I first visited during my pregnancy when I was having really bad breakouts (hormones) in 2020 and stocked up on some of Lush's natural handmade products to gently treat my face and skin. With all the sudden weather changes skin issues can vary. I've had to try lots of products and they do an amazing job tailoring to my needs and listen to what you prefer and/or what works with your routine. My daughter loves Lush, this is her favorite store! The experience is awesome they're great with littles she's been able to test the Lush bath bombs, Rainbow Fun ( play-doh like consistency calming bubble bath alternative) and bubble bars. Her favorite is the Rainbow Fun and make a great gift for kiddos. Wha a wonderful shopping experience I had today. Started a bit awkward as I replied"welcome" to the lovely lady that welcomed me to the store LOL!!!! She was such a delight to talk to. I haven't been in a lush store in years. I was excited when the open one in Cerritos. I love the purity of their products. I wish the brand itself specified when they say fragrance what is in that fragrance. I have tons of floral allergies and I refuse to stop loving them because I have to double check everything. At the end I realized that the list of products is behind the card. I think she might of mentioned that, honestly I was a bit distracted with all the beautiful colors, shapes, and smells. I love this store and all the wonderful bathbombs it has! There are all kinds of scents and new ones are always popping up. I'm always excited to try the new ones (and old favorites) that I buy whenever I need a self pamper day. My go to are also the sea salt scrub and fresh chocolate face mask - although the face mask is hard to get as they run out so quickly! I've also tried many of the lotions and while the scents are wonderful, I find them a little too thick for me. My mom loves the texture, so I usually give them to her whenever I get some. read more

Lush specializes in handmade cosmetics with food grade ingredients. Their location in Los Cerritos Center is closest to me, but they have locations all over southern California. I don't really care for really strongly scented products, so I like their oatmeal-based dream cream lotion, which is nice on my dry skin. I like their bath bombs for when I have the option of taking a luxurious bath. When I travel, I do like taking their dry shampoos and lotion bars so that I can cut down on how many liquids I have in the carry on. It's hard not to walk in when I'm walking by. Every time I have gone into Lush in the past, I get so overstimulated I end up, leaving with nothing. Until I met Mai. She asked what I was looking for what types of things I like and she got to know me as a person. she curated the most amazing products for me! She let me try things. She explained how to use them. She gave me samples and she just spent so much time with me. It was like the best experience ever! I went back for Mother's Day to get my mom some stuff and luckily Mai was there. Let me tell you my mom is very picky but again Mai sorted everything out for me. Helped me make my selection and she does it in such a gentle and peaceful way. It's very hard to explain but she has beautiful energy. Anyhow I ended up getting amazing things for my mom. Of course I had to grab some stuff for myself. I even got my dad some beard care products. This location is normally really great, but today was so disappointing. It's Mother's Day, and it's very busy. All the sales associates are doing a great job with everyone else, but I was never greeted, nor approached. Sales associates walked right by me without acknowledging me. The only thing that was said to me by a sales associate was "excuse me" as they walked by me with their customers. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and I watched different sales associates approach the same customers back to back. The customers that were getting service? Men looking for gifts, and families with Moms. Which is valid, as it's Mother's Day, they're the customers you're banking on spending a lot of money. That's retail. What can I say, I love these stores. No matter which location I go to, everyone is nice and helpful. They give great recommendations and let us us knows which items are popular. The location at Brea Mall is nonetheless, amazing. As soon as you walk in, you are highly stimulated by aromas, scents, and just clean, fresh smells. They have bath bombs, bubble bars, shampoo, conditioner, natural face masks, and so much more. There is a great amount of stock available to purchase. When you buy a bath bar, you have the option of taking the ones that are cut or they can cut a fresh piece for you. I always opt for the fresh one. The bath bombs are always a bang for your buck. They are great quality and last. Some bath bombs, do not provide a pretty show but these are great. They take awhile to dissolve and are so colorful. They have great scents, definitely worth the money. I will be back and may even visit other stores but this one is much closer...which may be a bad thing because I spend to much there!!! read more

My wife and I go to Cerritos mall all the time and today we finally decided to check out "Lush" Kat (hopefully I spell it right" was amazing!!! She was so helpful to my wife and I! We had an amazing first time experience here! We got home and tried all the products we got and we are absolutely in love! I've always had a hard time finding a good beard scrub and the one Lush offers is amazing. The foot scrub is also perfect! After just one use our feet are super soft. The body soap SMELLS AMAZING! I am reaching out to file a complaint against one of your Lush employees at the 180 Los Cerritos Center, Space #A24 Los Cerritos 90703. I stopped by this store today to make a return and when I walked up to the register, two employees at the register didn't greet nor acknowledge me waiting as they were talking to each other. They talked for about 2 more minutes and I just stood there waiting at the register waiting to get helped. Once they were finally done with their personal conversation, one of them finally looked at me so I said I would like to make a return and she looked at my receipt and immediately said, she can only do an even exchange. I asked why and she said because I didn't have the original receipt. I let her know that I do in fact have the original receipt. She stayed quiet and then I repeated myself. She was very dismissive. I took it upon myself to pull up the original receipt on my phone and show her and she finally agreed to issue a refund. To be quite honest, I was very disappointed in the customer service from the very moment I stepped in front of the register to get helped, no greeting or common courtesy welcome, to quickly trying to shut down my refund and try to only issue an even exchange instead of asking for other information to help accommodate my request. Instead, she was very dismissive, unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. I've never had any other issues or poor customer service experience at any other Lush store except this location.
