As I walk around the corner, a gentleman pushing a broom welcomed me and asked if he could help. I think he must have been a manager because he was advising the young man behind the customer service counter on his schedule. Another young man went and grabbed my order, and I was out the door fast. I'm certainly no regular here, but I've been very happy with this store.

We are going on over a month now with no answers on where our product is. Everyone wants to keep passing the buck from one department to another. It is super unfortunate that this has been the case as the grill was my husband's birthday present. Unless you are buying something that is already in the store I do not recommend picking anything up from here for an order. In store it looked like they carried all of your normal products/items that you'd see in a sports store. Prices range from low to high. **Update. One of the managers- John was finally able to help us. He was pleasant, communicative, and apologized about the fiasco. We appreciate him and recognize his hard work to make things right after such a long time.

In the footwear department, the associate was also very helpful and quickly assisted me with getting the correct boot size and box. Unfortunately, our experience changed at checkout. The cashier, an older woman, had a noticeably different attitude. I won't go into every detail, but her tone came across as sarcastic and unwelcoming. Despite being polite and respectful throughout the interaction, it felt like she wanted to rush us out. My wife and I both left feeling uncomfortable, and we couldn't help but feel that the treatment may have been influenced by our ethnicity. That's not something I take lightly, but the difference in behavior was hard to ignore. I'm sharing this feedback for management because the front-end experience matters just as much as the rest of the store. I hope more attention is given to how customers are treated at checkout so others don't leave feeling the same way we did.

I felt that the staff actually talked WITH me, not at me. There was no pressure to buy "the flavor of the month". They answered all of my questions (and boy did I have plenty) they offered great advice, and they were very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though they have a great selection on site, the firearm I ended up selecting was not in stock at the time, so they ordered it for me and it only took a few days to come in. The prices are really competitive and were actually less than the big discount sporting goods stores. In fact, their ammo prices and accessories were actually super competitive too and they have a great selection. I will be a repeat customer as this is now my go-to local firearm and ammo store. Please go there and see what I mean. You won't be disappointed and I am sure you will be as happy as I am.

In addition, there was a technical modification required that they did very quickly at a nominal fee. I've probably bought four Gun since then from Dk defense all four were priced lower than the big supplier in Tennessee. They had to order Gun. I still got it quicker than I would've if I submitted an online order and I know a lot of people go go online for what they perceived to be a cheaper price for guns only to discover they could've gotten the gun 2 to 5% cheap cheaper at at Dk Defense and save by not having pay the FFL transfer fee. Krista and Dan are great to deal, very friendly very knowledgeable. Calling on DK is like visiting friends. I consider DK my one stop gun shop in the valley.

Great place to check out for firearms because they are all out for display. No waiting to see someone to look at any firearms you are interested in. Just look for the brand/model and check them out. My suggestion would be to put a vertical sign on the tables so that people can easily find and go where they need to go. Definitely makes it easier for me to show family that are interested in getting firearms. Did not have any issues with family buying firearms at their previous location and look forward for them to purchasing at their new location.
