But I asked her what was I smelling that smelled so good....She showed me 3 different options, till I pin pointed which one it was.....Yves Saint Laurent, and Dior!! Ended up applying for the Macy's card, got approved, and went HAM on the Colognes....You would think that was it, right? NO!! My wife wanted the new perfume Miss Dior, but it was at the other store, and we weren't done shopping yet...So Cindy, took it upon herself to walk over there and get it for us! AWESOME! Great store! I shop at this store all the time, I love the open spaces and the variety they have. Each associate is eager to help you. Great selection on almost anything, home, shoes, children, dresses, makeup, purses you name it they have it. Several expensive brands as well. The only thing I don't like about this mall is that they separate stores into 3 places, so if you want to shop for mans on the same day you are shopping for your makeup you will have to go to different buildings, that is a little inconvenient if you are in a hurry but if you have time is pretty nice to go outside and walk around a bit I guess. read more

Horrible Experience!!! Please beware when shopping at Macys. Ordered a luxury watch which turned out defective. They were nice enough to make the exchange in store and order me a replacement. This is where it went south!!! I received the package which got shipped via USPS, I received the package only to open it and find the watch had been taken and I received an empty watch box. I called the post office made a claim then called Macys which they assured me they would ship a replacement. Here we are two weeks later multiple calls and multiple requests, multiple trips to the store just so that can tell me they will not refund or send replacement. I am out $850 and no Watch. Please be hesitant to buy any high dollar item or place an online order with Macys as you can find yourself in this same situation. Frustrated at least!!! read more

The staff are friendly at this store but items are a bit overpriced. In the age of online shopping and finding discounts the department stores need to adapt. Quality is very nice. I bought a blue Alfani shirt and a pair of sunglasses at the Sunglasses Hut inside. I'm pleased with my purchase but stand by their needing to adjust pricing a bit. To be honest, I don't know why I even still shop at this Macy's anymore. This Macy's location has the absolute worst customer service. The majority of employees are rude, and act like they can't be bothered. I speak for the majority of departments in the women's store. The cosmetics and shoe departments need major training in customer service. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is the Men's store. The employees on that side are helpful, and courteous. Only problem on this side is they never have enough people working and the lines get very long, especially on the weekends. In all seriousness, you are better off purchasing your items on line and either have them shipped to your home or to the store so you don't have to deal with the rude customer service. First off, during the Holiday's is the most hectic time to shop. My sister-in-law is disabled, so we thank God for disabled parking, or we will be driving around in circles before we find parking. We were on the top floor of Macy's looking for a particular type of brand of cashmere sweater. My sister-in-law always likes to buy particular things as Christmas gifts. We kinda went around in a circle trying to find Charter Club petite isle. Samantha came up to us, knowing we looked lost, and decided to take us in and helped us find what we need. On top of that, she also helped us order online because it wasn't in stock at this Macy's anymore. Like I said, Holiday shopping can get hectic. She then was also nice enough to help us ring up the other stuff my sister-in-law wanted to buy. We didn't have to go in line with the crazy HOLIDAY SHOPPERS! We felt like VIPs! Furniture Dept. Do not come here. There's this one white sales lady who will just stare and stare and stare at you without saying a word. It's like the weirdest thing. I don't know if she's drunk or on drugs. She just continues to stare. Also, there's this black, bald headed sales guy who seems to want to approach you, but then is thinking no, but then is thinking yes, then no. I have no idea how Macy's train their employees, but I'm not surprised that so many Macy's stores are closing down permanently. This Macy's store is out of control. This is the second time my son has been followed in the store. My 15-year-old and two friends went to buy shirts and the entire time the same lady kept following them through the store. Talk about profiling. You couldn't get help with an item if your life depended on it but they sure will follow you around. They called me to come over to them and I see the lady stand with her arms crossed watching them. I want to start by saying that I've always been a loyal Macy's shopper. I have the card, and so do my family members. I regularly come here to purchase perfume, dresses, and more. Today, I noticed they were having a great jewelry sale (though in hindsight, I should have known). My sister and I spent about 10 minutes browsing and found a couple of pieces we liked. As we continued to shop, a sales associate approached us and offered to hold our items. We politely declined, saying we were heading to look at dresses. She insisted, stating she'd hold them and would personally assist us with checkout. At this point, I started feeling uneasy, but we handed over the jewelry and went to look at dresses for another 15 minutes. I found a dress for an event I have tonight, but by then, I was feeling pretty uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. When we returned to where the associate said she'd be, she was nowhere in sight. We ended up going back to the jewelry section, picking up the same items, and checking out at a different counter. To top it all off, two loss prevention officers were stationed near the front of the store, clearly watching us, though they didn't say anything. Other people were browsing jewelry just like we were, so I can't help but feel we were unfairly targeted. Macy's, if this is such a concern, maybe consider offering baskets like Sephora does when they profile lol. I'm sad because there was a perfume rep that I really liked and had plans to buy from him in December. I have anxiety and now every time i visit, I will remember and experience the same anxiety. We love coming here to get Starbucks, Pickup our online orders and also shop for kids clothing, gifts etc. Great spot to park on Macy side and visit Victoria Garden. The V.G. store is better stocked and has an overall higher end appearance and feeling than some of the other Macy's stores. The staff I interacted with were very helpful and easier to locate than the store I frequent. The weekends at V.G. are too busy for me. The parking is limited too. Fortunately, I was able to shop on a weekday. read more

Review of the home/men's store. I usually don't expect much from Macy's. Back east where I live, they all generally stink. However, talk about being blown away. This store is beautiful. Everything was very nicely displayed, nothing felt disorganized, and it was actually enjoyable to shop here. When I went to the home section to buy a pillow, I was greeted by a very friendly sales associate who actually knew details about the product fillings, weight, fabric covers, etc. She helped me pick out a perfect pillow and actually seemed happy to be helping me out. I spent over $2000 with her at Christmas time. then about two months ago, a friend of mine bought me a gift and I came back to exchange it because it didn't work well on me is she treated me like I stole it? Why is it that every time we go up to a Macy's cashier it always feels like a lifetime when waiting. There are two employees at the cashiers yet it always takes about an hour to complete with each customer. The employees seemed very friendly but they need to be more efficient because there is a long line of customers waiting! We came to exchange a coat my bf got for me for Christmas because it was too big for me. They did not have my size in the store so I asked if they could order for me and ship it to my house. It was free of charge of course! The exchange was effortless and super quick. I just received my coat in the mail today and couldn't be happier! The only reason why I've given the 3 stars was for the really slow wait. They were a little too friendly which caused the customers to have longer conversations with (don't get me wrong, I don't mind amazing customer service but it was too much for all of us!). I go to the women's Macy's. The employees are always very welcoming and polite, and the location is always neat and clean. Did curbside pickup Saturday morning on May 8. The girl who brought me my order was very patient and kind even though I was the dummy who parked on the wrong side of the building. Lol. She had to call me (twice, because I missed the first call) to find me and sort things out. Gold star for her! As a side note, can somebody in management print some sort of sign to indicate whether you're in the wrong parking lot for curbside pickup? To reduce user error is to increase efficiency. This Macy's is absolutely massive! There are two building separated by a street and some other small shops. One is for men and children and the other is for women. Also, the parking here is pretty horrendous and either it's all full or you have to walk a ways to get to the Macy's. Inside, it was very nice, everything was clean and well kept. It was also very orderly and well marked so people could find their items easily. Unfortunately, their elevators were not working so I (in a wheel chair) was unable to get onto the second floor. That really bummed me out so I decided to leave after that. Overall the store was pretty nice, everyone should check it out if you are at Victoria Gardens. read more

Her interpersonal skills are exceptional she's super friendly very outgoing easy to get along with easy to talk to and I truly consider her my Macy's BFF. I've worked in retail for many years and these are the kind of associates that all stores need to have someone that makes you feel comfortable cared for and that they have your best interest at heart and that's what Ashley always does for me. Macy's has been my go to store all my life. Avid shopper at their store. Usually I go to different stores to see the selection and variety. I am on the low end of plus sizes so sometimes the selection is a little different, but still usually can find nice clothes. Today I was so disappointed! Walking into plus sizes the whole front section is work out clothes. What a message Macy's. Walk behind the wall dividing the next section: some shorts and tee shirts a few tops a little nicer, but that's it. What happened to Summer dresses, the Ralph Lauren and Alfani and Calvin Klein. My wife was returning two big suit case boxes that got shipped to are house that was the wrong color. So she is by herself and she gets to the front door and she is struggling to open the doors and bring in the boxes!! There is a young Macy's worker at the door the girl is greeting everyone watching her struggle,and does nothing to help her out!! A nice man is walking out sees my wife and offers to help, and can't believe the Macy's worker is just watching her struggle. He helps my wife and carries one of the boxes all the way to to return register. This is on 12/24/21 around 330 pm what the hell is wrong with these younger generation.. I asked the worker if someone could please bring down my sofa that I bought and paid for and they told me that if I wanted an associate to bring it down I would have to wait around for an hour or so. Absolutely unacceptable. Why should I have to wait? I paid for it and I want it now. There were employees just standing around doing nothing that could've helped and brought my sofa down instead I had to literally carry the sofa down all by myself. I don't recommend coming into this Macy's if you plan on buying furniture. Order it online and have them ship instead because the employees here don't care whether they are of service to you or not.
