A visit to Kahala mall warrants a visit to Macy's. I wanted to look at the Holiday decorations and sales in this store. I was not disappointed. Smaller in size compared to the Ala Moana one. Easy to walk through and travel upstairs to see the Christmas and holiday decorations for sale. The restrooms are located on the second floor. Lots of free covered and open parking spaces near Macy's. There was a One Day sale going on as well. Time to get more bang for your hard earned buck during a sale. Today was window shopping for me!

Exceptional Customer Service from Macy's. I returned a nesting 3 piece luggage set today. The wheels on the luggage seemed to be a little stiff. It didn't glide like it should have. There was no problem in returning the luggage for a cash refund. A pleasant greeting, I answered a few questions, and I was on my way with cash in hand. Enjoy

Macys Kahala has redesigned their floor space, bringing in the men's store from the separate location near CPK. For Christmas, they have added a Toys R Us shop. Amazing how much they can pack into the space now. I rarely buy anything at full price, just wait a week or so until there is a sale and then its like a scavenger hunt for bargains. Amazing finds and so handy now that if you have a Macys card you don't have to bring all those coupons with you. I also like how they have the return department at a counter by the front door. My kids roll their eyes at me, but Macy's is like the old Sears store, where they have a little of almost everything in one place.

This Macy's location is inside Kahala mall at the far end. Michelle R. and myself decided to go look at the last act clearance rack and I managed to find a DKNY light green shirt for $5.00! A steal! Too bad I couldn't find any other nice shirts for $5.00! The quality of the clothing here is high end and great quality. I love looking at all the name brands. There were items on sale especially jewelry and other items. The customer service here was excellent! I didn't like the fact that the other Filipino lady shooed us away because her line was apparently long and she said she was closing. What a way to draw in customers. We decided to go elsewhere to pay for our items. I only picked up two items that costs me $10 total. Not bad! Better to buy stuff on clearance and on sale than regular price. The store was clean and their fitting rooms were open.

Big mahalos and shoutout to Steve and Tari at the Kahala Macy's Women's shoes section and Soo and Clif at Ala Moana's Macy's . I was at Kahala Macy's on Friday 1/21 to find a pair of heels for an unfortunate upcoming viewing. The heels were clearance , looked nice and professional, had comfortable padding, however it was not my size. It was a 9.5 when I had needed an 8.5. Steve took an extra step in helping me search for any other locations that had this correct shoe size and he was able to find me one last pair at Macy's Ala Moana. He had spoken with Sol who had held this pair for me for 24 hours. When I went to pick it up at Ala Moana, Clif had helped me ring up my order, but then the price was not the same as I had at Kahala. It was marked up to full price (roughly 70$ instead of the price I had found it at Kahala. Clif had told me to try see Steve again to have a possible price match. I rushed to Kahala's Macy's today (1/23) but Steve wasn't working, luckily Tari was and she had remembered me 2 days ago. She had helped me out so much and I was able to get my shoes at the price I found it originally (a one time thing) . Thank you Steve, Tari, Sol and Clif for all of your wonderful help. I wish I could say these shoes were for a happier event but things happen for a reason. I really appreciate that y'all went above and beyond. P.s.Steve has always been really helpful, every time I browse shoes at Kahala's Macy's , he's always the first to approach and inform me of sales , coupons and savings. Thank you!

Question: Where can you find a Michael Kors dress (original price:$125) for $20? Answer: the clearance section of Macy's in Kahala Mall! I had a couple of gift cards and it was 4x Hawaiian Airlines Miles day at Kahala Mall. That meant that it was shopping time! I was so excited to get this great deal! I hardly ever shop at Macy's! However, these gift cards were urging me to make good use of them! On a prior visit, I discovered this "Last Chance" marked down area (aka Clearance Section) in this Macy's. I was looking forward to returning when I had more time, and this was it! I felt so lucky to find something that I liked and that I fit!

Love that i can pay my bill at the counter!

The brand has a long history in street culture, and this location reflects that identity with a clean and minimalist retail space focused entirely on the clothing. The store layout is simple and well organized, which makes it easy to browse through the collections. Racks feature a mix of graphic tees, hoodies, hats, and other staple pieces that the brand is known for. The designs maintain the classic Stüssy style that blends surf, skate, and street culture influences. One thing that makes this location interesting is the connection between the brand and Hawaii's surf culture. Stüssy originally emerged from surf roots in California, and seeing the brand represented in a place like Waikiki feels very fitting. The shop tends to attract both visitors and locals who are interested in streetwear and limited releases. The environment inside is relaxed and focused more on the clothing itself rather than flashy retail design. What stood out to me most was how the store maintains the authenticity of the Stüssy brand while fitting naturally into the Waikiki shopping scene. Overall, Stüssy Honolulu is a great stop if you are into streetwear or want to check out one of the well-known global brands located along Kalākaua Avenue.

The Merrie Monarch vibes must have kicked in and I had to finally pop that cherry. I initially went with my hula family and used that time to soak everything in. The next day I went back alone to purchase a few items I couldn't stop thinking about. Both Nāpali and Hōkūpa'a hyped me up during my visit and all items I tried on was sold on the spot. Countless hugs and mahalo were exchanged during my encounter with them. Again, I had to go in a third time just to mahalo your (business) ʻohana during my trip to Hilo! Just about a week later I figured I would "window shop" again during my lunch break at South Shore Market and I was able to catch up with Hōkūpa'a. Then after some time of being educated about the items at the store I was sold again - resulting in me purchasing even more items than I did in Hilo! More hugs and mahalo were shared that day. I can't thank Nāpali a me Hōkūpa'a and the rest of the Salvage Public ʻohana enough for your continued legendary service every time I visit.

One was a fun pet supply emporium, The Public Pet (review: https://yelp.to/XXvGoRe97Q), and this was the other store. There were plenty of things to browse. Big star for these lovely unique items! There are changing rooms available. We loved all the displays of old school things like a printing press! Lost a star because sadly no welcome when we entered, asking if we needed help or show us where things were located in case we didn't see them.
