Long Beach Towne Center Bath & Body Works, this is my go to store. Easy parking, easy in and out. No going in and deep into a shopping mall. Staff is very pleasant and helpful! Lots of new items out for the holidays including some fun Wallflower Plugs and new Wallflower Fragrances. I love how they now have them displayed with the samples of the actual Wallflower! I used to have to use a candle to sample the scent but often these are more subtle than a Wallflower. Great improvement! I came in today for some Wallflower plugs and some fragrances. I redeemed by Birthday reward (up to $9.95 value item). It's nice I was given a month from my birthday to use it! Thank you! read more

I'm going to keep this short and to the point. Kelli, is absolutely amazing!! I've been coming to this location for years (for their candles) and this is the first time I've seen her As soon as I walked in, Kelli asked if I needed a basket, she hit me with suggestions, she asked all the questions and she even came up with a bunch of testers and told me her personal favorites and where they are located!! All the girls at the front desk are extremely nice as well. I had a large return for candles that I ordered online and wanted to switch them out for different scents Everyone here is nice, but Kelli was the star of the show. As I was leaving she was even helping a man who had tons of questions about hand soap. She told him he could try out their testers over at the sink and showed him where that was and told him all the good scents She was extremely professional yet she had a bubbly personality and a gorgeous smile. I wanted to be her friend lol PS if you come here a lot like I do, download the app for rewards and etc read more

I went to this store over the weekend. Madeleine was able to help me find a fragrance I needed. She was so friendly and helpful!! I'll definitely come to this store more often! read more

Want to provide an amazing review to an associate at this store. Her name is either Maddie or Madeline . She was super nice and yet not pushy like some of the other associates at other locations..There was someone there by the name Dora or Nora who may need some guidance on how to be more polite....this was on Sunday but finally had some time today to give the review!!! Thank you bath and body works for having kind employees read more

To me this particular location of Bath & body Works is the least crowded. They may have sales and some items might be sold out. I don't feel stressed at this location because it is not too crowded. Parking is great here because of the large parking lot because of other businesses surrounding this area If there are price discount incentives, they will give it to you as long as you sign up for their Rewards program. read more

One of my favorite locations because of location and customer service. I came in for the semi annual sale . I was greeted immediately and given a basket. She asked what I was looking for and told me about the sales and where to look. I found what I needed and admired the displays. Nice place. Worth the long drive for me, ample parking and cool things around it. read more

Drove over and found a typed note on door that stated they are closed this Sunday after Christmas. They lost a very large order from me as well as many others I watched go up to the door. read more

This location has been closed for a little while as they were expanding and remodeling. It recently re-opened. My daughter and I had a "free item" coupon that was about to expire so we went to spend it as well as check out the new store.... It is NICE! So much bigger and more roomy. They have a section dedicated to Online Pick-up and I also noticed that they have public bathrooms now. read more

Ranya was so sweet and helpful. I came in late and couldn't find the scent I normally like and she had an amazing suggestion that matched the notes so well. Very kind and knowledgeable and I will come back to this location for her help every time. read more

There online order is a joke. I ordered 5 soaps because the line was way too long. I went to my appt for 2 1/2 hours came back and it wasn't ready. I was told they had no clue when it would be ready and my only option was to stand in line again and purc read more

First time at this location. I shopped online for the annual sale and was disappointed with the scents I bought. Came in to do a return and re-purchase which wasn't so simple but with the help of Eileen and I hope I'm saying the name right , cashier number 3229778 was exceptionally helpful and very patient with helping me understand the return and exchange given the sales that are happening. Thank you for your great customer service! especially given you guys are in the middle of the biggest sale of the year! read more

Came to buy a special lotion and left with lots of Bathtub stuff. As you walk in the strong fragrance odor from all the products hits you. A little overwhelming. The Candles, lotions, decorations, Sea Salt, each with their individual smell. The place is clean and plenty of items for to choose from. Staff are helpful. read more

I can put this place on my list of favorite things. There is something for everyone here. The last few years, there has been an increase in men's products. What used to be a couple of shelves has grown to a section of the store. I LOVE the fragrances and colognes they make: coffee & whiskey, smoked old fashion and graphite are my top three scents. Soap, cologne, body spray, body wash, candles and other great -smelling items for men are there. Don't forget to download the app for here. I get a ton of discounts and free items to keep me smelling my best. read more

This is one of my favorite locations! I feel as if they have more sales than other locations, which is always a big plus! I haven't been here in a while but I came the other day and was helped immediately. I had a couple of pretty specific questions in terms of scents and certain lines and they were answered flawlessly. The place itself is also always so organized and so clean. It's like walking into a body shop wonderland. Overall it's a pleasant and welcoming environment with plenty of sales! read more

Too many people on the floor not enough people at register. I believe this woman Joanna or Jonna (something like that) is the manger. Just now, Saw a line saw and that the customer before was taking a while with coupons and such and instead of addressing the line or taking on a cash register as a manager should she simply walk by making no eye contact no communication. Very different from having a ton of people standing in the front and ask people if they need help when most of the time they don't. Having one person at the register on a weekend is crazy and more so a manager not taking on a manager role and hopping on. read more

The staff was very welcoming and helpful as usual. I took advantage of the sale today. I stocked up on wallflowers, home fragrance refills & antibacterial hand gels for my kid's school backpacks. The store is always very clean and organized. I arrived at a good time this late morning and there was no crowd nor line to pay. The cashier was super helpful and I no issues using my Bath & Body rewards app. read more

Love this store, Associate Ranya was very helpful with my exchanges. The process was a bit length but she was very patient which was greatly appreciated. This is my go-to store it's in a plaza with a bunch of other stores and a movie theatre which is great. read more

Walked in to pick up my Birthday gift (excited)and the cashier just looked like she doesn't like her Job. Didn't greet me. Didn't even wish me a happy birthday. Didn't offer any other options. I brushed it off and I made small talk and silence just stood there annoyed that I was even talking. I paid and ran out feeling uncomfortable as if I was bothering her. definitely not the experience I was expecting. To the lady greeting at the door. Thank you!!! She was super welcoming! read more

Very nice store with good employees that were very helpful. Will be returning in the future.

During the Covid 19 Pandemic this store is extremely clean and well organized. They only let in 12 people at a time so expect to wait to get in. They were very polite and considerate as I waited over 30 minutes to get in. They gave out water and offered umbrellas while waiting. After you check out they clean everything. My only draw back is the prices are kinda high. I've seen way better sales. They don't honor the prices on line ( WTH...why do you have different prices on line than in the store aren't you the same company??) If you come here have patience and expect to spend more read more

Well it is a sad day in the life of B&B as far as the body sprays! I was just looking at my bottles of body sprays and arranging in order from oldest to newest and I noticed something strange? Well I first notice that the bottles were quit different in shape and in size? Hummm? I looked very close and noticed that B&B has shrunk the bottles of the body sprays and eyt they have not shrunk the prices. I refuse to buy any item at any retailer who uses trickery on us consumers.....I am very sure they have done the same to other items I need to check all of my products. This is so hurtful since I just spent over $130.00 as I often do three time a year.I will be more a wear of the practice of ripping off the consumers as this is not new. Best Foods, FJ bacon, name brand coffees and all the yogurts and remember when you got a dozen tortillas of a gallon of ice cream, they use the same practice shrink the containers and give less product but keep prices higher or raise them...BE A WEAR CONSUMERS! read more

Staff are discriminating & not consistent. As I was waiting in line, a white american lady, approached the entrance staff & said she would like to return/exhange her items; she was allowed in without falling back in line. Not 5 mins. had passed since I left the store, I went back to exchange some items & was told to fall back in line. I asked why, when earlier, they let the other lady go in right away. They weren't able to give me a valid reason, just made up excuses. To B&BW, you should be consistent w/ your rules, just saying. read more

I went into this bath and body works. From the time I entered the store until I left someone (the clerks) were following me. They are all so ridiculous and obvious. I told one of them that they make it so uncomfortable to shop. I will never shop in this bath & body works again and I hope other people do the same. The problem is they're following certain people around to see if they're stealing and most of the time it be their own employees stealing from the store. I truly hope the owner read this review and truly train his workers. If they truly want to know how to treat their customers go into the carters store next to them and observe how they treat all people with dignity and respect. read more

Great shopping experience thanks Crystal for helping me with the hand held device for a fast check out

Just had a terrible experience at this location! Called the store to ask if they had a specific body cream in stock. Spoke to Dora and she said yes they had in stock. Drove to the store and they didn't have it. When I said that I just called & you said it was in stock- Dora blamed me for misunderstanding over the phone. I'm not sure how I misheard yes instead of no? Then I asked if she could call another store to see if they had- she went in the back & told another associate to come out & tell me. Thanks Dora for the great customer service. read more

Just went by the store to find 100 people in line with no masks waiting to get in because this ridiculous company decided to not hold the sale price online all day and force people into the store. Try being a part of the solution and not the problem in the middle of a pandemic when the hospitals are full!!! I looked for an email address to send an email and conveniently they don't have one. Irresponsible!! read more

Maybe a future visit will yield more stars. There was ONE employee working the register and the line was very long and slow. The cashier was very apologetic for the wait and lack of scheduled staff so I was appreciative. Crazy, indecisive customers didn't help. People should have items in hand and money out when they get to the counter...geesh!! **Lesson for management... do better with scheduling. read more

What more can a girl who wants to treat herself to something delightful ask for?! I was greeted with a warm smile! The store was clean and not messy! I was given top notch Customer Service! Like seriously....I felt like a V.I.P!! My coupon was one day expired but It was still honored. So I really splurged! I went in for just 2 items and left with a bag full of goodies. My total went from $159.00 to $127. 20. I was so pleased. The ladies that helped me were, Rae, and the other name I didn't catch. She had brown curly hair and was about 5'5 and was so sweet. She suggested the Endless Weekend, and Mad About You. I bought both because of her. Thanks a million ladies! You rock!! read more

The lady working in the front was so sweet and helped me pick out a candle and spoke with me a bit about the candles and I thought it was very welcoming and friendly. I had no intentions of buying a candle but she really sold me on it LOL. Took one star off for the cashier Selene, she's very unwelcoming and looks so unhappy while checking people out. Came to this location before opening, for the $8.95 candle sale. They opened the doors at 6am and greeted us all. From the minute I stepped in I was asked if I needed any help. Staff was very attentive...asking what we were looking for as to point us in the right direction. Once I approached the register I was greeted with a smile from Desi(I'm pretty sure that was her name)The cashier was helping me with my coupons, making sure I was getting the best deal possible. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I went back 1 hour before closing. This time at 8pm. Of course there was a completely different group of staff members. Again, all super helpful and pleasant. With the crowds they had to deal with on this crazy candle sale day you might expect them to be a bit irritated. Nope. I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Great job ladies! read more

This location is kinda off the beaten path, but sometimes that's what makes a store special. The store is quite small and not as big as other BBWs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They will go out of their way to find a fragrance for you, someone special or your home. Make sure you try their hand soaps. You will fall in love. *Side Note: Give them your email address to receive coupons and previews to new items* read more
