The customer service here is phenomenal. All the employees were attentive and friendly, even the security. However, one particular worker that provided exceptional service was Gilbert, or Gil. Gil was always there to help answer questions, getting stock from the back, as well as going as far to obtain our contact information to notify us if a specific product will be in stock again. A sales person has to come downstairs to tell the bouncer looking dude to allow shoppers in to the two story store. So you gotta be patient. Downstairs is a small collection of overpriced men's clothing....upstairs is a small selection of women's wear, gift items, and two walls of cherry high tops, sports and workout shoes for men, women and children. It was my first time going into a KITH store and I must say it's a lovely store. I like how the Honolulu location was some surfboards to match the whole Hawaiian vibe. The whole vibe is just cool. It smells amazing in there too. Only downside is the crazy line and bad wait times there can be when there's a drop. But for the most part, I'd recommend to do some shopping there as they have some super cute stuff for both men and women! read more

Poor customer service. Staff was snobby and felt stand-offish when I asked them questions about products. I felt like the workers treated me differently because my outfit didn't look apart or fit their aesthetic (wearing hyped brands or dressed like old money), even though I've been following Kith for years now. Kith is an amazing lifestyle brand and has loads of unique collabs and urban wear. The company originated from the NY area and has slowly begun to grow over the past few years. There's a lot of NY collabs and homage with regards to the gear and that's just them paying tribute to their roots imo. I had the amazing lucky chance of vacationing to Hawaii and finding a new regional location that JUST opened a month ago. I was ECSTATIC! I definitely visited 2 to 3 times and the only times I had a long wait was on the weekend. Of course, they just opened, so maybe the bustle hasn't peaked yet, but I would still recommend coming during the weekdays or expect waiting a bit. Try to come earlier or just as they open to avoid the crazy lines on the weekends. You think Hawaii is bad? Try visiting NYC, it's CRAZY long. That's just the way they hype and of course with COVID they are taking extra precautions. I'm not sure what's with all the negativity in some of the reviews, but most of it sounds like service and the wait time, and being from NYC, this seemed pedestrian to me. Being the Hawaii location, there are less chances of items being sold out and easier to get in during gear launches and what not. When you want something, the staff helps you put it in your "cart" as it's just precautions against theft and a nice service they're trying to offer. They're's no fitting rooms or trying things on during this time so just know that going in. Not all items are returnable so just make sure to ask. It's just standard protocol against return fakes and doing shady things if you know what I mean. While they are still new, come check it out! Come early and often! : ) read more

Went here 30 mins before closing with my son and family. We had a stroller and there was no line at first. Security at the front said to head upstairs because we specifically had a stroller, before we went upstairs we stopped by kith treats and got some ice cream. Headed upstairs and the security guard greeted us with no entrance, exit only. I told him security guard downstairs sent us up here and said he'll let us in. He says nah head back downstairs. We go back downstairs and now there's a line and it's nearing 10 o clock. We're 2nd in line behind another family. They let the family in front of us in then tell us we can't come in cause they close soon. I could tell on the security guys face he don't know how to handle this so I let him know I gotta talk to a manager. Let her know and her attitude was disgusting and disrespectful no apologies for her own staffs miscommunication, just the typical run around bs to get me to leave. I run my own store and that is not the way to build loyalty to brands and companies. Pretty shitty cause I get plenty kith collabs and was our first time being In town to check out the new store. This Kith location is absolutely amazing! The bottom floor / entrance looks a little simple and like a pop-up shop, but once you get to the next floor, holy crap. Impeccable customer service. Although there are a fair amount of low star reviews, this store and its staff were awesome. I walked in, looked around on the bottom floor, went upstairs to the second floor which was even cooler, and talked to some staff about the products they had. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. People talking about "overpriced clothing" and all that stuff don't know what they're getting into coming into KITH. If you're into streetwear then you'll know what to expect out of the store and won't be surprised by anything. This store is the most beautiful KITH store I've been to and is definitely a must visit if you're into clothing/streetwear. Wasn't planning on writing a review but more friends/family of mine are upset of the situation-An employee scanned an item I didn't want. I even told him that I didn't want that shirt and the girl who helped me quickly gave him the correct item- yet he still did not delete the shirt I did not want on his register end. Im pretty upset because he did not mention anything about store credit and it was his fault! So how does store credit work? Im from California and he said my "credit" will be under my email. I came here a couple different times for the sole purpose of buying perfume from Byredo. For a while they were the only store on Oahu that carried the brand in store, but now Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus do too. The layout of the store is super cool and they have nice stuff, but my rating is for the rudeness of the employees. Not either time when I walked in there did anyone come up to me and ask me if I needed help. When I called someone over to help me choose a fragrance the gal didn't seem to care much and she also didn't seem well educated in the products that they were selling. The general attitude and inattentiveness was blatant and it was enough to make me never want to go back there again. I wrote it off as a fluke the first time, but after going back a second time I gathered that's just how it always is in there. It looks like I am not the only one who has had similar experiences. Long story short, I won a raffle for blue tint Yeezy(shoes) , went to claim at around 10:30 am but they refused to sell me my pair because pick up time needed to be within 9am-10am(which was said on the email) or there going to need to send it back to the supplier. so I wasn't mad at all since that's on me for not reading and coming on time. But what triggered me was a couple hours after(same day) a friend gave me a call and said they had the unclaimed yeezys sitting on the shelves as FCFS, when they specifically told me that they needed to send back left overs pairs to there supplier. I bought kicks for my husband as a Christmas present. I specifically told the Sales guy they were a present and asked about the return policy. He did say it was 14-days and the Holiday policy hadn't started yet. I was going to wait but then he said I should go ahead and buy them bc the credit never expired. Apparently that statement was truly misleading. I tried to exchange or get credit yesterday---on 12/26, literally ONE day after Christmas and store refused. What an absolute disgrace to the Kith Brand. I have been a fan of Kith for many years I've flown to New York multiple times just to go shopping at the Manhattan Store. I have even had the privilege of having Ronnie Feig help me at the store. When I heard they were opening a store in Hawaii I was very excited and could not wait for the opening I was sadly mistaken. The security seemed like they were paid to be as unhelpful as possible turning everyone away telling them to come back tomorrow only to let people in line minutes later. When you finally get into the store you are greeted with piss poor customer service from workers and poorly trained unhelpful managers on ego trips I don't like to leave reviews but I felt the need to make sure someone from Kith sees this review as I'm not sure I ever wanna shop here again after that terrible experience. read more

The poor review is for lack of care for the customers time on behalf of the team at this store. When in line the representatives screening and letting people in the store we're asked and made aware that the only reason for waiting in line was for a pair of the new shoes. If he would have said, "No" they're out of stock I would have left and not wasted time. Upon leaving and sharing experience the outside rep mentioned the store doesn't allow them to tell customers waiting that they are out of stock. These guys straight lied to my face my son told me that they had Bearbricks here and that they had a store policy to not sell them higher than the MSRP or there's a specific one I'm looking for and I went there to see if they had it and they did and their price was $1400 MetiCom's suggested retail price on this particular item is $740 I even asked the guy straight out if they put a premium on top of the suggested retail price and he told me that they can't do that according to their policy, well that's just not true! This flagship location is awesome! The team in this location is super friendly! Much friendlier than the LA flagship. I love the aesthetic in here and unlike the other flagship locations, they only hold kith pieces. So they don't carry other brands like they normally do. But I do like that because it feels exclusive to their own brand. And I can preview more of the full collection. read more

I have never and will never support this store or brand. $195 for shorts with shit fabric. This store exemplifies everything wrong with capitalism in America. Scam artists. One of the employees agreed that the prices are absurd and she said she would never ever buy anything from this store-- another employee wearing a hat and tattoo came over and yelled loudly extremely aggressively and abrasively and essentially pushed a few customers in front of me out of the store because they were shocked at the prices. Someone tried to go upstairs he stopped them and said "the prices are the same you shouldn't waste your time".
