I used to have to use a candle to sample the scent but often these are more subtle than a Wallflower. Great improvement! I came in today for some Wallflower plugs and some fragrances. I've been coming to this location for years (for their candles) and this is the first time I've seen her As soon as I walked in, Kelli asked if I needed a basket, she hit me with suggestions, she asked all the questions and she even came up with a bunch of testers and told me her personal favorites and where they are located!! All the girls at the front desk are extremely nice as well. I had a large return for candles that I ordered online and wanted to switch them out for different scents Everyone here is nice, but Kelli was the star of the show. As I was leaving she was even helping a man who had tons of questions about hand soap. She told him he could try out their testers over at the sink and showed him where that was and told him all the good scents She was extremely professional yet she had a bubbly personality and a gorgeous smile. Instead of saying "no we don't have men's tank tops right now", she offered to show me what they had in the women's & talk about when the men's were available. I actually prefer the women's fit in some items from other brands, so I was into it - and ended up buying some, & look forward to bringing all the things I saw my wife would like. Also I was expecting a comparable price to Vuori but was delighted how cheap it was while having a premium quality. Thanks America!

Yes! The lady at the register was friendly & helpful, conversant. Their merchandise is of good quality, although a bit pricey, most of the clothing I've purchased in the past have lasted well. The employees are always amiable. This one os located in the Lakewood Center mall, near Target, close to the carousel. My only complaint is, they do have plus sizes but limited to plus sized TALL women. Like....Hello Lane Bryant, short/petite XL women are people, too . I would love to see their designers & visionaries come up with designs for clothes for short & stout women to look fabulous.

My granddaughter later i asked her to go and ask one of the sales clerk for a different size, ( i didn't want to keep getting undressed to get another size the sales clerk look at my granddaughter Like she was bothering her. When I went to pay another clerk asked if I found everything ok. I felt like saying to no help of anyone here. I read the reviews before I went there they were good. But it was years ago. Maybe they have a new manager there . If your business is failing it's because you hired employees who don't know what customer service is all about and are too lazy to help customers. I recently stocked up on all the tennis / golf skirts from lululemon in every color, and they are not even comfortable (or as cute) I came in and it was your run of the mill old navy. I went and tried on some of their High-Waisted StretchTech Pleated Skorts (these are extremely soft) and their- Extra High-Waisted StretchTech Micro-Pleated Skorts They always have sales going on. I order them online often because they usually don't have a lot of the colors in stock at the store. I bought all these for golf lessons but now I just wear them for everyday wear. I always get so many compliments on them and nobody believes me when I say they are from old Navy (ladies, don't gate keep where you get your cute stuff from!) The thing that makes these way better than the lululemon ones (besides the price) is the shorts underneath are soooo comfortable I would say these run true to size or even a little big. I've made a few returns here for the smaller size and the cashier was so friendly at making returns and swapping out for the different size. I can't stress enough how friendly the workers are here. After reading some of the reviews it looked like a few people agree how great the service is If you are a sporty girl or just love the look of these skirts / skorts I highly highly highly recommend them here!!! P.S they usually have the matching crop polo tops to go with the skirts in the matching color

I've tried petite sizes from other brands and I always keep going back to LOFT as mi default. The customer service has changed a lot. I was just there twice in the last few weeks and the customer service if friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I noticed this change since a while back but I hadn't thought of coming back and updating my review. Being there earlier this week reminded me to come back and update it. Only part that I still don't like is that they won't price match their online prices. I do more online shopping than in store. Sometimes I end up buying in store and then having to return store bought items when there's a significant price difference online. It's a bit of a hassle. Alsooo, internet connection is awful inside the store so you can't even price compare with their online prices in real time.

The store is spacious & bright with women's clothing up front & men's in the back, with sale items around the left corner near the fitting rooms; lifestyle goods & accessories are in the center near the registers. I saw a lot of labels like Labubu, Miffy, Smiski, Snoopy. The brand's target audience are young adults: college students & early career professionals, but I didn't see anything work appropriate unless your office leans towards casual, though there were a few tops that would work for business casual. Urban Outfitters has an exclusive in-house denim, elevated basics label called BDG, which is known for their vintage-inspired, trendy streetwear that focuses on baggy, barrel, & relaxed fits. More moderately priced than budget-friendly, it's a splurge for teens as mine gawked at some of the price tags. I haven't shopped retail in ages & wanted to see what's what. I'm not their target, & H isn't quite into their style. I think the price tag might have made her think twice. Her closet has quite a few fashion forward hand-me-downs as well as her thrifting & consignment finds. Maybe in a couple of years (when she's working)?
