Such meticulous drink making! They seem to weigh or ensure every drink has the perfect amount of mango. We loved both of our drinks - the king of mango smoothie and yakult with grapefruit drink - with delicious bits of grapefruit in it. The pearls were spot on. I ordered using the tablet and it was super easy. Service was quick and I will be back! A small bit of seating but mostly taken up with boxes of fruit.

I've come here a couple of times to get the King of Mango drink! Yes, it's everyone's favorite and I think for good reason. It's delicious and has a great balance of sweet (from the mango) and tart (from the grapefruit). It's a bit pricey, but it's a large portion with lots of toppings so I think it's justified. My only critique has to do with the actual location. Unfortunately their ordering system is a bit inefficient, as orders are taken from a single screen. If even just 1 person takes a while, the line starts to get held up. This happened to me both times I went and the line went from a few ppl to 15 by the time I left.

Came around 8:30pm on a weekday and it was super busy, but the line moved fast enough. It was my first time here so I went with a classic milk tea with boba (50% sugar). The tea and boba were pretty good, above average, but nothing amazing. My friend got the chi chi mango smoothie and that was the real star. It comes with cheese foam, mango pieces, and tea jelly toppings. All the toppings were really good, but the smoothie itself was a tad bit watered down. Would probably get this over the milk tea if I came back. These were also reasonably priced compared to other places with similar options, so I can appreciate that.

Macu Tea Robson - located on Robson - brings the same hype as the Richmond location - with constant queues - especially when mangos are in season - simply put - they bring mango drinks to new heights - Service was very much similar to Richmond - quick and efficient nothing that wows you but also doesn't put you off. This location seems smaller then it's Richmond one - however the boxes of fresh fruits are very visible here as well -

Love going here. Always a lineup. Easy to order with the kiosk. My advice is to always go with seasonal fruits if you want drinkable desserts. This is one of the very few locations that have seats to sit and enjoy as well. It's quite loud though so it may not be great for dates. Other than that, everything you've probably heard is true and it is very delicious.

MACU Tea in Vancouver gets crowded every evening but the line moves quickly. I waited about 30 minutes but the friendly staff keep things moving smoothly in their small cozy shop. The King of Mango is a bit pricey but perfect at its regular sweetness. Fresh mango blended with creamy milk and real mango chunks gives a fun texture. Portions are generous and I would not change the sugar level. I tried the milk tea and it was just okay compared to that mango. Would I come back? Definitely Recommend it? For sure

Tried their bestseller King Mango Smoothie and it was quite bland. I would probably only order this during peak mango season. The mangos they used weren't sweet, and you aren't able to adjust the sweetness or ice level for this drink.

10/10 recommend the King of Mango Smoothie ($7.75 before tax). This is my third time going, I've tried their Mango Chi-Chi and some strawberry drink, but nothing beats their mango smoothie drink when mangoes are in season. Standard sugar and ice level, you can't customize for the King of Mango Smoothie. I like that you can taste the tea flavour afterwards. Has creamy coconut milk, mango and grapefruit chunks, and green tea jelly inside. Macu Tea in Richmond has insanely long line, so the downtown location is much better in my opinion. Waited about 10min for a drink. Downtown location also has seating (2 booths that can seat 4 people each, outdoor patio seating, and a few more bench seats with small circular tables). I've also tried the Fleshy Mango drink at Sun Tea, but I like Macu Tea's better by a bit - personal preference I guess. Side note, I wish they posted the calories per drink though, I couldn't find it online either.

Probably my favorite place for bubble tea. Arrived around 12:30pm on a Thursday and there was a small line of maybe 3 minutes. A large delivery of mangos was happening at the same time so it was a bit squishy by the entrance. We got the king of mango smoothie and the chi-chi mango smoothie. Both had a lot of fresh mango and are quite worth their price of just under $8 each. The green tea jelly is refreshing with a good amount of green tea flavor. The cheese foam in the chi-chi mango was like whipped cheesecake, so good! There is no added ice and the sweetness was not overly sweet even though you can not adjust it. Would definitely get both again, but I want to try more of their menu so it will be a dilemma.

Stumbled upon this cute boba shop and stopped in to get a fruit tea and a milk tea. The Li Li fruit tea tasted like a mix of orange juice and water and the Oolong milk tea tasted just alright. Loved the vibes and aesthetic of the place though and the workers were so sweet. They let me count out my coins on their counter too! The Li Li fruit tea also had freshly squeezed pulp and near the cashier had plenty of fresh fruit (mangos and strawberries), which made us believe that this shop specialized in fruit drinks. Tips: - Definetly order a fruit drink because that is what they are known for. Lots of people were ordering the mango sorbet esque drink that had orange and white layers.

I saw multiple people walking around drinking the mango smoothie so I had to try it, and i'm glad i did!! Their mangoes are SOOO good! There's literally boxes stacked inside. We got the king of mango and the bobo mango. King of Mango had coconut milk and grapefruit so I preferred the bobo mango, which had crystal boba with green tea jelly, which was superb. The line moves quickly and there were 4-5 tables inside with seating outside as well. Washroom available but ask for the key!

We ordered two smoothies from here and both tasted great! Service was fast and we didn't have to wait long for our order. It might also due to it wasn't too busy during the time we went. Highly recommended if you are looking for fresh fruit smoothies. They have other drinks as well so will try them next time.

Mango season is over but grape is here! Was pleasantly surprised - tastes nice and refreshing. Not too sweet, love the fresh grape taste.

Selections are decent. however the menu is very confusing as they have a posted menu online, a digital menu via QR code and some posted menus. Unfortunately the menus were not in sync. My friend saw a couple of things she wanted to try from the online menu and was told they do not have those items. There are combo on the spot which are not their online menu and the digital menu. We ordered the chicken panini, a small mango bingsu and an order of tue mochi bubble waffle and taro milk tea. The food is very good. there is decent amount of ingredients in the chicken panini (which i forgot to take a picture of). The mochi bubble waffle was decent and i liked the taro milk tea as well. The bingsu was very well made but the price is a bit on the high end given the size. Overall service was good too

A fun hole in the wall dessert spot x flower shop!…read more Essentially there's a dessert counter in a shared space with a flower shop operated by the one owner - super adorbable concept, the boss was so nice to introduce his menu to us as well! Located on the same block as quite a few other popular HK dessert spots, I more inclined to go to Rose Cafe because it's quieter and a more comfortable environment to relax and sit around in. The boss mentioned they can make anything for us (!) including ginger milk, the sago desserts and that they event have the pistachio paste (yum!). For a quick dessert run - I opted for the small mango shaved iced, it's served with nice and ripe mango chunks, and a fresh mango shaved ice base. For just about $10 it's worth the dessert stop! They had a nice menu of several classic HK items - from deep fried chicken wings, to bubble waffles to pearl based drinks that only HK locals would order. Worth a try if and when you're in the Nanaimo / Kingsway area! Also (!) - very reasonably priced flowers and potted plants!!!

I personally tried the cheese foam black tea with mochi and golden pearls which costed close to 10CAD. The cheese foam was slightly salty and pretty creamy, and the taste is much more pronounced when you dip the plain mochi into the drink. The mochi itself was slightly soft though a bit uneven in texture as some parts are chewy and some parts are already a little bit dry. I do like they nicely wrapped the mochi in a plastic bag to preserve the moisture, though I ended up trying it out immediately to get the maximum freshness. The tea itself is flavorful and not too sweet, which is what I intended because I opted for light sugar (30%). The golden pearls were pretty chewy and are the right preferred texture. While I liked the general quality of the drinks, like other reviews mentioned, the price of the drinks are a bit on the higher end but the quality did not really scale up compared to a good boba spot.
