Her energy was so positive and genuine that I instantly felt comfortable. I came in hoping to achieve a specific look for my 11-year-old daughter's cheer competition, and Regina went above and beyond to help me bring that vision to life. She listened carefully, took her time to color match perfectly, and explained everything so well. I could tell she truly cared about helping me get it right. Regina had amazing energy, smelled so good, and her purple eye makeup was absolutely on point. She looked beautiful and professional, and she carried herself with confidence and kindness. I've been visiting this Macy's mainly to get gifts for Mother's Day and or Christmas, checkout the latest perfumes. This Macy's is clean, 2 stories and has a Backstage section which is like where the things go before they hit the TJ Max, Marshalls, Ross. This Macy's is always clean and during the holidays I feel like they have a DJ and/or band or other entertainment in the building. It feels smaller than other Macy's I've been to, but they do carry a lot of high end products here. read more

Despite its size, it's usually not very crowded, which makes shopping here feel calm and easy. The store is bright and clean, although there is so much merchandise that it can feel a bit packed, like a very organized maze of button-downs and bedding. I tend to walk in for one thing and end up browsing way more than I planned. There is a solid mix of clothes, home goods, and surprise finds that somehow end up in your shopping bag. There were two instances on the same day, few minutes apart, we were waiting in line for a good 10 minutes, and the cashier never said anything to us that she was closing after helping the couple she was currently assisting. The other one just walked away without a word and left us with other people in line. We looked at each other, and we started to laugh since it was so rude and horrible customer service. So I'm ordering some shoes from Macy's and I'm trying to use this worthless star rewards 20% off coupon but it won't work . I click on the explanation of exclusions. The shoes are not on sale, clearance etc. 2 pairs, both regular full price, almost $300 with tax. Below is a snapshot of all the brands excluded from the 20% off. Timeline of issues with Macys mattress: -Ordered a extra firm Beautyrest Queen mattress and box spring set for about $1800. -About a week later they delivered it and the mattress was damaged. String coming out of the mattress, rips along the border of the mattress exposing the sewing, etc. -Called and Macys had someone about a week later come and inspect the mattress and box to see the defects. They took pictures and submitted them and within 30 minutes. I received a phone call scheduling my new delivery exchange due to the issues with my current mattress and boxspring set. -About a week or two later my mattress delivery date comes and the morning of the driver calls and lets me know that he's in front of my house. The weird thing is is that I don't live in a house. I live in an apartment. Macy's decided that it would be a great idea to have my mattress delivered to my billing address rather than my shipping address. So I had to wait another two weeks for my replacement mattress and box spring set to be delivered to my apartment. -today, the mattress and box spring set was being delivered. When the delivery guys brought in the box spring I noticed a huge rip and hole in it. I told them I cannot accept that as it is damaged. So they brought in the mattress and the mattress has stains on it and string coming out of it as well. -Now I get to wait one more week to see if the fourth time is the charm to get another exchange of a mattress and box spring set that I ordered over a month ago. -For a purchase of almost $2000 you would think that the quality of the item would be decent. -Will update after next week's exchange. read more

Lorraine was absolutely amazing--kind, patient, and so caring. She took the time to apply her makeup beautifully, and the transformation wasn't just on the outside. My auntie left feeling confident and radiant, and she couldn't stop talking about how sweet she was. On 12/28/25 I ordered my wife a Michael Kors jacket for her birthday. I payed express fees to make sure it was delivered before her birthday. The day before her birthday I received an email saying there was a delay with carrier, and it will be delivered the day of her birthday. When I track the shipment, UPS website says labels only created, and they never received the package. Needless to say her birthday came and went, and we never got the package. I had to run from a business trip to my daughter's violin performance and I would not have made it in time if it wasn't for Mr Ivan the store manager. I came in on the weekend before Christmas last year and wow was it busy. I know during the holiday season employees can get very overwhelmed but Hala at Chanel was amazing! Out of the three ladies standing at the Chanel counter Hala was the only one to come up to me and greet me. She was extremely helpful and provided some very helpful recommendations. Hala provided different options in wrapping for me and offered suggestions about customizing gifts. The other women at the Chanel counter gave off very nasty attitude and could definitely learn a thing or two from Hala. Given Chanel is a luxury brand you would expect the people who work there to conduct themselves more professionally. read more

The absolute look of irritation on her face when she saw there was someone waiting for her. She came over and didn't even ask if I needed help. Just stared at me. I start to ask questions and her responses are all max 3 words. She was so irritated that I was asking to sample scents. I thought that was her job? The absolute worst service. The only reason I keep coming here is because it's the closest Jo Malone vendor, but I think I'm just going to start ordering directly from Jo Malone. My last review was around this time 7 years ago and again I had a great experience I wanted to share and give recognition to some who saw to it that we had a great shopping experience. My Wife and I stopped in and were looking for shoes and a crossbody bag for her to wear. Customer service at its worst! I spent several weeks trying to get my online order from Macy's Victoria Gardens but they messed around for so long item was no longer available. My item was delivered to Macys 2 days after my order was placed but the store insisted it wasn't there. Bottom line, if you really want your item go to Nordstrom. Macy's cost me gas $ driving to the store multiple times and over 2 hours on calls trying to sort out their mistake. So not worth my time or $ as I ended up with nothing in the end. Went in tonight around 9:15 to buy my son colognes for his birthday. I went to the bathroom and came out to see the female security stalking my sons. She was watching them as they got cologne samples and then followed them as they moved. When she saw me she played stupid and walked away. Since the store wants to racially profile, we left the store. Went outside online and spent over $500 on the colognes we would have bought at Macy's. David in womens shoe dept. today was totally out of line for disregarding how I wanted to process my return n pay for my purchase. He had the audacity to to tell me he was doing me a favor by doing what was easiest for him without asking how I wanted it done. Not only did he continue to argue n say to his co worker rude comments about me who was standing in front of him he then accuse me of not knowing what I was talking about. I have been a cashier in my teens n how he conducted himself would be grounds for a write up at best. David needs some time to off to improve on his customer service skills! Nancy at the Mac counter was beyond fabulous. She had no way of knowing I lost my brother a week ago. I'd literally cried every day for a week. I asked her to fill in my brows and apply lashes. She did my whole face and only charged me for the lashes. I was more than happy. I was able to try and be a normal human for an evening. As for Mac itself the lash selection was great. I made a few online cosmetic purchases to be ship to store for pick up. It was a breeze. The employee scanned my purchase barcode, verified my ID, and I was out of there in under 5 mins. Employees were friendly. Gal asked if I wanted to open the box to make sure all items were correct and accounted for, which I did of course. Was trying to find a dress for my toddlers picture day, and while they had a lot of dresses to choose from, I wasn't impressed with any of them especially not at the prices be sold. There were some great deals on a few clothing brands like Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein, but I still don't find the outfits worth the price. Especially considering kids ruin things and grow so quickly. I also found the toddler girls stuff a bit babyish.
