I have not purchased a weapon from them, so I can't comment on that aspect. I brought my girlfriends revolver in to have it repaired. I told the gentleman that the revolver had a lifetime warranty and was told the gunsmith would look at the revolver and call me. Two days later, and no phone, e-mail or text, I was told the gunsmith did not come in.
The next day, the gunsmith told me that the revolver needed additional parts and he already ordered them. After a week, no phone, e-mail or texts from them, the revolver was still not fixed. I told them I wanted my revolver back and would go elsewhere. I was told that I owed for the parts. I did not receive the parts, nor did I authorize additional parts. My revolver was held hostage! Not once, after a week, did I receive any word from them. The gunsmith asked if I wanted him to call me every day. I told him one phone call would have been nice. This company had zero communication. If I could have given them less than one star, I would have. I will never do business with these people or this company.
In response to your comment. Yes, let's make everything clear to the public. First of all, I don't remember meeting, or seeing you there, so, I'm sure you only know what was told to you. I was not belligerent when I came in tonight, and did not "demand" my gun until later in the conversation. First of all, I was told, when I first visited your store and told the gentleman that the gun had a lifetime guarantee, that the gunsmith would call the manufacturer. Obviously that did not happen. I was also told that the gunsmith would call me. I was in your store several time as I had received NO calls, e-mails or texts from anyone there. The parts were ordered, without my consent or knowledge. I was told by your gunsmith that the parts should be a few days. I wanted my gun fixed as soon as possible, but a time frame never came into play. I was just going by what your employees told me. I was told several times that someone would call me, not when the parts were in, but to let me know what was going on. Once again, not ONE phone call, e-mail or text. When I came in tonight, I was ready to leave the gun until your gunsmith decided to cop an attitude and ask if I wanted him to call me everyday. No sir, just a plain, simple phone call would have sufficed. Having spent 46 years in retail, it upset me to have absolutely no follow up, no communication. If, as an owner, this crap customer service is okay with you, then it is I that wish you luck in staying open.
As for another gunsmith, it's already taken care of. read more
