We just discovered this corner of Macy's on the uppest floor with fairly good number of toys. I still recommend Ross or Target for best prices.

I used to work at this Macy's and the selection has really gone downhill. I tried to look for clothes, but everything seemed made for grandmas. I couldn't find anything but work clothes or dated styles. I really wanted trendier things that aren't for teenagers. Pretty much the same as going to TJ Maxx or ROSS. While there, I was bothered by some boomer who asked me where the medium clothes were. I had a purse and was shopping, so I don't know why she bothered me. I assume that she did because she couldn't find a worker to help her? I also think that the prices could be better. It wasn't really worth buying anything. It was clean though. I do think their kid's clothes are decent. For around $25, you can get a cute dress for a baby.

Macy's Ala Moana long time anchor in Ala Moana Center. Lots of parking in a private parking lot. Wonderful selection of designer and local fashions. Large shoe collections for Women and Men. Mall level has a Starbucks, Cosmetics, Jewelry and Watches, and Women's Clothing. Price range ranges from moderate to high (for designer labels). Upper levels had kitchen items and appliances, luggage and linens, they even have a watch repair shop. Cashier and floor personal are available, friendly, and efficient. There are a variety of bargains throughout the store you'll want to shop around and look for them.

We like to park and enter from the top level...

Shopping at Ala Moana Center... the largest outdoor shopping center in the world! I really try to avoid this shopping mall... it's so gigantic! I'm afraid to be lost! However, Macy's is an anchor store with 4 levels of retail therapy! It's on the Waikiki end of the mall - on the corner of Atkinson Drive and Ala Moana Boulevard. I usually go up the ramp on Atkinson Drive - near Ala Moana Hotel and Mahukona Street - and park at the top. It's bright and less crowded! I enter through the door for Liliha Bakery. The women's department is right past the convenient restrooms! My goal for this visit was to look for a handheld rechargeable vacuum cleaner. One of the guys at church said that he saw one for $19.99. I wondered why he didn't get it... haha! I looked online at Walmart and Target. They were out of stock on the less expensive models, so, the Macy's vacuum seemed to be the best deal. I went as soon as I was able, but the price was only good on Black Friday... Shucks! Since I was there, I decided to get it. I'll test the vacuum out on my car, which needs to be cleaned anyway! Thanks to Macy's for consistently having a beautiful environment, friendly staff, quality merchandise, and lots of coupons and sales!

Holidays are here at Macy's. Glamour and glitter abound. More sales people to provide customer services to you. Not very crowded on a Thursday evening. Beautiful holiday decorations adorn the aisles counters and cash register areas. So many choices to pick your holiday outfits here! Use your Macy coupons and look out for the sales. Collect your Macy money to get a better deal on your purchase.

The service was amazing! Frank helped me get a good deal on shoes for my senior prom! I will not forget this. It was a great value for the product and he was super nice helping us try it on. Thank you Frank. #ILoveMacy's

The Merrie Monarch vibes must have kicked in and I had to finally pop that cherry. I initially went with my hula family and used that time to soak everything in. The next day I went back alone to purchase a few items I couldn't stop thinking about. Both Nāpali and Hōkūpa'a hyped me up during my visit and all items I tried on was sold on the spot. Countless hugs and mahalo were exchanged during my encounter with them. Again, I had to go in a third time just to mahalo your (business) ʻohana during my trip to Hilo! Just about a week later I figured I would "window shop" again during my lunch break at South Shore Market and I was able to catch up with Hōkūpa'a. Then after some time of being educated about the items at the store I was sold again - resulting in me purchasing even more items than I did in Hilo! More hugs and mahalo were shared that day. I can't thank Nāpali a me Hōkūpa'a and the rest of the Salvage Public ʻohana enough for your continued legendary service every time I visit.

Hawaii's Finest Clothing is like walking into a club as this vibrant shop does start from it's storefront with the cool neon logo shining bright along side the huge window with their various logos. So much to choose from along with lots of clearance items making it a great deal shopping here is an experience to find clothing for the whole group. Service here is very friendly and helpful though I didn't find anything today know that I will be back to support this amazing local small biz as they have so many great clothing to express ourselves. He didn't know where they got it from. Then he found a small in the other shirt he received and the male sales associate asked if he had a gift receipt. No, we didn't have one. So he asked "when did you receive it?" My husband said on May 19. He said "Oh, that's more than 30 days-we can't exchange it." Today is the 20th of June. Seriously!?!?! The brand has a long history in street culture, and this location reflects that identity with a clean and minimalist retail space focused entirely on the clothing. The store layout is simple and well organized, which makes it easy to browse through the collections. Racks feature a mix of graphic tees, hoodies, hats, and other staple pieces that the brand is known for. The designs maintain the classic Stüssy style that blends surf, skate, and street culture influences. One thing that makes this location interesting is the connection between the brand and Hawaii's surf culture. Stüssy originally emerged from surf roots in California, and seeing the brand represented in a place like Waikiki feels very fitting. The shop tends to attract both visitors and locals who are interested in streetwear and limited releases. The environment inside is relaxed and focused more on the clothing itself rather than flashy retail design. What stood out to me most was how the store maintains the authenticity of the Stüssy brand while fitting naturally into the Waikiki shopping scene. I would stock up on socks and sweaters with abandon from the Uniqlos closer to my home in San Francisco. That was why it surprised me that I would seek out this familiar store at the mammoth Ala Moana Center. However, I had seen a local vlogger's YouTube video where he showcased the Hawaiian-exclusive clothing they sell here. Jamie W and I decided to drop by when we were at Ala Moana. Although not at the scale of the Tokyo Ginza flagship, it's one of the global chain's larger stores with an expansive multi-floor space. They offer the Brands Hawaiian Loco line, which is quite a distinct array of T-shirts spotlighting locally renowned businesses like Leonard's Bakery, Hawaiian Airlines, and Zippy's. I even bought one featuring a bowl of Zippy's saimin called Zipmin (Photo 4). I also really liked their line of aloha shirts because designs came from top quality Japanese block prints. I fell in love with one shirt based on Hokusai's "The Great Wave Off Kanagawa". I had never seen one like that before. They even offer opportunities to customize T-shirts and tote bags using exclusive designs from local artists. There's enough here to justify a shopping expedition.
