Always a 10/10 for me! I got the Baby A! Delicious! I know I've mentioned it before in another review, but I love that when I tell them my daughter has a tree nut allergy, they do not hesitate to sanitize their machine! Thank you, thank you for taking an allergy seriously. Make sure to stop here, snag a cereal box stool!
What an absolute TREAT! Ive been dying to try Kith"s treats for quiet some time so when I saw that there was location in downtown Wakaki I was over the moon excited! We ran over mid day to make sure we would miss a long line, to my surprise there wasn't one, even for the store. So we browsed around did a little shopping inside the store and ended the shopping spree with a sweet treat. Kith offered a variety of different mixes that have been created by a handful of celebrities, you're also able to DIY your own mix or choose from a popsicle. I landed on the bam bam, I forgot who's custom mix that was, but it seemed to be like the kitchen sink of mix's with a little bit of everything. It was smooth chocolatey ice cream blizzard type of treat. It was super delicious but personally I think I'd share the next time I get one, it was WAY to big for me to eat all. But guaranteed every single box or popsicle flavor will be immaculate!

The manager is a complete fool... I bought two hats and the store manager treated me like trash. Immediately started to point the fingers at me when he was in the wrong. The other customers were appalled at the treatment that went on. The store representative accidentally sold me the wrong hat. After working with the manager since I bought the hat 30 seconds ago the manager starts screaming at me and treats me like dirt. After he realized what went on he doesn't even say sorry just gave me a new hat. Never going back to this store. Forget that manager he does not respect anyone.
Get yourself a nice treat and grab a bunch of goodies inside the store. The customer service is awesome and was able to help me get a nice shirt that could go with my fits. They have shoes and other cool things like fragrance and sneakers along with clothing and all of it was a very good selection of items. The prices were fair given that it is a boutique.
Never been to an actual Brick and Mortar Kith store so me and my cousins had to check it out. Waiting in line to get in is kind of tough sell but I would say it was worth it. Inside of the store was enormous and was beautifully designed in my opinion. The employees were pretty helpful pulling stuff whenever we needed and were pretty patient with us. They had a lot of their recent releases on the racks but I just picked up a Hawaii/store specific tee and earrings for my wife. My cousins also picked up some stuff too. Pretty nice spot to check out, and they have a good amount of location specific merch worth grabbing.

The concept is great but I think some of the flavors were off or that the soft serve is pretty rich. The service was quick. It was a bit on the pricey side. Lately, I've noticed that when I order shoes from Nike.com it doesn't look like the pics on the website. KITH carries some of their new drops, but not the hype shoes. Those you'll have to try your luck at 4am if you're in Hawaii. I did see the pandas the last time I was in store. I was looking for the Light Silver and Ocean Bliss Dunk Lows aka salmons dropping that night. However, the guy working on the floor didn't know if they were going to get them. Seemed like he didn't have answers for anything. I did cop them off of SNKRS at 4am. The shoes are still sitting, but sold out in my size.
Honestly this place is so cool the fact they have little treats available and they're so yummy and not too expensive. The workers were really nice and friendly but not too overbearing. They definitely have ice cream and cereal flavors for everyone:) so good
This is a clothing store with an ice cream/drinks little section window to the side of it. Oh the ice cream definitely had a unique flavor!! It is blended with cereal I believe and it's so good! Interested in trying out other items on the menu next time :)
Really nice Kith store. Downstairs was women's and kids while the upstairs was mens and shoes. The workers were accommodating and were always available to help get me whatever clothing size I needed. Ended up buying two t shirts which came out to $140. They had some older season pieces as well but sizing was limited. There were definitely better size selections for the current season, as expected.
What to do on a stormy Monday morning? Hit up Kith for their weekly Monday program drop, of course! Located in the heart of Waikīkī, Kith is a lifestyle brand akin to Palace and Supreme. If you're going to visit on Monday, be prepared for a wait as it's probably one of their busiest days. I got to the store at 10:30 and waited about 30-40 minutes before I was let in. The store was celebrating "Kithmas" so the wait was understandable. Inside, you'll find a number of items, including shoes, hoodies, and homewares, but the thing I found particularly great? The level of customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the first gentleman who helped me with sizing questions, but Kaui's customer service was fantastic. It was my first visit to the store and I'll be back again. My one complaint is that the validated parking doesn't cover the whole stay, but a minor thing.
I highly recommend this business customer service here is amazing security guy in the front lets about 4 customers in every 3 minutes Glad I was able to snag one of the exclusive Honolulu tees while I was there in my visit in Hawaii Customer service at front desk is amazing too and it smells good in their store make sure to check them out! read more
First time visiting a Kith store. Guess it's like a boutique for t-shirts. Had a little bit of sticker shock also at the $70 price for a silk-screened cotton t-shirt, They add to the high-end aura by only have one of each style on the rack, so you have to ask for the size you need. Staff acted a little bit pretentious and were not very welcoming. read more

Kith retail store is nice to visit with quality items but a bit too pricey for me. It's was a place to browse but not actually shop. The selection and service were top notch. Nice to see magazine features up close. read more

I guess I was one of the lucky few to secure a limited release Hawai'i Nike AF1's (Now that's a mouthful lol). Although I wasn't a huge fan of the long line and the way it was organized poorly, I did appreciate the store once we made it in. They immediately assume you're there for the AF1's so they grabbed our sizes and brought the shoes to the counter for us. I'm, by no means, wealthy enough to throw down mad bills on clothes but I appreciated the lay out and design of the store. Every employee interacted with was extremely friendly and courteous. You'll find the entrance nearest the Cheesecake Factory on the makai side of Kalakaua Ave. Check it lit! read more

Be prepared to wait in line. I asked the security guard what the max capacity was and he said 25. When we finally got into the store, I could count about 5 on 1st flr and 10 on 2nd flr (included sales reps). He also made a comment that the line will get faster when the two additional reps come in. Sounds like a staffing issue rather than a COVID issue regarding max capacity..... The store is beautifully set up and easy to see the clothing displays. The sales rep was sweet and carried a conversation during checkout. My nephew found a t-shirt to purchase, but was disappointed that they didn't carry the other brands available on their website. This store only carries their Kith clothing brand, so don't be expecting anything more. They have a good selection of kicks and carry CK cologne. All in all it was a good experience. We waited in line for about 45 minutes on a Wednesday morning. read more

One of my favorite brands so I had to visit the Hawaii location since I was here. Great ambiance and service was . Glad they had my size in the Hawaii collection. A must visit store location if you're in Oahu for sure. read more

Pro tip: if you wait months to fully unpack from your holiday it's like Happy early birthday to Bitsy! KITH was one of those treat-yourself items I forgot about despite the great experience. KITH is 2 things - it's the latest fashion trends, and it's an around the corner treat window serving up colorful cereal and ice cream concoctions. Shopping + sugar = fun. Yes, there's a guard out front. Yes, for some reason he looks more badass and intimidating than the guards outside of Hermes or Tiffany - but guess what, he's nice and will open the door for you with a smile. At first glance, I was enamored with the two-story store itself, custom-built to showcase their unique items in the most appealing way. Lots of collabs and collections including shoes so cool I have no business wearing them. Boy smells candles, Palm Angels hoodies, and upcycled luxury bags. Is there anything here for me? Hello KITH+Barbie! Black, pink, comfy, and cute! The service was friendly, attentive, helpful, and not nearly as aloof as say, Supreme. I probably could've taken some photos without being scolded for compromising the artist's concept. Anyway, enjoyed the conversation with the SA's, bought the tee, and skipped the treat window. Though it smelled like heaven, (figuratively) the merchandise cost us less than a 1000 calorie dessert would. read more

When I go to Honolulu for vacation, I try to stop by Kith every day. Even my hotel has to be close by lol. I love this store. The store is modern, aesthetic and it smells really nice. Ask them want scent they spray in the store. Kith is not cheap, you have to pay to play. We don't have a Kith store in the Bay Area, so I go crazy when I'm out there. My favorite salesperson is Yin. I try to go to Hawaii as often as I can and I was surprised Yin remembered my name as soon as walked in. She's so friendly, knowledgeable and always has something for me to buy. I can't leave empty handed. I always ask her what does she have for me today lol. I'm like a regular to her these days and always look forward to seeing her friendly face at Kith. See you in September. I tell all my family & friends to look for Yin at Kith. She will take care of you. read more

We were excited for the kith store in Hawaii, after waiting in line for several hours and seeing the Hawaii exclusive products, I had a great time. Because of their covid policy you couldn't try on the clothes, but the cashiers stated you didn't need to wait in line again if you needed to exchange for a different size. However, this is NOT the case, we went back the following day and they wanted everyone to wait in line again, for exchanges or any help. FYI, exchanges or store credit only, no returns. The poor customer service is inexcusable, I love the brand but I wouldn't go to the stores anytime soon. Shop online. read more

This store was very clean and modern. Loved the display cases showcasing their products. Initially decided to come here for KITH treats but wanted to check out the store for the first time. The employees were very kind and even answered my questions about dunk lows. I left with Tan AF1s. I didn't wear socks so they gave me disposable ones. I loved that this place has more than streetwear and shoes. They also have products from diptyque which was a nice surprise since I love their candles. I previously bought rose whisper dunks from another place for $150 so I was shocked to see the same shoe here selling for $100. My employee bought the same shoes for $290. Would definitely recommend her and anyone else to come here!!! read more

I cannot deny that this is a huge W for Hawaii streetwear enthusiasts. With the opening of Kith's first Hawaii flagship store along with an ice cream store (Kith Treats), this is a really really big deal. I cannot complain about the Kith AF1 Hawaii drop because I expected a show and that is exactly what I got. LOL. My dad and I got our pairs so I am not complaining. Maybe will come back when the line's not so insane. read more
