nails are exactly as I wanted, done beautifully and with class. Thanks, I be seeing you again! read more

I have been a customer since they have opened and in my opinion, they are like fine wine, gotten better with age! Staff is wonderful, salon is clean and I have went to almost everyone in there and my nails always turn out great! read more

This salon is very very clean, and the staff is friendly. My mani & pedi were good. Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of their prices. After I was all done they told me my pedicure was $30. I was stunned! That's usually the price of a shellac manicure. Especially strange because pedis run $20-$25 in the area. Otherwise very nice place! read more

I hate leaving negative reviews but I am in literal pain after my experience here. Both the manicurist and the pedicurist dig so far under my nails that they are aching. I have cuts all around my cuticles. I said "ow" repeatedly but was completely ignored. I would ask them to do something regarding shape or color and they would roll their eyes and talk in Vietnamese to each other and not respond to me. Honestly for the price I paid, my nails look less than average. I felt rushed through the entire process. I won't be returning. read more

I had a mani pedi yesterday and was treated very well. The salon was clean and they use disposable liners! I am not sure what the negative reviews were for, as I saw nothing that was mentioned in those reviews. I will definitely be going back. This will be my manicure pedicure spot as long as I'm in this area. read more

My friend and I went in in Sunday to get a mani/pedi for our trip, well it was not good. They didn't even speak to us and then my guy didn't even do half the stuff you do for a pedi! Then the paint job was horrific! My mani was even worse, I got shellac and once again he didn't do half of what was suppose to be done on a mani! Then the paint job is chunky, not even and my cuticles look worse then I walked in, will never ever go to this place again! I have never had such a bad mani/pedi! read more

I've had more bad experiences than good... keep forgetting how long they make you wait even if you have an appointment. It's hit or miss. Too pricey not to be completely pleased. read more

This is the worst salon I've ever been too. I've tried to give them many chances and every time I ever got a full set or a rebase I'm just not satisfied and neither is my mom or my sister. The first time ever I got a pedicure from there I got a super bad infection. Not a fungus but an infection and had to go to the emergency room and haven't been able to walk for days with super swollen and painful toes left with open bloody wounds constantly pussing and swelling. Worst place ever!! I don't want this to ever happen to anyone else! read more

After reading the bad reviews i didnt want to go here but after going i dont understand any of the bad reviews .... i walked in and was taken care of right away . The people were so nice . The salon was clean . I was in and out it didnt take hours . I was given exactly what i wanted . I can say that i LOVE my nails and i will be definitely be returning !! (: read more

I took my 12-year-old daughter here as a treat for good grades and proceeded to pay $55.00 plus a $10.00 tip for Gel manicures. My french manicure had uneven, thick white lines and a "peak" of white goo on my middle finger that was left ignored and hardened like that. The next day my daughter gets home from school with 3 chipped nails, that evening after doing dishes, I realized 4 out of my 10 nails were already peeling off of my tips. They were nice when I took my daughter back to have them re-done but she did a full gel manicure in 30 minutes with the same results. I will never return, they need to buy better gel or take their time and do it correctly. read more

Surprised to see any poor reviews here because my experiences have all been really good. Fast, careful, beautiful work - K

The best place I have found in all of the Brighton Area or anywhere else. Have not had to wait but one time and it was only 20 minutes. The salon is very clean and pleasant to relax in. I would recommend it to anyone anytime. Prices are maybe a bit hire then some Brighton Salon's but you get what you pay for. I have gone to several Brighton Salons and one I had to wait over an hour for bad work And they had very dirty stations. I am particular about clean Salons and Magic Nails out does them all believe me. The stations were very clean. I'd rather pay a bit more to know I am getting clean instruments used on me..If you want your color to last pick Shellac as it lasts and lasts. Comfortable Pedicure chairs and Love the Chandelier too. read more

I went and got a pedi today. It was awesome . I also got rebase I was not to happy. But I would and will go back and get a pedi.

My daughter and I went for mani pedis and spent over $200.00. The polish ended up bubbling. We cane in to have them re done and we're treated very rudely by the staff. The salon is nice and it is clean as it should be for the high prices they charge. Also they ask if you want this or that done...something you think might be included in the price then when you go to pay they add another 10 or 15 dollars onto the cost. I will not return...bad business practices. read more

Today was my first time visiting this salon. I was very impressed by the way the staff interacted with the customers, they were talkative and friendly. BUT, their prices are not posted and now I know why. I paid 45$ for an all white acrylic , when everywhere else is 30-35$ for an ok job. The acrylic does not touch the cuticle and already look a little grown out. Even worse, my five year old daughter got her nails painted, not even a manicure and toes painted and soaked in the pedicure tub. They charged me 30$ for just those things when normal for her it's 15. They charged me as if she was an adult getting a full mani pedi. Not to mention, it's already chipping. So, I ended up spending a grand total of 85$ including tip for something that costs 50$ everywhere else. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and Shellac Manicure prior to leaving town for a series of special events. They are a new business and I thought I would check them out. The prices are not posted, but you can get a "menu" if you ask for one. I was shocked that they were a bit more than the other places in town, because they aren't anything more than the other places. The pedicure was average, no real complaints. They use a plastic liner in the tub, which seems ok from a cleanliness perspective, but it is kind of weird the way it sits in the tub. The Shellac Manicure was awful. The first nail started peeling within 18 hours and every single nail had peeled cleanly off within 24 hours. When I went to ask about a refund or credit for future services they refused. Overpriced, useless manicure, terrible customer service. There are better places in Brighton for sure! read more

We will not return. They told me a different price than the woman next to me. I tried to tell the woman you quoted is differently and she argued with me and was speaking in to others in her language. Lesson learned never trust a place that doesn't have prices posted for all to see! Cons!! read more

Love this place! They have wonderful spa pedicures & are always very friendly! Very clean and beautiful inside as well!
