My sister and I were on the mainland because we thought that the selection might be better or at least different. My sister took some photos and sent them to my niece, but she wasn't interested in anything. While walking towards Claire's from Target, I saw the sign for Windsor and took a look inside. There were many accessories and costume jewelry that were intriguing. The back of the shop had prom gowns, purses, shoes, etc. Everything was there for a complete outfit! Lots of bling... Windsor is located in the Ala Moana Center level 3 and after passing by here countless amount of times I curiously thought to check this place out and received a 20% off one regular priced item from a Yelp check in was actually excited to see what they had to offer. Lots and lots of bling and obviously clothing for a particular crowd is understood but found it quite stunning a beautiful along with some super cute totes at such an affordable prices though what a wonderful place to shop for that girls night. There was a few accessories that seriously caught my eye though decided not to get anything at the moment though the staff either left you shopping without disturbing you or just didn't care as I have no idea who or where they were but nevertheless was a lovely place to shop and know where I can find some affordable bling. There needs to be a reducation of some of the employees at the Ala Moana location. This situation was not handled correctly at all. I think her name is Reanna but she was very quick to body shame my friend in the dressing room when she tried on some pants. My friend was really happy with the fit. Her face immediately fell when from across the way, the employee(reanna) told her she needed a bigger zmsize. She did not apologize and continued to repeat the remarks. When I spoke with her manager, she shouted from where she was behind the register and argued with me WHILE she was on the phone with another customer. She is rude and awful. I can't believe the intelligence of this individual is so incredibly low. If this representation of the values of this store than you should be ashamed of yourselves. Do better. VERY rude employees. I will not be returning and I will be very vocal with informing others to also not shop here. If you want your day RUINED, shop here. read more

Bad customer service and return policy. Marianna said that we could not do a return, and she said that it was company policy, but I know that managers do have some authority to do store credit. She said because we already did an exchange once, we couldn't do another but it doesn't say that on the receipt. I wonder if they will be in business in a few years because look at what happened to Forever21, Papaya and other junior businesses in Hawaii. Sales people are not the nicest there either. Ever since Windsor opened in Hawaii, my daughter and I have been going to the Ala Moana and Pearlridge locations and we LOVE the stores, the staff, the vibes and the clothes. However, on 09/30/23 my daughter and I went into the Ala Moana location because she needed to buy a dress for a party that evening. We walked around the sales floor for a little while and she found 2 beautiful dresses. An employee came up to us and asked very professionally and kindly "would you like me to set up a dressing room for you?" My daughter said yes please. The employee went towards the back of the store, came back and said "I got you set up in dressing room #2, whenever you are ready you can go in there." My daughter and I told her thank you. We looked around for a few minutes then my daughter said she was ready and we proceeded to dressing room #2. My daughter was a few feet ahead of me and I watched her walking into the dressing room and as she did that another employee started running towards and after my daughter yelling "Hey! Hey! Stop! You can't go in there!" I told the employee "excuse me do you have a problem? That dressing room was set up for her by another employee" She turned around glaring at me and said "I work here!". I said "ok, do you have a problem?" She said "she can't just go in there like that." I said again, "an employee already set my daughter up in there and said when she's ready to go in there" she said "well how much items are in there!?" I said "2", she snapped and said "well did she take any more items in there cause I didn't see!" I told her "no she didn't". She said "well I didn't know!" I said "well now you know." She said "I'm just doing my job!" The entire interaction she was mean, rude, she didn't blink once, her eyes were really wide and angry, she had her jaw clenched weirdly, with her top lip tucked and upper teeth exposed which appeared like she was on cocaine or coming down maybe. I also wanted to point out that she was wearing a skirt that was so tiny her private parts were almost exposed. She stormed off, and I stood outside my daughters dressing room waiting for her to finish trying on the 2 dresses. I observed a Caucasian couple with a stroller walk up to the dressing room across my daughter, the woman had a few pieces of clothes in her hand and walked right into an empty dressing room. Because she had a bunch of clothes in her arms I assume she did not have a room set up for her. That same rude employee walked over slowly and nicely (still with those crazy eyes) but with a weird smile, she did not chase the woman into the dressing room, nor did she say a word or question her. She then approached the husband and said "I have a bench for you to sit on if you want" and then turned toward me and glared at me. The guy declined. My daughter came out of the dressing room and asked me to make the purchase because she can't believe what that employee did and she was embarrassed and scared. My daughter is a minor, she's 16 years old. I was mad at that point and said I'm not and walked out of the store. My daughter put the dresses back and walked out too. I called the store and spoke with the acting store manager who apologized profusely and knew exactly what employee I was talking about. I was told this was not the first time she has done this to people. And that that employee has a problem with authority or being told anything. She said she has a really bad attitude and that she will be talking to her and reporting it to the district manager. I'm not sure why we were treated so badly by that employee, I don't know if it was a racial thing because we have black hair and look Hispanic even though we're not. She was Caucasian and the couple that she treated so nicely and didn't question was Caucasian or if it was because she stereotyped us another way like we didn't have money and we're thieves (I also had my 7 year old daughter with us) but whatever the reason was, it's not ok. The manager told me her name is Mariana. She was wearing a sheer white long sleeve top, ugly brown tiny skirt and black boots with heels. Long dirty blonde hair. Avoid going to this place and beware of Mariana. No one deserves to be treated like that. We went to pearlridge location after and was treated great and we spent over 100$. read more

Was really excited to finally purchase something for myself- as a momma I never get out and get to wear nice stuff anymore. This store was on the top of the list for my outfit. Sad to say I got absolutely nothing, and I wanted to buy so much cute stuff. Due to lack of service and very rude staff, I will not be returning. There are ways to treat and talk to guests in your store- and these employees needs to be trained on how to treat their potential buyers. I've worked in retail and customer service for over 13 years- this is unacceptable. Update to my initial review. I visited this location on 07/24/21 in the afternoon because I was looking for a specific top. The top was unfortunately sold out, but 5/5 for the excellent customer service provided! Bought some stuff here yesterday. Really nice clothes but also kind of pricey. Went to the checkout and one of the associates said I'd get 20% off by signing up for the VIP thing or whatever so I signed up. I didn't realize until later on that day that I didn't get 20% off so I went back today only for a different associate to tell me that that 20% off is actually supposed to be 15% and takes a few days to come in through email and the only 20% off I could get was through Yelp but only for one item. I was excited when actually found stuff I liked and went to try it on but I didn't know if they allowed people to just walk in without counting how many items we have so I asked this worker if I could try stuff on and she said with the nastiest attitude "you can go in any room that's open" while giving me a stank face, I was shocked at first so I just walked out because I was disgusted. On 3/10/24, my family and I came to this store and experienced horrible service. A staff member who refused to give her name was incredibly rude and discriminated against my niece (a minor) out of all people coming and going within the fitting rooms. She attempted to open the fitting room curtain while my niece was half dressed and trying to try an outfit on. She demanded that my niece get out of the dressing room to see how much items my niece had. Prior to this, the same employee was failed to be attentive to people waiting in line for the fitting rooms. People were coming and going to a room with multiple dresses and not once did she check them or tell them there was a line etc. My niece and I waited in the "line" and saw there was an open fitting room. The same staff member standing right on the side of us not paying attention did absolutely nothing, did notice we were standing there with one item and continued on. So, my niece went into the fitting room and that is when this staff member approached my nieces dressing room and the issue occurred. I decided to escort my niece outside after handing the staff member the dress, along with the other members in my family. I went back and approached the staff member because I wanted to know why she specifically target my niece (who is obviously mixed looking) and if there was a reason she felt my niece would try to steal etc. This staff member decided to get in my face with attitude and rant on, included a few swear words, and refused to provide her name. Luckily, I'm the type of person to step away from the situation, especially when I feel someone's body touching mine trying to insert "dominance." I have learned that it's worth causing a physical altercation and knowing I need to set an example to my family who is watching this occur. I decided to walk away and outside to my family and rather call and speak with a manager. However, the vulgar language and audacity of an employee to try and size up a customer, discriminate against a young minor who was present with multiple adults, badger the customer all the way out the door, then proceeded to stand right in the front and stare myself and family down is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I am appalled at the situation and this staff members behavior. Very disappointed and would put a 0 star review if I could. I have also noticed that this isn't the first incident that was similar, and I feel for the other families and future customers that have gone through or may experience this. I hope the store takes action and provides better training for their staff members. I have had no issues at the Pearlridge location and hope to continue receiving the awesome service from them, but this Ala Moana location needs change. This was also not the only problem that happened during our time spent here, but it was the most memorable one that affected everyone especially my niece as it was traumatizing for her to experience. read more

Loved shopping here!! As soon as I walked in Linda greeted me so warmly and asked what she could help with, and got me started. A short while after kamiko noticed i we having trouble finding inspiration and asked if she could help style me. I said yes and I am SO glad I did! She had a litany of great ideas, and after confirming my size she brought outfit after outfit to my dressing room, checking in periodically to make sure I wasn't overwhelmed. She and Linda have me some great ideas and hyped me up so much that I ended up trying on stuff I would never have otherwise, and guess what? I LOVED it! And once I had gotten everything situated and got to the register, Jo was so friendly! We chatted for a bit and she was so warm and fun! Will absolutely be back next time I need a new wardrobe haha :) And as a covid related note, they were great! Everyone was wearing masks & they had signs everywhere explaining the cleaning practices. Windsor was one of my top places to find a dress. I looked up all the hours and it said it closed at 8pm. I got there at around 6:45 and they said they closed at 7pm. I take full responsibility for not knowing the appropriate time to be there but there was also a lack of customer service. I understand that they were about to close so I apologized and asked if I should leave or if I would be able to try on one dress that I had my eye on. The worker replied "Whatever your already here as long as you hurry up before we close I guess your fine." I took that with a grain of salt. Unfortunately the dress wasn't for me and instead of trying on more I decided to leave because I know what it's like to wait up for a customer before closing. As I walked out I apologize one e again for coming in right before closing and then said thank you. While walking out the door another worker said "thank god bye" Because of the lack of customer service I will not be coming back. Again I apologize for coming late but a customer is a customer and they should all be treated with respect! read more
