I visited And Drink cafe is located at Yaohan centre in Richmond. The ambience was very cute! I ordered matcha strawberry, So hard to decide betweeb ube latte or matcha, however, I ended up ordering matcha one. Ube drink might be their signature? Since there are many type of ube drink I would like to order next time. Matcha strawberry was good. I was so surprised by a lot of strawberry at the bottom, I felt endless! This helped balance of sweetness of this drink. Matcha flavor was a bit weak, however, I liked drink. Service was very organized and I will revisit and try ube drink next time

Ordered online and it was very quick faster then in person . White rabbit pearl milk tea was a very good balance and taste. The orange Americano was very unique tasting. And mango pomelo tasted fresh. Will come try more drinks. There is limited amount of seats and a washroom

I've been hearing of this new(ish?) taro-centric drinks place in Richmond lately, and I finally stumbled on a good time to check it out. Since it's a taro driven place, a taro drink is a must. I was initially debating on taro or ube but since they were mashing a batch of fresh taro behind the bar, it looked more promising. I tried the taro latte - the taro was reallllly fine and smooth, slightly creamy and with the shot of espresso, it almost tasted a bit salty. I'm still a tad confused, so it wasn't my drink at the end of the day. It also hit the 'not too sweet' part of Asian drink a bit too literal. I personally could've done with a sweeter aromatic drink. My gut tells me the original taro milk w/ mochi would've been the better choice, stay tuned. Their mango drink also caught my eye, but it legit looked like the odd one out in the menu (imagine that one colourful drink in a sea of purple cutesy options). That mango drink was delightful - refreshing, a mouthful of textures, just sweet enough and mango-ey. This one is order again on any hot summer day. Unfortunately, not photographed, just devoured.

AND Drink is such a lovely local gem! What really stood out to me is that they use local produce and make their drinks in-house. I tried the Ube milk with mochi at regular sugar level, and it honestly didn't taste overly sweet at all. The sweetness felt very natural--almost like it was coming straight from the ube itself, not added sugar. Super smooth, comforting, and not heavy. The mochi was soft and chewy, a perfect texture match with the creamy ube milk. Even if you're someone who usually orders less sugar, the regular sugar level here is very well balanced. The interior is absolutely adorable--a cute purple-themed space that feels cozy and playful. You can tell a lot of care went into both the drinks and the atmosphere. Highly recommend supporting this spot if you love thoughtfully made drinks with quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors!

This place has changed hands quite a few times so hopefully this joint stays awhile. The decor was inviting and attractive. Bright but not overwhelming. And great we can simply order using the machine. We tried ube milk with mini taro mochi, ube latte, and mango sago smoothie. Both drinks were pretty and balanced. The mochi were definitely fresh and had a nice texture. The ube, coffee, and milk from the latte was a great match. The pomelo sago was interesting, not too sweet and with popping boba, which was a nice surprise. The mango fruit was kind of sour so we still prefer the macu version more.

This is one of the better boba spots I have tried in Richmond where they have some creative drinks…read moresuch as the ones with panna cotta and mochi. I personally tried the cheese foam black tea with mochi and golden pearls which costed close to 10CAD. The cheese foam was slightly salty and pretty creamy, and the taste is much more pronounced when you dip the plain mochi into the drink. The mochi itself was slightly soft though a bit uneven in texture as some parts are chewy and some parts are already a little bit dry. I do like they nicely wrapped the mochi in a plastic bag to preserve the moisture, though I ended up trying it out immediately to get the maximum freshness. The tea itself is flavorful and not too sweet, which is what I intended because I opted for light sugar (30%). The golden pearls were pretty chewy and are the right preferred texture. While I liked the general quality of the drinks, like other reviews mentioned, the price of the drinks are a bit on the higher end but the quality did not really scale up compared to a good boba spot.

The walls are decorated with pictures from Europe and the teacups are very "British." Besides scone and tea, you can get regular food here as well such as fries, salt & pepper chicken, and radish cake to name just a few. You can also get cold drinks like juice & bubble tea, and bubble tea drinks here too. So...not your typical British style Afternoon Tea joint. Kind of half restaurant, half tea place. My friend had a pot of Leisure Fresh Fruit tea and a scone. We'd already had lunch a bit earlier and while my friend had room for a scone, I had zero room in my stomach for any food so I just had a pot of Longan Red Date tea. It was a cold day so a pot of hot tea really hit the spot. I thought it a bit pricy at first, but when the tea came, I saw that the teabags were Fortnum & Mason teabags. That is a very a prestigious company from all the way over in England. When I realized we were drinking Fortnum & Mason tea, all of a sudden $10.25 didn't seem so extravagant any more. My friend said her scone seemed like more of a biscuit than a scone. It came with butter and jam. I think she wished there had been some clotted cream to go with it. I can't say too much about the food as I only had one pot of tea but I was impressed that it was Fortnum & Mason tea, and I very much enjoyed the flavor of the Longan & Red Dates in my tea.

This location is the one I tend to come across the most cause I usually am visiting the mall. The shop sticks out with it's red design. It's just a pretty small boba vendor shop that's kind of hidden away. The menu is basically a screen running a video so that it animates and loops. There's quite of a selection of drinks on it though. Most of them are on the sweeter side with their cookies and cream shake. They've got a lot of crazy drinks going on, but I'm a simple man that likes his simple drinks and lately, I've been very much into the #8 fresh jade lemon green tea. Because the drinks are pretty sweet I usually adjust it to like 75% sweetness. I also adjust the ice level to get more for my buck and ask for less ice. Hard to judge boba shops in my opinion. Especially since any adjustments I make to my drink is on me and not on the shop. Service was quite fine. Only one person was on the job when I was there, but I've seen two people there before. One to make drinks and the other manning the cashier. Overall, I thought my drink turned out fine. Just have to adjust by trial and error to get the right sweetness down for yourself. If you come across one of these shops, check it out.

It could be served hot or cold. The osmanthus flavour did come through but the drink tasted watery overall, not sure if it was because we chose cold and there was ice. Large accessible parking lot made the store easy to pick up drinks. If you dine-in, there is plenty of seating in the store.
