I was highly disappointed in the customer service at this location. The lady I dealt with was so rude. If you are planning on doing a curbside pick up or in store pick up, do not choose this store. My order wasn't ready in 4 hours. I had to call them myself before they finally fulfilled it. Also, they made me go into the store and wait in the regular line with all the customers who were shopping (15-20 minutes) to pick up the order I already paid for ahead of time. It was only one item! (Gift for a friend). There was no separate line for pick ups. They also do not honor the curbside. There is no point in doing the in store pick up. You do not save any time.... Customer service here is bad! I stepped in to purchase a couple of items I needed. I asked one of the beauty advisors if she can color match me for a concealer, she proceeds to say she can't but she would send someone over. I waited for about 5 minutes and no one came, I went looking for someone and they all said they would send a beauty advisor. Ten minutes go by and no one came to my assistance, as I was walking out there were a bunch of beauty advisors hanging out at the front laughing and talking but no one seemed to be available to help. This is why I prefer shopping online: 1. They only had ONE reward sample available to choose from whereas online there's a lot more choices to redeem . 2. There's no guarantee what you want will be available in store. 3. If you need to return an item, an associate will give you an attitude for returning , but when shopping online there's no questions asked AND free returns. 4. You can browse freely online without dodging people in a crowded store and being followed around by the employees. Appreciate your retail jobs while it's still here. 5 star service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted at the door with a smile and asked if I needed any help. I asked about the Anastasia brow wiz pencil and the guy was very helpful in showing me where I could find it. He also personally walked me to the back of the store where the skin care products were after I asked him about an exfoliating facial item. He then proceeded to call the skin care specialist to help me. I ended up buying 5 different products based on her recommendations and experience with the products. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in the store for 1 item only but because of the great service I received, I ended up buying 4 more items that of course I had to have after they explained to my why. LoL. Talk about putting more effort into NOT doing your job. Had a poor experience with an associate, who after fumbling through looking for a perfume marked online as in stock, wouldn't go check in the back and told us the item wasn't available. Felt a bit off, so we called and wouldn't you know it, the item was in stock and was held for us at the front register. We came in, were helped by Summer, Jaysa (sp?), Carly and another associate (forget her name, but she had a cool 444 tattoo). They were all helpful. Leaving the store, we found the original associate, let her know that the item was in fact in the back so she may want to keep that in mind for the future. She then claimed that she was directed by management to inform customers that items are not available when stock appears as under 10 units in the Sephora system. I suggested it would make more sense to look in the back. Her response: "I don't need your attitude, Girl, Bye!" Later, I spoke with Esteban, manager on duty, relayed the above. The original associate walked up, then claimed that it did not happen. If that did not occur, then how was someone else able to find not one, but three units of the item? read more

Junk. They are out of stock or don't replenish the shelves. The associates are too busy checking out their own makeup than to help you with yours. This is the laziest Sephora store I've been to. Even if they come to ask "are you're finding everything ok?", they have no product knowledge or actual willingness to help. This is my go to Sephora since it's right down the road from my house. It can get quite busy (& hot with all the warm bodies in a crowded store) but service is still usually pretty quick. Their online item availability is pretty accurate; if it says in stock online but it's not in its spot, it might just be somewhere else. Ask an associate and they'll find it for ya! But never hesitate to ask if they might have what you're looking for in the back. They can get really busy sometimes but are still always so nice, make sure you show them some kindness! Layla was my cashier a few times now and is great at conversation. I had a bit complicated transaction today but we breezed right through it and shared some laughs! I went in to Sephora on Thursday and I had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE...MY ENTIRE LIFE! FROM DARLA. We asked for help for a shade match and she had a HUGE attitude right from the start. I always get my make up needs at Sephora because I love the point system...basically every dollar you spend you get a point and you accumulate points and get free items. Plus when you shop a lot you can become a VIB member and get cool coupons via email and mail. Also, the return policy is amazing! I've had incidents where I've bought an item and it broke, didn't react well w/ my skin, or whatever else and they will replace it or return it w/out hesitation! Wowie does this place have every great makeup/skincare item you could ever want. The staff has always been helpful when I've asked for advice or recommendations. During this visit, a friendly male associate helped me pick out a new liquid eyeliner that resists smudging. So far, I'm very pleased with my new Stila liner. I like that they also carry many of their items in smaller sizes - perfect for travel or if you want to try something new and don't yet want to commit to a larger version. If you sign up for their free rewards card, you get points for each dollar (pre-tax) spent that you can redeem for their monthly items which rotate. You also receive a free gift for your bday that you can even redeem up to a month before. Nothing here is inexpensive, but they carry higher end brands so I don't mind shelling out the extra dinero for quality makeup and skincare. I'm going to be celebrating my birthday with family members and I'm not fond of the make up. It doesn't fit the color scheme that I wanted. It's too dark. I've had my make up done before at a Sephora and stated that I'm allergic to citrus when I made the appointment...She used a citrus moisturizer. Fine. I get it. It's cool. I'm not mad. We got it settled right away and took it off ASAP. My face is still kind of burning though and it's swollen. Great...so clearly it isn't going well. What sucks is that Pricilla has a heavy hand and it felt like she was beating my face. Her brushes were scratchy. I informed her about it and she says, "I know." Why are you using it if you know? My eyeballs felt like they were being pushed back into my skull by the force of her application and scratchy brushes. I sat in that chair getting my face beat for more than an hour and thirty minutes. I thought this was a forty-five minute thing? Last make up I've gotten took less and it was more complicated. It's a pretty eye, don't get me wrong. It's just the color scheme is off. There's glitter all over me and she even did foundation last...when I use glitter before or after foundation...the fall out is not as overwhelming as this. Only one staff member was at the register apparently helping a customer with returns services. The wait, and the line, kept getting longer. I looked around to see if any other staff members were taking notice of the long queue, but each were just focused on their specific task. After about 10-15 minutes, I sensed that none of the staff, including the manager, was going to take initiative in regards to the long queue, so I directly approached a staff member and requested that they do something about it. She then led me to the entrance where I made my transaction with the greeter. I appreciate the tons of staff who are scattered around to help customers with their individual needs, but I really do hope they also take more consideration to those who would like to quickly make their purchases and get out of the store ASAP. read more

i went to go look for a lip liner, and there was one that didn't have a tester out. i went up to a worker and asked if they had any testers for the shade i wanted so that i can swatch it in my hands and she said there was none left and there wasn't enough left in stock to use as a tester. at first i didn't really care, but i went to the sephora on PCH today and they didn't have a tester out for the same lip liner (and another one that i wanted to try out) and not only was that worker nice enough to take out the one that i wanted the day before, but she took an additional one out of the box for me to try out. they had the same amount of stock so i'm not sure why the worker from this specific sephora didn't want to take one out so that guests can use as a tester. read more

first time at this location and definitely not coming back. customer service was HORRIBLE. My Google maps rerouted me around the mall making me 10 minutes late to my makeup appointment. I got to Sephora and the manager who was at the door did not greet me and was already rude. I told her I was there for a makeup appointment and I was very apologetic about being 10 minutes late. She told me right away that it'll be cut short to a 30 minute feature focus instead of a 60minute glam sesh. I had no problem with this as I understood being late was totally my fault and i acknowledged that. She called the makeup artist through her headset and he came to get me. He, (blonde haired young man) was not very friendly in greeting me. He was irritated and was already rushing me. I mean I get it but DAMN - didn't ask me what I was allergic to, didn't moisturize my face "lotion is fine since we're short on time". To respect everyone's time, I kindly said a simple look is fine - foundation and lashes that's all. When I asked if we had time to put lashes on after the foundation application, he said to me with an attitude "Yeah that's why I'm rushing" and during all this, the manager was staring from the front door and I could hear her rushing the makeup artist through his headset smh like wooow she was rushing him so much that despite him being rude here and there, he apologized and even told me his manager is tracking us.
