We just discovered this corner of Macy's on the uppest floor with fairly good number of toys. I still recommend Ross or Target for best prices.

I used to work at this Macy's and the selection has really gone downhill. I tried to look for clothes, but everything seemed made for grandmas. I couldn't find anything but work clothes or dated styles. I really wanted trendier things that aren't for teenagers. Pretty much the same as going to TJ Maxx or ROSS. While there, I was bothered by some boomer who asked me where the medium clothes were. I had a purse and was shopping, so I don't know why she bothered me. I assume that she did because she couldn't find a worker to help her? I also think that the prices could be better. It wasn't really worth buying anything. It was clean though. I do think their kid's clothes are decent. For around $25, you can get a cute dress for a baby.

Macy's Ala Moana long time anchor in Ala Moana Center. Lots of parking in a private parking lot. Wonderful selection of designer and local fashions. Large shoe collections for Women and Men. Mall level has a Starbucks, Cosmetics, Jewelry and Watches, and Women's Clothing. Price range ranges from moderate to high (for designer labels). Upper levels had kitchen items and appliances, luggage and linens, they even have a watch repair shop. Cashier and floor personal are available, friendly, and efficient. There are a variety of bargains throughout the store you'll want to shop around and look for them.

We like to park and enter from the top level...

Shopping at Ala Moana Center... the largest outdoor shopping center in the world! I really try to avoid this shopping mall... it's so gigantic! I'm afraid to be lost! However, Macy's is an anchor store with 4 levels of retail therapy! It's on the Waikiki end of the mall - on the corner of Atkinson Drive and Ala Moana Boulevard. I usually go up the ramp on Atkinson Drive - near Ala Moana Hotel and Mahukona Street - and park at the top. It's bright and less crowded! I enter through the door for Liliha Bakery. The women's department is right past the convenient restrooms! My goal for this visit was to look for a handheld rechargeable vacuum cleaner. One of the guys at church said that he saw one for $19.99. I wondered why he didn't get it... haha! I looked online at Walmart and Target. They were out of stock on the less expensive models, so, the Macy's vacuum seemed to be the best deal. I went as soon as I was able, but the price was only good on Black Friday... Shucks! Since I was there, I decided to get it. I'll test the vacuum out on my car, which needs to be cleaned anyway! Thanks to Macy's for consistently having a beautiful environment, friendly staff, quality merchandise, and lots of coupons and sales!

Holidays are here at Macy's. Glamour and glitter abound. More sales people to provide customer services to you. Not very crowded on a Thursday evening. Beautiful holiday decorations adorn the aisles counters and cash register areas. So many choices to pick your holiday outfits here! Use your Macy coupons and look out for the sales. Collect your Macy money to get a better deal on your purchase.

The service was amazing! Frank helped me get a good deal on shoes for my senior prom! I will not forget this. It was a great value for the product and he was super nice helping us try it on. Thank you Frank. #ILoveMacy's

I got a FE diaperbag as a gift but had NO IDEA how to use it - it's an older version with the bassinet attachment. It was from an aunty, NWOT, and I don't mind it didn't have tags, or that it's an older version. I've always been the kind of girlie to thrift shop because I'm not a fan of what the clothing industry has done to our planet. This is why we went to FE-Kapolei in the first place: for someone to help us figure out how to use this thing. Read my review for the Kapolei location to know what happens next. Anyways, since that first visit, I visited FE a bunch of times because of their baby clothes. One reason I'm also not a FE person is the prints are too much for me. Put it this way, the only print I would kind of consider wearing is the simple fish print in black, no other colors! And then next thing you know, there's also a baby section as well for my son! Having a baby changes you, I'll still thrift for my clothes, but I wouldn't mind getting my son the newest clothes from a locally owned, woman ran business. Also, I LOVE being able to text the store and reserve items, no driving all the way to find out it's not there! And the quality of the clothes is definitely there. Decided to buy a baby onesie for our family photos and another baby onesie for our friends who are pregnant. I know baby clothes don't last long, but I just couldn't help myself! Overall, I may only like a couple things from FE, but the fact that it's supporting local is a big plus for me! Also, the quality of the clothing is so great considering the price.
