Amber helped me out getting a fragrance I was looking for. Too bad this location is not as big as South Coast or the Groove. It does have a great variety if brands/products and the customer service is quite nice/knowledgeable/helpful. They no longer due fragrance samples, which for some like me used to be extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Now the only reason I'm usually in this store is to accompany my wife but I cant lie if I didn't say I do venture off to look at the colognes. Its a pretty small store and during busy hours its like walking through a crowded festival. There is no room to breathe. Now the lines, forget about it even worse. What boggles my mind is that even with long lines there is only ever 1 or 2 cashiers working so the line can take forever. One good thing is if you see a worker with the little device and are paying card they will ring you up, so be sure to ask them if you can pay with them. I have not dealt with many workers here but for the most part they all seemed nice and helpful. Just be prepared if you are coming here to wait in long lines. Just do what we do, have me wait in line while the wife gets what she needs. That's what we call teamwork.

Gotta love Sephora! They have all the best products in the beauty industry. Well maybe not all, but a good amount! They sell so many great brands that other places don't! I love going to Ulta for makeup and skincare, but Sephora sells brands that Ulta doesn't. Sephora also gives you an annual birthday gift if you are an insider member. It's usually nothing big- but still fun to get a free mini of something for your birthday! My only complaint, is the long lines. Especially during the holidays. It gets so crowded and the lines are ridiculous at Sephora! The lines yesterday were almost out the door of the store.

Stopped in to get a product from the Ordinary. It wasn't on the shelf and I asked the associate if they had any in the back, which they did. This location is ALWAYS busy regardless of the time of day. If you don't see an item check with an associate. I also went in to claim my insider birthday gift and found out that effective June 1 you have to make a purchase of $25 or more to claim your gift. It was May so that didn't apply to me. Keep that in mind if you are part of the Insider Beauty Club.

I cannot rave enough about Jayda!! She made me feel welcomed and pampered. She was very knowledgeable in skin care and prepping my skin for makeup. I asked for a smokey bronzey makeup look for my friend's wedding and she nailed it! She even helped me figure out the final touches to my updo for the wedding. She made my dream of looking like a bronzed 90s supermodel come true! Thank you!

This is my go to store for my beauty and skin essentials. Unfortunately, always short of cashier regardless of time.

They carry skincare items as well as makeup for both women and men. I even saw eyelash extensions! I needed a Dr. Jart+ Silver Label BB Cream, but could not find the revamped (2015) edition being sold anywhere! I knew Sephora sold Dr. Jart+, but they don't carry the Silver Label. I even looked online through Ebay and Amazon, but there were only the previous two versions of the silver label. I thought I would have to fly myself to Korea to get me a tube of this magic. BUT, lucky for me, I finally found it at BK Cosmetics. SCORE!!! The two ladies, Lisa and Wookyung, really knew their products, and, instead of walking out with just Dr. Jart+, I walked out with 2 other Clio BB Creams, 2 Vonin lotion sets for the men in our family, and a bunch of samples. If you don't see the product you want on display, simply ask the workers, and they'll magically pull it out from behind the counters! Haha. That was literally what they did with all of my products. They work on a points system, so if you're new, ask them to start one for you. They keep a record of what you've purchased, and after spending $200 (which is pretty easy when it comes to cosmetics), you get $20 credit! 10% in rewards is a REALLY good deal. This location is so convenient for me, because I don't have to drive all the way to Fullerton or Cerritos to get stuff, and because they really do carry such a wide variety of cosmetics and skincare products. Thanks Lisa and Wookyung for your friendly service, for making my day, and for saving me a trip to Korea!!!

The funniest thing about this location is that you can see all the boyfriends, husbands, and partners and their kids just waiting outside milling around on their phones while their S.O. is shopping inside. When I went on the weekend it was pretty packed. I liked that there are some brands you don't generally see at other Asian beauty shops and that there are samples you can, I guess smell or swatch. There's make up, skincare (serums, toners, sunblock, face wash, etc.), hair care, body care, and some household goods like those air freshener sticks. However, after a quick look through I was just ok with the prices and the selection that they have here for my own beauty and skincare needs. Some of the items are a couple dollars more expensive that what I could find online, but that's understandable. I think my only issue was the stock that they had of what was carried and the state of the samples. Most of what did pique my interest, the cute eye shadow palettes and make up, were all sold out but were still on display (10+ items like this not just a couple) and the samples that were out for swatching looked absolutely disgusting and dirty. Smeared lipstick and cream and blush everywhere, some had hair and dust and other things in it. I dipped real quick. I don't know, I've been spoiled with ShinuyaLa and I'm genuinely quite surprised there's no K-beauty shop equivalent that does it like them.

On the receipt it says New/Used but they don't hold up to their own policy I guess. This was my go-to place for Korean Skincare but I'm going to find another place since they were not willing to accommodate and gave me a "free" mini item which doesnt even equate to the amount of money this product costs.

She was not kind, she wasn't very helpful. I asked for a foundation and she recommended me a couple and I picked the $70 Sulhwasoo bc it felt really silky on my hand. I ended up using some on my face and liked it. I come home to find the oil on top and color clumped on the bottom. That's fine, you just shake it right? The expiration date is of Dec 2025. I have 6 months to use this whole bottle. I used my last foundation for over a year. There is no way a foundation shelf life is only 6 months, that thing has been sitting on that shelf for years. Also, I bought Anessa sunscreen for less than $20 bucks, they sell it for $39. This place can't get rid of their make up bc of their prices and customer service so if you do end up shopping here, you'll end up with overpriced, almost expired makeup. O and they make it clear there are no refunds or exchanges. I have never encountered a beauty store that doesn't do exchanges. How will you ever try new make up at this store? What if you break out or get almost expired make up? Such a waste of money.... Don't bother going here, there's other make up stores in the mall, try them out or buy online from a reputable store
