KOmbat Solutions was founded in 2024 by husband and wife team Jules and Jennifer Ko with a simple mission: provide the kind of service we would want to receive ourselves. What began as a small family business built during nights, weekends, and long workdays quickly grew through trust, word of mouth, and a genuine passion for helping people.
Before running KOmbat Solutions full time, Jules worked as a registered nurse, bringing the same patient centered approach to every customer interaction. We believe in educating, guiding, and building relationships rather than simply making a sale.
Today, KOmbat Solutions proudly serves customers across Arizona and the United States, specializing in firearms, suppressors, night vision, and premium equipment. Our focus has never changed: provide honest advice, exceptional service, and a concierge experience that makes every customer feel valued long after the purchase is complete.

Hi, I'm Jules, owner of KOmbat Solutions. Before entering the firearms industry full time, I spent years working as a registered nurse, where I learned the importance of listening, educating, and caring for people during important moments in their lives.
KOmbat Solutions was built from a passion for firearms, a love of serving others, and a belief that customers deserve more than just a transaction. My wife Jennifer and I started this company with a simple goal: create the kind of experience we would want ourselves. One built on honesty, trust, and genuine relationships.
Today, I have the privilege of helping customers across Arizona and the country navigate everything from their first firearm purchase to suppressors, night vision, and quality gear. My favorite part of this business is meeting great people and earning their trust.
